They were extremely quick. Within 13 minutes he had my car back in my yard after calling them with location . Very polite and friendly. Were reasonable about price. Very understanding considering my circumstances. But they helped me get my car back after I messed up and recked. I greatly appreciate it

Called 13 times to figure out where our tow truck driver was. Never got an answer. Truck driver took 40 minutes to arrive but no one told us he was coming from LA vale. We never got a text of an eta or anything from dispatch or the driver.When the tow truck driver arrived with our car he laughed and said " dispatch just sent me your number, said you kept calling "I called it in around 9 o'clock and our car arrived near midnight. Meaning it took dispatch a few hours and a dozen calls to finally give our number to the tow truck driver.Tow truck driver was very professional. However being open 24 hours and missing 13 phone calls is unacceptable. Plus they missed three calls from cumberland police when I asked them to call Lucky 13 due to them not answering my phone calls

Yes we ran out of gas. Not one of our proudest moments as we thought we could make it over the mountain. However we were carrying a heavier load in our truck than we normally haul, which I m sure didn t help our mileage. Lucky 13 to the rescue. Fast, Efficient, and VERY friendly service. Thank you Lucky 13 for saving our day. We are appreciative of your kindness and help. Rare find in today s times!Services: Fuel delivery, Air conditioning

Had quite a few people suggest them and only had to wait 30 minutes for the driver.We ended up needing a new engine and their experienced backyard mechanics did the job just well enough to get it out of their shop in about a month and a half. There were multiple parts that were missing. If you need a tow, they are very good. Need engine work, go somewhere else.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Car towing

So these guys are absolutely amazing !!! Our transmission blew but at the time we didn t know that. We thought it was transmission fluid. Anyways they towed us over to their shop. Looked right at our car and told us get it to the dealership bc they didn t want to mess up our warranty and they were so nice about everything! They helped us find a Kia dealership get us there safe and helped as much as possible! 10/10 for them!Service: Transmission

I was assigned this tow company via my roadside assistance app through my insurance. They responded quickly via the app with estimated time of arrival, then I received a call from the driver personally to verify my location as well as to let me know where he was and that he was on his way. The driver was EXTREMELY friendly and professional. He made the experience as stress free as possible and showed a great attitude throughout.

Thank you Lucky 13 Towing for being available. My husband and I were passing though the area yesterday and required roadside assistance. While we are not thrilled with the roadside assistance company, we have nothing but high praise for the gentleman who came out from Lucky 13 Towing. He made a frustrating moment a lot easier. We called our insurance carrier to share our positive interaction with Lucky 13 Towing (and to complain about the roadside assist company). If we are ever in the area again and need assistance (god forbid and no offense), your company will be our first choice. Thanks again!

My car broke down on the interstate. They were able to respond within just over an hour after they received the call for assistance. After several attempts my car was jump started. However, we decided to tow the car to have it looked at by a mechanic due to it making noises that didn't exist prior to the car breaking down. The towing portion of the business is available 24/7, which is fantastic when you are far from home and find you need assistance. The staff is friendly and courteous.

These folks helped us when USAA s Roadside assistance vendor couldn t or wouldn t. I got their name and number from an old friend in Flintstone, MD who knows these good people. My car had been sitting on the shoulder of I68 for over 22 hours before I gave them a call. They had my van towed to their shop in no time at all. What a relief I highly recommend you call them when you need help!Service: Car towing

Tow request sent at 7:25 am but reportedly truck was not dispatched until 9:35am which then arrived 45 minutes later (10:20). All while my car was broke down on the side of Interstate 68 without friends or family to pick me up. The driver was friendly but overall I was upset that it took them so long to arrive. Fortunately, the weather was fair. It would have been detrimental if it was wintertime.Service: Car towing

Our car broke down during mid afternoon on Labor day as we were traveling to West Virginia. Lucky 13 answered their phone the first time and the owner/operator arrived within 30 minutes. This was incredible service considering the circumstances and saved our day. Army also gave us an excellent referral for a repair shop that was essential to saving our vacation. Thank you for the excellent service!

I was traveling for work (Pilot car/escort) and my alternator locked up and broke my serpentine belt. They sent Brad out to rescue me with a tow tuck and he dropped me off at the local hotel. Army and Marcus had me up and running the next morning (Saturday)which saved my run, and for a pretty reasonable rate. I can t say how much I appreciate their customer service and professionalism. Without their help I could ve lost an account. Highly recommend.Service: Car towing

Guy who answered the phone said no one would be able to come today to tow my car, which is fine, but made no attempts to try and schedule a time for me. Showed no concern for trying to take care of me as a potential customer. Wouldn t waste your time, call another towing company.

My truck broke down in a hill, in the middle of the road, i called them crying, i could get hit by another truck anytime..the guy said is going to come but after 20 min i called again, i was scared. He didn t answered..after a while, i called again. He said: i m not coming! You called me too many times! So i just wasted my time trusting this business!

On time, courteous, really helpful. We stopped in a small town that google said had 2 stations but both were closed (on Monday afternoon) . He brought us gas in a regular car like another reviewr said to keep the tow trucks towing. He even gave us great directions.

After calling every single Tow Service in Cumberland MD and receiving crazy amount of prices we came across Lucky 13 Towing& Hauling. These guys are amazing and reasonable . They are not out here to get your money knowing that you are in need of their service. Our drivers straps snapped off and his load was starting to fall off the trailer and we need the load lifted and reworked . We have heard anywhere from $1900 - $3000.. Which is honestly crazy!!! Lucky 13 was kind enough to show up to the scene and see how they can help us and what the cost would be . The cost was reasonable compared to every other company they charged $700. We wish their was more companies out there that were actually there to help these drivers out and not rip the drivers out!!! We understand that everyone is out there to make money but being reasonable is very important. Anytime We are in Cumberland area we will definitely reach out to you guys. Thank you for helping out!!!

Was in a bind, and Lucky 13 figured out a way to help me get out of it. Went from my tandem axle (loaded) boat trailer being stranded with no options on i68 just before i70 to showing up the next day with axle hub repair/replaced and just hooked up and was on my way! While i hope to never need help like that again, they'd be the first ones I'd call in that region

I was broke down on 68 at 11:00 p.m. I called Lucky 13. The guy was a Godsend...he was very understanding about my situation ...I was scared to death. I was on my way back home in 30 minutes. They actually have a company car that will take you home if the tow truck is not going to be available for awhile so you are not left along the highway for hours. I have used their service in the past. I will not call anybody else. Thank you Lucky 13!!

I didn't know where I was or where I needed to go but they were my heroes tonight!!! The gentleman at the shop was incredibly helpful and quick and Derek the tow driver was AMAZING and made sure I was somewhere safe to wait for my ride. :) Hate that I broke down but it couldn't have been at a better place. Amazing price and amazing service.

This towing company was fast and more importantly, kind! Our family of six broke down on 68. Lucky 13 sent an extra car to bring our family to safety! They are not just doing a job, but taking care of people. Brandi was the best, gave me a hug and even offered to come back to the repair shop to give me a ride to a car rental!!! As a mom that just went through a stressful break down, I felt completely cared for and important. Amazing! God bless you Lucky 13!
