I had to get a broken wheel stud replaced. They ended up charging less than the quoted amount because the job didn't take long. I was initially a bit concerned, but I was treated fairly and they did a good job. And for the record, I'm not white and I have a foreign accent.

Professional, efficient and great rates. I'd take those into consideration for anyone in need of a set of tires, alignment or any of their many other services. Great place. Great service.

This place should only be used as a last resort! Took my car here for a wheel alignment and oil change I asked if they had a new replacement oil filter they said yes, long story short they had my car for about 20 mins tops pulled it out and said it s good to go I paid the bill and left thinking everything was done few days later I look under the hood and noticed the same old oil filter and then noticed my wheels were still out of line they did absolutely nothing besides a oil change but charged me for all.. Will NEVER do business with them again..Services: Wheel alignment, Oil change

I will not be back.Had a routine alignment after having tires replaced.After first attempt steering wheel was off center to the right. Went back to get it realigned.After 2nd attempt steering wheel sill off center and truck pulling to the left.They offered to look at it if I had any more issues but I thought if it wasn t right after the second attempt it would be a waste of time.Took it directly to another shop in frostburg and it showed out of alignment and they were able to fix it.Picture shows the alignment as found condition after leaving DK and the bottom Is the corrected measurements after the 3rd alignment at another shop in frostburg.Service: Wheel alignment

Did work on my granddaughter's car and broke a major piece for the oil and did not tell us, then when confronted the man denied it. The car came out with oil leak that wasn't there before it went in and I was charged 1,700$ after I was done there. Took it to my mechanic and he told me what happened and showed me where it was. You could tell it was a pretty fresh brake. We had to end up scrapping it. Bcuz it cost a lot to fix the damage that was done while it was at D&K. I'm not saying that all their work is bad. I'm just telling you my experience there. So be careful.....

Honest and dependable are the best two words to describe this shop. They are forthright and have been good to deal with. The prices are fair and they stand behind their work. I use them for lots of different repair issues.4/12/22 Got 4 new tires & 4 wheel alignment, Great Price over $100 less than competitors.Second set of Mastercraft Tires, got great service from the first set they rode well and good traction in all weather. They had me in & out in 1.5 hours.Thank you for another great experience and free coffee.

My only choice for an alignment in town. There are others alignment places, but they aren't my choice. Got my SUV aligned over 6 years ago and haven't needed one again. Truck got aligned today, in and out quickly and the alignment is perfect.

I've counted on D. K. for years for their honesty, helpfulness, quality work and price! They always treat me right! They get me in quick. They contact me with information about the problem, details and explanations of what work needs to be done and all options for making the repairs. Their prices are great! Another local garage once quoted me over $1,000 for repairs. D. K. Did the job for $600!! I highly recommend them to everyone!!

I went in once told them the problems I was having. I had the struts replaced the week before I went to DK tires and the alignment rod was marked to see if we could align it before taking it there. We could not get the driver side loose so took it to DK tires to have them do it. They worked on my car then closed for the day, it was pouring rain bad and had tornado warnings. I went out of town for work that weekend (I did not take my car) for a week. When we got under the hood and seen the driver side was not moved and passenger side was out even farther. (The front end pulls to the left as soon as you let go of the steering wheel. Also after 60 mph the front end shakes.) So I took it back to DK (one week later) and they told me it was done right but would take it back and look at it. Told them how I knew it was not done right. They said it was alittle off on the passenger side and handed me my keys. Told them I would go check to make sure it was done, as soon as I walked out the door the garage doors got locked and so did the main door. (Was only 4:00pm). If I could give them NO stars I would. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. This is not the first time they have done this to someone. I want my money back but refuse to deal with the idiots who think they know what they are doing.Service: Wheel alignment

Great place for an alignment at decent prices. Friendly, helpful staff. Also - a friend of mine went in last night to have a hole in her tire plugged and her car broke down in their lot, and they went above and beyond to help her and made sure she had a ride home. Thanks D K!

Well, brought my vehicle in last month for an alignment, and something went wrong, so when I brought it back to them, they laughed at me and told me NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH IT, when clearly there is something wrong if I am back for a second time. It s pulling to the left, and making it hard to stop in a timely manner. So for whomever the owner is, and it was the owner who made a joke out of it... I would hate for anything to happen to my truck. You guys will be responsible. Not a positive review at all.

I think there is a new owner. I tried to make an appointment to buy 4 new tires and have them mounted and also an oil change. He got mad and hung up on me. Mr Tire in Lavale is cheaper, easy to deal with, and they have the tires you need in stock.

Had them cut down my spare tire and put on truck. Was quick, and friendly. Also have good prices on windshield decals, car seats, ect... Got tire done and a windshield vianal for under 40 and was back on the rd 10-15 mins later.

Will rip you off. They tried to tell me that a ball joint, which was replaced directly before bringing the vehicle in for an alignment, was bad. Had the vehicle in the garage for less than 5 minutes and charged me $40 dollars to do nothing. Go somewhere else.

Beware, management is extremely unprofessional. I overheard him referring me as you people and didn t ask him what he meant to avoid confrontation, which is not the first I have encountered an issue with him. It happened once before and thought I would give him another chance as a small business in the community and that maybe at that time he was having a bad day. I know now he has other problems other than having a bad day, so unless you look like him, I would not go there or else you will get screwed. I had to share!

The shop looks pretty low quality and nobody said a thing to me until after they changed my tire. Never asked what tires were okay so they just put the cheapest thing on. Got me back on the road, but I didn't trust the tire much.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star if I didn't have too. They are a rip off. Very rude and way over priced. They will tell u things are wrong with ur vehicle that really are not. They jus want the money. They are not trustworthy.
