Great service. Devin was super helpful, friendly, and informative. It's good to have someone working the desk who also has a ton of mechanical knowledge and experience; that guy knows his stuff. I will definitely continue using Timbrook for service, maintenance, and repairs as long as I stay in this area. 5 star service all around.

My purchase at Timbrook GMC went smooth and flawless. They gave me a fair price for my trade and gave me some good deals on some accessories for my truck. Brian Read always makes the process easy. The sound system was gone in my 2010 Chevy Traverse. The service department figured out the issue, replaced my amplifier, and the music is playing again. Quality work with quick turnaround, and fair pricing. I highly recommend their services. Thank you.

Fantastic - had had negative previous experiences at the department but this last service appointment took care of my hesitation to taking my car there. I called Monday morning and was seen by 10 am. They dealt with my extended warranty with no issue and I had my car back by noon the next day. I seriously could not have asked for better treatment. Huge shout out to Devin - he was great to deal with. I will be back thanks to his prompt attention.

Waiting area was clean, kind of boring though. The wait was rather long for an inspection on a new vehicle. I understood the inspection would take some time and to be thorough, given that, it was still a long wait. I arrive just before 1pm and it was nearly 3pm when I left. The staff were nice, professional and answered all of my questions and made sure I understood their answers. The time in which I had to wait is the reason I only gave 4 stars..

Timbrook Collision Center has been very helpful in repairing our car. Steve and Josh and the rest of the staff have taken care of us and made sure all of our concerns have been met. They are making sure the vehicle looks and rides like it did originally. I will definitely go back and use them again for any repairs or paint work in the future.

I got a set of tires and everything went smoothly. Keep an eye out for the mail in rebates, they really make a tire purchase at Timbrook a great deal! Quick service, easy to set up an appointment, friendly staff. I'll continue to go back anytime I need anything!

Everything from start to finish was amazing. Was able to make a quick appointment, dropped off my vehicle, and it was ready when promised, and they called me to update me through the day to let me know what was wrong, and what it would cost before they made any repairs. I will definitely be taking my car back there if I need any other mechanical work.

Timbrook GMC exceeded my expectations from the moment I pulled into my he dealership. Angie was very friendly and personable, she answered every question I had about the vehicle and was very knowledgeable about all the features of the car. Jordan and Stacey were also excellent to work with for all the financial paperwork. I would highly recommend Timbrook. This was by far the easiest and best car buying experience I have ever had. Jordan and Zach couldn't have been anymore friendly and accommodating. I drove 2-1/2 hours one way. I'll send more customers there way that's for sure. You buy from and deal with great people and that's these two guys.Sincerely,Bob D'Anthony

Went in for service for oil change, everyone was pleasant from scheduling the appointment to taking care of my Buick. Manager acknowledged me there and ask how everything was going. So overall, excellent!

Although I normally do my own repairs, time and temperature didn t permit today. The repair was very timely and cost was reasonable. I am very satisfied with Timbrook GMC.

I paid $100 to find out nothing. Pulled out of lot & dash backlights went out again. I m sorry but $100 is robbery- I understand time is money but $100 for nothing is ridiculous.

Because of Simple Tire didn't inform me what time my appointment was, so I was early. Instead of making me wait, the service team squeezed me in and complete the work. The service team was polite and friendly.

I purchased 4 tires and had them installed.. when I asked the price of the tires I was quoted a price. No mention was made of a $20 per tire installation fee. Had I been appraised of this I would have gotten the same tires at my local tire shop, Where they don t charge a fee. The tires were the same price otherwise. I used your shop to save some time but it ended up a costly decision. I get my regular service at your shop only due to warranty considerations.

I was disappointed to pay almost $100 for oil change & tire rotation. I have never paid that much, ever! Anywhere I've gone tire rotation has been included, and being a new vehicle, tire rotation should not be extra.
