I was charged a fair price and treated well. The mechanic was ready for me 10 minutes early and I was out of there fast. It was a very good experience, and I will be back. I love it that they are so close to home

The best service in town. The cost to have my car taken care of is normally $300.00 and you guys took care of everything less then $200.00. Already referred at least 4 people to your shop!! So glad to have found a place that cares.

Very happy with lavale automotive. I made an appointment to have my brakes checked and repaired for 9am. Only my right front brake needed repaired ,I was given a call and an estimate for the repair. Had my car back and brake repaired by 11.30

Had a good experience, I was informed on what all was wrong with the car and everything got fixed. Everyone was nice and the price was decent. I will be going back for anything else that the vehicle needs.

They charged me for an oil filter i didn t ask for because I just got one a month ago. No way they changed the filter. They just charged for it.I ll never go back.

Wow I am so so very glad I ended up at LaVale Automotive Service. I went in there thinking I might've known what the issue was and they corrected it and found the real problem and still in a timely manner! And hey I owed even less than estimate at the start! I felt a great vibe and I love that they're very trustworthy there. I'd love to keep their business in the future for sure.

Do not use this shop! They don't know what they are doing up there. I'm out of state and have had to call to tell the mechanic how to fix the vehicle. Now they want us to pay $350 more to replace and fix their mess up. This place is a joke and scam. If you looking for good service go somewhere else.

The receptionist is so nice, the price for my timing belt was fair for the work not over priced they got it done in a couple hours. Defiantly will go back if I need more work done.

I don't like anyone touching my cars. But when I need something done and don't have the time to do it myself. Well I took my Saturn here for an exaughst repair. Got the car back a week later. Only to find a puttle of gas by the muffler on the ground. Wasn't broke before. Was charged to replace. Won't get my business anymore. Had I known I would be charged for the line. Would have taken it else where.

This business is a joke it is so unorganized and unprofessional! They installed a smart start in my vehicle! When they installed it first of they butchered my wiring and did not even attach my dash correctly missing screws clips etc. It took them two and a half days to install it! Also when I finally go to get my car from the shop, it was so dirty with stuff all over the garage floor. There was also grease all over my seat , head liner and dash! Very upset about that due to my car is in mint condition with only 60,000 miles on it. It is horrible how my vehicle that I paid money for was treated like it came out of a junkyard!! Now I have tried to get my vehicle serviced since Friday and they say the equipment is down! So I called Monday and the system still down and today I called to ask if I could get my vehicle serviced and she said yes bring it on up! So I did gave my key credit card and mileage over to the lady and she replied that it would be a little bit there was one ahead of me! So I go wait outside 15- 20 minutes then she comes back out to tell me her system is down again not working that she couldn't service my vehicle! Sure wish that I would have known that before driving all the way to their repair shop, cause gas is so cheap these days! Needless to say I will not go back down there ever again I will go to the shop in Keyser where they are professional and organized! Maybe then I can get the service I deserve and a receipt due to I have never gotten one from LaVale Automotive!!

They replaced/ repaired my passenger side door latch, and they replaced some kind of suspension part and they also replaced the thermostat. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs Automotive work done. They are a great local garage. They were able to get me in without an appointment for a broken exhaust pipe. Did an amazing job, quickly and for a great price. I will absolutely be using and recommending them in the future. I've been looking for a reliable mechanic since moving here and think I just found them.

I wouldn't take my vehicle any where else..they are amazing people at this shop..we travel with my husband job all over..And in the time we was in Maryland. THEY SAVED US..they License to my 5th wheel for us and fixed our truck more than once for a reasonable price... And the repairs were done at a reasonable time frame... Great people and very friendly. Went in to have 4 new tires installed and an alignment done. This shop is a tire rack tire installer. Was there for just about an hour. Talked to a couple of the staff members the whole time I was there. Definitely a good place to go to have your vehicle serviced.
