Queen City is amazing! They helped me and my husband get into an amazing car for an amazing price! The staff was all so nice! We plan on dealing with Queen City anytime we need a vehicle from now on.

I drove 5 hours, 293 miles one way to look at a car that has always been my dream car. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Kennedy who was awesome right from the start. I test drove the car although, I knew I really didnt have to. There was a slight glitch in my bank loan but Kennedy and Queen City Motors assured me that after driving 5 hours I wasn't leaving without my dream car. They worked with me and made it happen. I couldn't be happier. I know own a 2010 Chevrolet Camaro SS, Inferno Orange Metallic which only had 7,596 miles when I left the lot. If your in the market for a vehicle look no further. They have a lot full of excellent vehicles. Thanks again Kennedy. Queen City Motors your top notch!!!

Everyone at QCM and specifically, Brian Records, was awesome! They saved us a trip out of town and helped us avoid a long day at an unfamiliar dealership, by locating several options of the vehicle we wanted and bringing it to Cumberland. The time and effort we saved by being able to shop locally was fantastic. The car-buying experience I dreaded turned out to be fun because of Brian. He made it very easy and we felt like we left with a friend!

Sales people are nice. My car is junk. Told me they'd give me 21,000 for my car only to be given the pay off of 17,600. They snuck in some janky warranty plan that seems to only cover dents in a handful of things. Car had several things wrong with it right off the bat: back light wad super loose, they told me it was normal. Fan while operating heating and cooling is super loud squeaking and they told me that was normal. Front camera wouldn't work, they fixed that. Couple months go by and I have no issues with the car. Then I take it in for a oil change to be told I might have a oil leak, now I never noticed anything in my driveway, shortly after I'm smelling oil burning and big spots on my driveway. I bring it in and was told after 2 visits that it's a covered under the extra warranty I paid for. They were ordering parts and would call me when they came in. 2 weeks go by and they call me to tell me it's no longer covered and would be $2200 to fix it. Upon digging through all the warranty papers is when I found out about them not giving me the correct trade in price. I definitely would not shop here again. If you're not gonna support what you sell ill pass.

Bought a car there 2 years ago that has had nothing but issues and which I definitely over payed for but it being the first time I ever bought a car I didn't really know what I was getting myself into(also found out that the car burned oil like 2 weeks after buying it). So fast forward 2 years and all the maintenence and headaches finally got to me so I decided to try to see what they would give me for it and man they got me for sure, offered me like 6k and they said unfortunately because my car is known for having the particular issues it had they weren't allowed to sell my particular vehicle anymore at there lot and they would have to sell it at a auction. So bottom line is buyers beware don't let them scam you like they did to me. Definitely made my first time car buying experience one to remember

A wonderful experience finding my newest vehicle. Kennedy took the time to listen to what I was looking for and made it happen. Took my trade in giving me a very fair deal which I was able to put towards my new vehicle. Left that day in a safe and reliable vehicle that my children and I love and are looking forward to many adventures in it.

Brian was very helpful. Buying a car can be stressful, but Brian and the entire Queen City staff went above and beyond to make sure we left happy, even with some unexpected twists. We enjoyed our ride down to the fair tonight in our new to us truck, and I just want to say thanks again to Brian and Queen City Motors for doing everything needed to get us in our new ride!

I would recommend Queen City Motors to anyone looking to buy a vehicle who wants to feel safe, secure and supported through the entire process from the beginning to the end. I was skeptical for months about actually making a purchase. I had visited dealer after dealer and nobody ever made me feel like they deserved my business or that I was more than a sale until I met Travis and Matt that work at Queen City who literally stopped at nothing to get me into a vehicle. They were understanding, patient, kind, assertive and focused on making sure I got exactly what I wanted. I spent the first day with them discussing the numbers and options and also about family, people we knew and life experiences. Time might be money but they spoke to me as if that wasn t even on their radar. When we got down to business and made the decision on a vehicle Matt took care of everything in what I would consider record time. The relationship they have with my bank made me feel even more secure. One of many they deal with I might add. The total process took less than 48 hours from start to finish paperwork, banks, MVA, everything! Then after I left Travis called me personally (after hours I might add so he didn t even HAVE to do that) and told me he really appreciated my business and if I ever needed anything to call and they will take care of it when I felt I should have been the one doing the thanking. To be 100% honest I was given false advice about Queen City and that s why I never went before but I m glad I decided to go that day and give them a chance to prove me wrong because if I didn t I wouldn t be driving my dream car at 23 years old today ! My husband and I are so pleased with their service. ! Thank you Queen City Motors. We ll see you soon.

I recently purchased a vehicle from JD Hook at Queen City Motors (QCM). The entire sales experience was very positive. He was most helpful throughout the process and I had an opportunity to interact with other staff members regarding questions that I had about the vehicle. Brian did an outstanding job making me feel comfortable in each car I took out for a test drive. He didn't pressure me with a purchase and we actually had some interesting conversations. I would highly recommend Brian at Queen City Motors. I was disappointed an owners manual wasn't available upon purchase of my 2023 Subaru Outback. They had to request one. Also, tank was on empty when I purchased car. Both of these issues will be resolved by Queen City. However, this is my honest review.

Brian Records, was an outstanding young man to work with. He followed up and communicated well, but was not over bearing, he did not make me feel pressured into anything. He seemed willing to accommodate, ready to serve. Brian created a very good customer service experience.
