Saved me!! Bryan and Kimmy helped me fix my car when I was freaking out and had no clue what was going on. They looked at it and gave me advice and helped solve the issue in a matter of minutes. Thanks to them my night and weekend was so much better. I appreciate you both so much!! Amazing customer service and kind staff!

I stopped at this Autozone for a headlight. I thought I was going to have to install it myself. To my pleasant surprise Kaden was there to assist. He is a remarkable young man in my opinion. School all day the coming to work 20 hrs a week. He is very knowledgeable and attentive. He not only replaced both bulbs(at his suggestion) but when he saw the condition of my battery, he took all the time required to clean the terminals. And believe me it was an effort. It was a very pleasurable encounter and I wish him all the best.

Bought a replacement drivers side mirror. Easily removed w/ screwdriver. Hooked 2 leads for heat. Snapped into fixture perfect. Very happy!!!

Great guy helped me and even directed me to another place that may have the battery cheaper when I was shocked by the price. I will definitely go to this AutoZone for basic auto care, wipers, oil, fluids, etc... All because this employee was honest and helpful. Even though this AutoZone is almost 30 minutes from my house. I will be going back for all our cars. That kind of honesty and customer service needs to be recognized. Wish I knew his name.

I must say, this has been one of the cleanest stores I ve walked into with the most respectful staff. I had a lot of questions and they were very understanding and answered all my questions. I needed new windshield wipers and the Store manager (Derek) walked out with me and put my wipers on for me. I will always go to Autozone on Park Street. You don t find very good customer service anymore. Thank you again gentlemen for making my trip worthwhile!!!

My favorite local auto parts store. I always go to this one instead of the one in Lavale. The guys are always so helpful. Especially Derek he s the best. He helps me all the time and is super professional!

Was on a trip with friends and were heading back to Delaware from West Virginia when my friends 2019 Ram 1500 battery decided to die at the Sheetz. I was able to get the truck jumpstarted and remember seeing the store off I-68 so I google searched the store and called and spoke to Bear, I asked him if he had a H7-DLG in stock, he placed me on hold and informed me they had the battery in stock and I asked him if he could pull it and set it aside for me. When we arrived at the store Bear had the battery pulled and ready to go. Another gentleman which is a PSM (I cant remember his name) sold us the battery with the install kit and installed it for us even though I offered to install it since I too used to be an Autozoner at 3493, he also read and cleared the check engine light which came on after the jump start and got us back on the road, thanks to everyone at the store, what great service!!

I was in AutoZone yesterday, November 3rd and was very pleased with my visit. The staff was very kind & helpful and management made sure to answer all of my questions and go over details with me. Would highly recommend Auto Zone on Park Street to anyone and everyone!

Store manager is absolutely amazing! With being a single woman and not really having anyone to help with my car maintenance I went to this Auto Zone to get the stuff to do a complete oil change in my jeep. While talking to the manager Derek, he offered to look my vehicle over and check all fluids and even checked my tire pressure for me. I know this isn't expected from them, but he was more then willing to help me out. I can't thank him and his staff enough for being so helpful! We definitely need more people like him in this world.

People are very nice and very helpful! The part's are top quickly with there life time warranty! I will go here for all my car part's from now on! Very helpful to people trying to figure out what is wrong with there car! Best customer service!!

I need to see why my service engine soon light was on and ask for help. I was given a device and told to take it out and plug it into my car somewhere wait one second and turn the key to my car to get a reading. I did get a printout and some advice from a very nice customer who was very helpful.

The absolute best in every way shape and form. Can't believe how friendly and helpful they were. We broke down on the side of the road and not only did they have the parts needed on stock but they offered a ride back to our vehicle. I can't speak highly enough of everyone that works there.

This place is the best! Every time I come here they help me! They are fast and kind and helpful and their prices are really really good! In and out in 10 minutes and my air conditioning is fixed! 5 stars!

We were traveling through and had brake troubles. Without proper tools and a very obstinate brake cover, we would have been stuck, but Frankie helped us out with his own tools and his muscle. Super kind and noteworthy! If you need parts and wonderful staff, stop at the Auto Zone in Cumberland!

Went down to buy a caliper with a friend asked fo right rear got home left rear caliper was in the box took it back to exchange for the right one the manager on duty gave me a big runaround and refused to give it to me without a credit card that it was bought on even though it was only bought 5 minuets before and my friend had to go to work so I had to wait another day to finish his brakes when they gave me the wrong part in the first place and could have exchanged it for the right one which the morning manager did

Love this place. Would go here over advanced auto anyday! The guys that work here are wonderful and more than helpful. They remember their customers and help in any way possible. Positive attitudes and very kind and caring. I love this place.

Store manager is great. As someone with a back injury, I was incredibly grateful he was willing to install a battery in my Buick (which has the battery under the backseat instead of under the hood). I know from being a former employee at the Carlisle Hub store years ago that Autozone employees are not expected to do battery installations in cars that don't have conventionally accessible locations, and the store manager here is clearly willing to go above and beyond in the name of good customer service.

Car broke down at Martin s, roadside assistance said it would be an hour and it would involve a tow. These guys got my car started, replaced the battery, bang bang, good to go in a half hour. Big thanks to Jacob H. and the rest of the crew!
