"We had been searching for a small side by side for awhile to no avail. We checked out other brands but were not satisfied. Justin returned our call to let us know Timbrook just got 2 Pioneer 500's in. The one at his store was already sold. He worked hard, including on his off days, to make sure the other was transfered to his store for us to check out. We traveled 3 hrs from Pennsylvania for this side by side. It was just what we wanted. It fit in our truck and we were sold. Thank you so much for the above and beyond help! Bill and Deb"

Excellent overall experience they responded quickly to my online request and gave me all the information I needed. I Arrived on Saturday to purchase the bike and was out the door in less than 30 minutes very pleased with my experience.

Contacted James about a honda talon he called me back ASAP an help us to apply for financing on there site . Because we live close to 2 hrs away in PA .once approved he even made sure my accessories were installed before driving up to pickup, an as we were pulling up he was still detailing the machine even again after the test drive ..JAMES IS an exceptional salesman an if didn't not have an answer he found it out .ty again timbook honda, an mostly James Nichols YOU ALL will have a coustomer for life .it might be a 2hr drive but ITS WORTH THE DRIVE!!!! "From the time we got there we were helped and pointed in the right direction. Justin was very knowledgeable with the different models. He also made my family very comfortable on a hot day by getting us all water. Dakota made the paper work a breeze. He was quick and thorough. I ve been searching for a CRF 110 for my 8 year old. No dealers around me had them in stock. One dealer wanted a 500 dollar deposit with no guarantee of when the next one was arriving. Another never called me back and I left several messages phone and web. Jordan reached out to me when I contacted the dealership about the one in stock. 2 hour drive was worth it. Staff worked together to get me out in a reasonable amount of time. Would highly recommend them.

Justin was very helpful on the phone before our visit and while we looked at their inventory. I was considering a new motorcycle until my wife found one used that was in like new condition. He was patient while I made a few internet searches and phone calls to friends then led me for a test drive on a nice back road. Any of our questions or concerns were answered quickly. My offer was accepted and their customer service went above and beyond to work out the financial details for my transfer to a license in another state. PS: While we were there, my wife met a couple that traveled from Maine to purchase a pair of new Goldwings. That says a lot..."

"Zach and the whole team were super easy to work with. Great guys, very knowledgeable and took time to go over everything with me. All pricing was straight forward and transparent. There was no pressure to buy anything or upsell. I had a novice question for the service team shortly after getting the Grom and they were able to address it quickly and professionally. We will likely be going back soon to pick up a second Grom for my son. The mini-motos are a blast. I tend to over research everything and considered getting a cheap clone off Amazon. I am glad I didn't. The cheaper upfront cost would be quickly offset with the higher maintenance and repair cost. My first wife still has her dad's 1966 Honda Dream. I suspect a cheap clone would only last a few years. I highly recommend the Grom, Zach Wilson and the Timbrook Honda team."

Came in with a buddy looking to upgrade, and I noticed my chain was loose on my cbr600rr. I was looking to pay for whatever time that was needed in order to get it tightened, but they just helped me out and tightened it up for me. I appreciate the heck out of them and their customer service.

"I was looking for a Honda Goldwing Tour and was able to communicate through email and phone calls with Zach Wilson and make a deal. The dealership was a pleasure to work with and the price was good enough for me to drive to Maryland from Cincinnati Ohio. The sales department and service department makes Timbrook Honda the best Honda Dealership hands down. I was stranded In Kingwood WV after my rear tire blow up. I called Todd at the service department and he came to tow my motorcycle and made sure that I was back on the road. There is no dealer that would have done this for anyone "

I just recently bought a 2021 Honda rebel 300 from them and I m out of state and they made it happen we such ease other than saying I can put my down payment using my debit card and then saying at the end I couldn t put the full amount down with my debit card I had to get a Honda credit card to do the other half of the down payment and pay that off the next week.

I have a 2021 pioneer 1000 that had an oil leak from 2 of my shocks and Austin was able to get together a workable solution that had me happy with the outcome Dakota and Tanner were part of the solution too theyre a great team to do business with I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Timbrook Honda in Cumberland Md stop by check the place out!"

They didn t balance my new tires that I bought from them correctly. I took it back to them and the service manager said that they would take both tires off of the bike and move the yellow dot to the valve stem like Dunlop Tire Co. says it should be and rebalance them correctly. They only did the front wheel they did not do the back wheel like the service manager Todd promised me he would. They lie to your face and don t do the work the way it should be done that you paid for. They will never do anything for any of my bikes again.

Very disappointed. Paid to have my fourwheeler carb cleaned (would not idle, sat too long), was given back to me with same issue. Took back and returned to me with no difference for a second time. Sold at a loss due to long drive for buyer. Went back to explain my issue and service manager told me to not let one bad experience ruin future visits. Please go elsewhere if you want real customer service who stand behind their work.

I have been in contact with Justin since June and each time I have been in contact with him he has always been helpful and professional. One of the reasons why I drove 90 minutes to purchase a vehicle from Timbrook Honda. The staff were all very helpful and courteous and their professionalism is greatly appreciated.
