Very Happy with our service. Had to get our windshield replaced because of a rock related crack. The team was helpful, knowledgeable, and really friendly. They set good expectations about the possibility of challenges calibrating our Subaru eyesight (had no problems) and they worked quickly. They were even able to salvage our permit that was stuck to the old windshield. Very pleased with the service, would recommend them and use them again.

Had a morning time slot and the technician arrived at the beginning of the 4 hour window, was very friendly and kind, and got the work done quickly and payment was very convenient (online). My technician went above and beyond to make sure my windshield and wipers looked great. Price was to be expected but for the service, I would go here over anywhere else in the area.

Safelite got me an appointment the same day my windshield was hit by a rock. They were through and efficient.We barely waited 30 minutes and my car was done.I Highly recommend using Safelite auto, I definitely won't be taking my car anywhere else to get a window replacement. Their staff is absolutely amazing!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Chip in my 2018 Mitsubishi windshield. They came to my house. Appt 12-5. Oh, we forgot the windshield liner,1/2 day lost. 2nd appt 8-12 put windshield in. Another 1/2 day lost. Intermitant wipers no longer work. They worked before the new windshield was put in. Called them to report problem. You can drive 45 minutes to their shop to get it fixed or lose another 1/2 day of work, another 12-5. Cannot schedule a specific time for appt, because their time is valuable. To top it off, they may have to order parts for it, so it may not be fixed. So, $250 for windshield + lost time. Currently waiting for them to come and fix their problem.I suggest NO ONE ever use SAFELITE.

Amazing quality. Fast and reliable and they was cheaper than the smaller glass replacement companies in the area. They turned this into a working sealed windshield.

The management and employees are nice. They did a good job. One thing I don t like is Safelite s automated call center. You can t get a real person unless you know the store location number.

A rock hit my window on a Friday and I was certain that this would take the weekend and probably a few more days to get the window in for installation. I couldn't have been more wrong. I submitted my request through my insurance on the web on a Friday night and had an appointment Saturday morning at my own home. I was very surprised! Very happy with all the staff and their efforts to get my window taken care of! I cannot say enough. I am overly pleased!

I had my windshield replaced recently. It was so easy to schedule the repair. The Service person called me that morning told me when he would be there. He also explained everything to me. He was so friendly and very good at his job. Everyone that needs glass work should call Safelite.

I had Safelite come to my house in Keyser and do mobile service on two vehicles at the same time. David was my technician and did an excellent job. Was very knowledgeable and was not bothered by me watching the process. New glass looks great. With State Farm as my insurance all I had to do was sign my name for the two glasses. Safelite works with State Farm to take care of the rest. Could not ask for a better transaction. Would highly recommend them for future repair.

most excellent service from Rogera polite and very helpful man.after Roger replaced the front windshield, he taped the back window of our pick up truck to keep the glass in place.great service with a smile, I would recommend Safelite to friends

I had my back window replaced cause it was busted out and they did an awesome job, it looks great and they also removed the old stickers i had on my windshield that i couldnt remove, can not even tell they were ever there...thx safelite you did a great job!

Drove 40 min to replace a windshield. They broke it when they opened it. Had to come a week later and was told I can have a free pair of wipers. I get free wipers regardless of your faults.

hard to get thru to talk to anyone. I needed "tracks" glued onto glass in my camper and he told me they dont do that.
