Instead of going to Mullinix, go to your local zoo and tell the primate exhibit what you need for a lawn mower. Please read the review below for details.Very incompetent. Friday, Mar.29, 2024 I ordered 3 parts: washers, bearings and an axel for an Ariens Mower. The guy told me they'd call when the parts arrived on Tuesday, April 2, 2024.Thursday, April 4, 2024, I called the store to see if the parts had been ordered. The guy on the phone said they haven't came in and retook my entire order with a name and phone number.Friday, April 5, 2024 I received a phone call stating the order of my washers, bearings and belt had arrived. I stated I didn't order a belt and they said, "Oh sorry, we did get the proper part in. Your order is ready."Saturday, April 6, 2024, I called the shop one more time to make sure 100% my order was correct and ready for pick up. The guy on the phone said "Your order hasn't arrived." After correcting him about the phone call I received the day before, his response turned into, "Oh yeah, it's here. What's the lawn mower model again?" After telling him a 3rd time, he pretended to be hard at work punching computer keys. I told the guy to not worry about the order, I'll spend my money somewhere else.

These guys are great. I take my lawnmower tires to repair; buy batteries and they always are very helpful.

Mike mullinix is a absolute jerk time wasting does not return phone call s people need our machine to make a living and keeping them for 2-3 weeks without even fixing them is a joke just close your business instead of giving people the run around because you hate your job it s sickening how they operate

Great shop, Mark was willing to stay 30 minutes after closing time to explain all the differences of the machines available. Not a salesman approach at all, wanted to help me pick out what was right for my needs. Even went out in the rain to look at the Gravely mowers, over 30 different Gravely mowers on site. Cannot wait to finalize the deal.

I've purchased my Gravely 472 and Troy-bilt tiller from them and have asked Mike many questions regarding the products he sells. I couldn't be happier with their service and willingness to help. I'll definitely be buying from them in the future. Maybe someday I'll pull the trigger on a Massey tractor.

Stop by to get info and prices on a utility tractors...waiting for over 30 mins and no one ever came out as promised...two people at the service counter, wow. Horrible customer service.
