Hit a deer and busted my headlight cover. They were able to provide estimate and repair significantly faster than anyone else in the area. Made the process a lot less stressful.

They had my car for almost two months and they haven t fixed it and the person who was supposedly to be fixing my car got fired out of no where and I still don t have my car and it s been since Jan . And I got hit by a young kid and I still have no idea if my car would be ready by tomorrow I keep getting charged my for my rental and no one can give me a straight answer . Also they are making me pay for things that someone else hit

I would NOT recommend anybody to this company I own a $70,000 Dodge Challenger. I took this car to be repaired for some deer damage they had kept over 2 months ago. They did not fix all the dents and chips in the paint. They over sprayed on my spoiler and then painted it a different color. They got body filler on my tire wheel and did not fix it. There is dusting MMark handprints some kind of black glue damage to my window tint. Then they have the audacity to try and scam and not fix the car correctly. I have plenty of pictures before and after they will contact me or there will be a lawsuit a $70,000 car.

They do a good job. The issue is that they NEVER return my calls. I dropped my car off on May 30th. It was the date THEY told me to drop it off. It is now July 7th and I do not have my car. I have had to ride out to the collision center to find out the progress of my car because no one would ever return my call. Staff have been friendly when I'm there. I just really wish they had better communication.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Better experience than the last time. Only had my car a week to make repairs from being broadsided at Walmart while I was parked. This time, repairs looks like a brand new car. Staff was easy to talk to and work with.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

This company came on January 10th and picked up my SUV to fix after an accident. It has now been 2 months and 4 days and they still have it. Everytime I call I get another excuse for why it's not done or they say they will call me back and let me know but rarely do. I'm nervous and no longer trust this company because I feel like they don't care at this point and I'm just getting the run around from them. I was told once they had the parts it would take 15 days to fix yet it's been over 2 months and I still do not have my vehicle back. I will never use this company again and hope that my vehicle is actually fixed right at this point .

Zero communication and poor customer service. (Only communication that occurred was when I called inquiring why the vehicle was still not ready, 4 calls over 35 days)Stated things were done when they were not. (Alignment and hood touch up)Did not do things on original work order. (Chip guard, mud flap)Constant mishaps. (Ordered left fender not right, received damaged fender, reordered fender, mispainted fender)Reassembled door after painting and window no longer closes properly. Trim not fully installed and came out when opening the window.A little communication could have gone a long way to improve this experience, but would not correct the other issues.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Second time using these guys and last. First time they drilled holes in my front bumper for the license plat. the bumper they replaced had a drill-less off-center mount for the plate so my bumper didn't need unsightly holes. The paint doesn't match very well in the sunlight, and now I'm going on 3 weeks without my car because they keep trying to order cheap after market parts that don't fit properly. Their employee Scott (the younger scott) also tried to pressure me into taking down this review when I finally was able to pick my car up.

Every time I called to speak to someone they were never there. Then on top of that I left voice-mail and never got return phone calls. I had to speak to shop manager and my issues still haven't been resolved. I refuse to take anything or buy anything from them ever again. This place is horrible. I've been having issues with them since Septemebr of 22 and it's now Feb 23 and still no resolution. 0/10 recommend this place to anyone

avoid this place like the plague. we took our car in in early October, let it sit for 2 weeks and they had done nothing. So we picked it up and again waited for them to complete the insurance stuff and submit. Finally, I get an appt in early November for the 29th-3 weeks later. Today the 22nd I am told they need to push us out to January 3, which I informed them I was having knee surgery and it must be before. He said there was nothing he could do!!!! They have no honor, no respect for the customer, and service is nonexistent. Avoid as though they ARE the COVID virus.

Terrible communication new paint is scratched and the roof of car was scratched in places where it wasn't before the car got fixed. Not to mention parts that were broken that needed replaced got glued and put back on. Not even bothering to ask to make it right.

First & foremost I dnt recommend your service to anyone. The customer service wasn't up to snuff. Got attitude from Secretary & was unable to answer my questions. Didn't do what the insurance order paid for. Had to take it back to be redone & still not satisfied with the finished product. Dirt in paint, swirl marks on paint that shouldn't have been touched, scratches on fender & both doors on the passenger side. When asked to show proof of work done they were unable to show. "Picture of everything but your truck." What a coincidence huh. The bad part is I wanted to take my truck there because the service I received from Steve was great in the past. Unfortunately he's not the person who handled this claim.

The Collision Center promptly finished the body work on our car. Was very attentive and explained each step if there were hiccups that would come up. Great job!
