I commend Greg Shumaker and the fellows in the Service Department for assisting me in resolving a module (computer) problem. Timbrook s Nissan dealership always goes the extra mile to help their customers even when the customers live three to four hours away from Cumberland! I am grateful for Greg s research and his numerous telephone calls back and forth. Finally on the last test drive, my Murano issue was totally resolved hooray! I would highly recommend this Nissan dealership - friendly and always helpful customer service, knowledgeable service technicians, and truly a valuable asset to Allegany County and surrounding areas! Go visit with them today and drive away in a new Nissan!

Billy did a great job at Timbrook Nissan getting me in last minute for an oil change and rotation! They went above and beyond my expectations and my vehicle was returned in a better condition than when I pulled in! They even washed it for me and performed a recall on it while I was waiting. Purchased our car at Timbrook Nissan and received a fantastic deal. Very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful staff. We needed a car and they worked with us to get the one we wanted and could afford.We recommend Timbrook if you need or want a vehicle, check them out before you buy... THIS is my updatedreview, wasn't able to drive it much for awhile. Past few weeks was able to make long trips. After first trip car driving performance was bad. Ride is like driving on rocks and car sways like tires are loose. Bought new tires and installer said under car and wheel wells are full of mud. I am sure car did not go through the clean up before we bought it. Car driving worse and have make it home today. So very disappointed in my car now and the dealership. Also had to take it back few days after purchase because battery was full of corrosion on top. Had old inspection sticker still on windshield, dirty inside. They cleaned battery for us.
