My son is buying his first car, and need to do a state inspection. Town and Country Auto Repair was very easy to book an appointment. Their service was fast and price was reasonable. Very good service! Randy was very nice to tell my son what to do next after his car pass inspection.

Lovely people, top notch service and all for a reasonable price. A great local business. Oil change was easy - dropped off in AM and was ready later in the day with tire rotation included for a very reasonable price.

Dropped off for a slow leak in front tire and figured might as well get the upcoming oil change done too. Oil change done...tire plugged at no cost. Reliable service without nonsense upsell attempts that are so common with dealerships and other shops.

My 2014 RAM 1500, was making a very loud whining noise for the back of my truck. Upon inspection, they found metal in the differential fluid, races, bearings, and gears were shot. To top that all off, the mechanic discovered that the previous owner had changed the gear ratio in the axle from 3.55 to 4.11 and never bothered to tell the dealer when he traded it in. That explains a lot of other issues.The guys at T&C did a great job, did it quickly, and at a totally fair price. I use to take my truck to Goss's Garage, but they are very expensive. I love this place. Pete and Randy always take good care of me. I bring my synthetic oil and they credit it off the already discounted price with my coupon for my oil change. It s also super close to home and easy to get an appointment.

I have been taking my car here since we moved to the area. First few visits were great however my last visit and my husband's last visit were awful. I had to take my car back a couple times due to break issues remaining but my husband's visit was even worse. I feel terrible convincing him to go here instead of a dealership. First they kept changing the day for us to come pick up the bronco and then they complained it was hard to start but didn't decide to look into that? We get the truck back and the next few days we are unable to start the truck and look at the report and sure enough they didn't look into it at all. Really disappointed and do not think we will be returning.

It's my families garage for all our vehicles for 30+years. Friendly, helpful people who will go our of their way to make sure your vehicles run properly and safely. Plus they are community based. Example....they just finished having a winter clothes/blanket ingathering to help those in need. A garage with a heart!

Called a few days ago to inquire about an open appt for an inspection. Gave me an appt at the Dayton location a few days later. They were quick, very thorough and incredibly accommodating. Highly recommend them!!!! Service tech was Stephen and he was great!

I used Town and Country Auto for repairs to my 1995 Ford Probe GT. I'm a repeat customer. Two years ago they replaced the water pump and timing belt for me. This week they found an oil leak that was from a faulty oil pressure sensor. They are always courteous and respectful, and I don't feel like I am being taken for a ride. Hands down the best experience from an auto mechanic ever! As someone who doesn t know much about cars, Bill explained everything and prioritized repairs based on my budget. He never tried to push anything and I feel I had an honest assessment which resulted in immediate repairs vs. those I could wait a bit on. I am extremely happy to be driving a safe car again and the technician Jud did an excellent job on the repairs. Also wanted to mention Mark and Adam who were the first to assist me on a Friday evening. In short, run, don t walk if you need superior service at a fair price! I won t be going anywhere else! Unfortunately, while my vehicle was at Town and Country getting an MD State inspection, my car was scratched. Since the day before I spent 10 hours polishing, I was 100% certain the scratch was new, and the vehicle had not been driven anywhere else. I let them know of the damage when I go home from picking up the car. They followed up with the inspector to see if he knew the damage. When they called me back the next day, they told me they were confident they did not damage it during the inspection, and perhaps it was damaged on their parking lot, which they do not cover. I was not given any other options to make it right, nor did they discount any of my fees. As I said on the phone, despite all their words, it sounds like I m being told that I am SOL. They apologized and ended the call.

I cannot say much about how they perform the work. I went to them based on the reviews of other customers. However, I can say they charge more than average for their labor. $155 an hour is definitely high. Just because you brag about years of quality work does not mean you can charge a small fortune on customers. that is for diagnosis even if you decide to get the work done with them. I took my car to a different mechanic shop, very reliable, honest, and are there in the business for several decades and don't charge anything for diagnosis if the work is done with them. if not, $100 for diagnosis.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

We chose this shop because of positive reviews. I was pleasantly impressed with the detailed report we received and the tech who followed up with us. At 112,000 miles our car is driving like a new car quiet and smooth. Prices were also better than dealership service with friendly and helpful techs. I hope not to have to return for major work but I know if I do I will be in knowledgeable hands. It s been two days and so far everything is running good. HONEST PEOPLE. Extremely professional, quick, and quality services. I sent my car in and asked my brake fluid to be replaced. They called me and told me that the fluid had been replaced in March last year. They also told me that my wheel bearing on my back right tire had gone bad, but was still covered under their 2 year warranty. They saved me a bunch of money, instead of doing the brakes and charging me, and did the re-did the bearing out of their goodwill. This makes me dedicated to their services and refer to customers all around the area.
