Queen City Tire and Auto will definitely take care of you. I had a large nail in my tire and it wouldn't hold pressure. I called and spoke with Mike, he told me to bring it right in. When I got there he overheard me talking to friends explaining why I would be late getting to the hospital to see a friend before they went in for surgery. He offered to have someone take me there so I wouldn't have to wait. I opted to wait, he had my car taken back immediately and they had me in and out in about 30 minutes. I was still able to make it to the hospital to have a few minutes with friends. I appreciate that quick response and that they recognized that getting to the hospital was so important to me. I would recommend Queen City Tire and Auto to anyone

10/10 recommend! I had my old vehicle looked at here before selling and was properly advised by the tech what the issue was. I also get my new car detailed here once a month because of how they make it shine. The staff is so friendly and ready to help!

I recently found out that I had motor steering and suspension parts failing. As someone who hails trailers I can t risk safety. Queen City tire was prompt in getting me fixed up with an estimate with lifetime warranty parts. Their scheduling team set me up with an appointment to fit my schedule. A curiosity reminder call was provided and I dropped my truck off Wednesday morning. When I dropped the truck off I spoke with the owner about how my front brakes were chattering and my headlight was out. I asked for an estimate to add that in possibly for a later appointment. Within an hour I had. A new estimate and was offered that if I would like to have it all done while I was already there I could. I now have my truck back and it s driving like the first day I bought it. Since my appointment I have already received a check in call to make sure everYthing with the truck was going good. From beginning to end my experience with Queen City motors was nothing less than perfect. Good people great energy and quality work. Trust Queen City motors with your next purchase or need and I guarantee you won t be disappointed.

I had some work done to my car at Queen City Tire and Auto after it was properly diagnosed. They picked up my car from work and replaced the throttle body and installed a new battery. On my way home, I got a call from the garage asking me to come back because they realized they accidentally overcharged me!! My bill was corrected and I happily went home!! Who does that???

The running boards where installed on my Pathfinder to perfection! Better than the factory could ever make them look! Everyone was so kind and curious of my time! They fit me in on short notice and the work was done in less time than expected! I could not be more pleased with the service I had, I will definitely be returning for all my service needs!

Iv been getting mine and my boyfriends vehicles taken care of from here since I moved to Cumberland 6 years ago. They have always been great, they do FULL SERVICE! No other place you go to will go to such great lengths and check everything they do on a vehicle for under an hour and no extra cost, i thank them for everything they have done for us! Definitely recommend!

Always great service. My Service Manager is Lorelei. She always does a great job. Always polite and very professional. Explains things very well. Appointments are always on time. Family-owned business and they treat their customers just like family.

I have been going to Queen City Tire and Auto for years, getting all my work done here and they always take care of my vehicles. I wouldnt go anywhere else. The ladies and gents are always so nice in service. Shout out to My advisor Lorelei especially being patient and understanding with my needs. Love you guys, you're the best!

I was very pleased Queen City was able to complete this project in timely Manor. There Manager, front desk, mechanic were all able to keep meinformed, help me understand the process for which this work was to be done. They were all kind courteous, knowledgeable. Great service! Friendly knowledgeable staff that are willing to help. They also have a convenient shuttle service to and from your home when they service the vehicle. Pretty awesome

I have been doing business with Queen City Motors for years! They are easy to deal with. They explain everything in away that I can understand.I recently purchased a 2022 Toyota RAV4 with Queen City Motors. Absolutely love my new to me vehicle. I don t xai Ed to them I wanted to add fog lights. They helped me find them , get them and rather quickly at that. I also just got them out on and I absolutely love them! They make the front of my vehicle shine I completely love them .Thank you Queen City Motors and Lorelei !

I have sold a car at Queen City, bought a car at Queen City, and had that car serviced at Queen City. I have never had anything less than an excellent experience with all staff and all departments. I am thankful I decided to work with them for my vehicle needs, it has been a pleasure- and will continue to be!

Jeff and Lorelei and the rest from Queen City have always taken care of anything I have ever needed!! They always treat me with respect!! Nothing but love from all of them!! My cars only go to Queen City to be serviced! I always keep up the maintenance with any vehicle I have owned and only goes here!! I ve never once had any issue with any of them here!! From the "get-go," from phone appointment making, to check-in at arrival, to waiting for the work to be completed, to checking out, this is a well-oiled smooth operation. Jevaun answers the phone with professionalism, patience, and friendly manners. My service representative is Lorelei, and I would challenge any other in the industry to best her in efficiency, knowledge, and customer service. I have been bringing my car here for years. Just had a detail and it looks brand new. All my brakes, tires, maintenance work has been done at Queen City and I've always had excellent experiences. Wouldn't go anywhere else. If I need something, I call my girl Lorelei

Dropped my car off 9:30a for an oil change. Needed my passenger side door fixed(because it won't open from the outside) and they needed to run diagnostic to see further issue with some rattling occurring. I was expecting a call from them and got nothing. Now, they are closed, with my car, and I have no car to get to work tonight. Lovely.This was a 1 star review, but since having dealt with several other team members and having really all issues resolved I have been quite satisfied with the work done. Thank you all for clearing up any inconveniences I had.

One stop shop. Neat clean customer waiting area. They inspected my vehicle and did a nice job. They have a great group of professional people working there. Not the cheapest, but they are a full service, dependable automotive business.

We bought a Durango from Queen City Motors about 3 years ago and trouble with the steering. We took it back and they replaced a part on it but it still wasn t right, so they wrote a letter stating if the steering failed on it at anytime they would fix it. A few weeks ago we started having more problems with the steering so we called down and they said to bring it down. We did and they found the problem and it wasn t a cheap one. They stuck to their promise and fixed the problem for us 3 years later for FREE. Our warranty had run out and they sucked up the cost and gave us 1 year warranty on the $3,000. 00 part they replaced. So if they tell you something you can believe they will live up to their promises.

Our van and my car both recently were cared for by QCT&A, fitting me in to check some warning lights that came on in my car. Our associate, Javaan was new to me but very efficient, courteous, answered my questions and walked me out to find the van when I picked it up. We are long-time customers here and QCT&A

Always there when I need them! Had to get a new battery at 415 on a Friday. Mike took 10 min and told me to be there by 445 and he would put it in. I got there, they put the battery in and I was checked out and paid up all in about 30 min! Thanks to allService: BatteryService: Battery
