Not from the area, called for a quick look after a (scary) sound started, and they took us in. Did a look. Lobby was clean and very nice. Worker was very nice and helpful. Definitely would be my go to place if I lived close enough!

Highly recommend going here! We needed a tire plugged at the last minute, and they got us in and out very quickly - and for a terrific price. We really appreciate their customer service, and would come back in a heartbeat!

Auto Clinic is always friendly to work with and they go above and beyond with their customers! Tommy has always taken care of all my needs for my van. I never have to worry about being taken advantage of with them because of being a female. Tommy takes care of my van just like he would if I was his family and it was providing transportation for his grandkids. Thanks Tommy for always taking care of us!Service: Brakes

I rarely take my vehicles to the shop for any type of repair. I am and accomplish mechanic myself and I would say I trust this shop to be fair and honest with pricing and said repairs. Everytime I have had service done here I have been satisfied.

1st repair (a.c compressor) was fine, 2nd time didn't get what I asked about instead got a repair I didn't need ( the old " your so & so is bad") was never consulted about it & vastly overcharged on labor ( $90/hr-3hr on a repair that used to take me about 40 min, before my arthritis)Update. 1st repair was ok 2nd major rip off. Asked for a spark plug change ( couldn't do it because my hands were bad) they said they had to change spark wires & coils 1st ( I had put new coils & wires 10 months before, never changed sparks ( I marked the set I put in & when my hands got better I pulled 1 & still had original markings. D.N.U. try g+g auto maxThese guys charged $700 for what was supposed to be a spark plug change and they changed 1 spark plug wire smh

We literally just coasted into this auto shop as our car was actively breaking down while on our road trip from Washington, D.C. to Indiana. They were the only people that could see us last second. They quickly fixed our car (in and out in less than hour) and we were back on the road safely in no time. We also felt the prices were very fair. We are so thankful to Tom for taking good care of us and coming to our rescue! Wish we were more local so we could make him our permanent mechanic. I have had a lot of issues with this place. The very first time I took my car here I asked for a full work up (along with state inspection and some other things). Check the car top to bottom, front to back. Every nut, bolt and piece of the vehical looked over. That was clearly not done and I have had to take the car back a few time to try and rectify it. Unfortunately every time I take my car here the problem either ends up not fixed or I discover other issues that have been looked over or not mentioned. I do have a Volkswagen which, being a foreign car, could be why they have not been able to properly diagnose or fix many of the problems with it. If you have a foreign car I reccomend finding a shop that specializes in foreign cars as I have. This shop is just not equipped to deal with it.Update: after having my car looked at and fixed by another mechanic I can say with certainty that this place does not know what they are doing. Everything that was fixed on my car were not things that were specific to a foreign car and should have been found and fixed easily by this place but were not. Actually, some of the work this auto clinic has done to my car had to be redone seeing as they didn't do it correctly. While we were in Cumberland working, we found ourselves in need of a clutch and flywheel for our truck. Not only did we need help but we were in a serious time crunch. Tom and his crew went above and beyond the call of duty. Had our truck towed there, rebuilt our flywheel, and specially ordered us a new clutch.....then gave us a new two year warranty on the clutch. They kept us in the loop the whole way and got our truck back in order in time for us to make it to our next job site. Friendly, informative, and fast service. I recently had the air conditioning replaced on my vehicle. The technicians at Auto Clinic were wonderful to work with and were able to complete the service for less than initially quoted, always a plus for a customer considering a costly repair. I strongly recommend Auto clinic for their auto knowledge, service efficiency, and genuine character. I agree with their proclamation of being honest, professional, and fair in their offerings of auto services.Service: Air conditioning

So happy with this place. I was passing through Cumberland and started having engine problems. With 800 miles to drive, I had to get it fixed. They found and fixed a problem with a engine cylinder ignition coil all in about an hour, so that I could finish my drive home. They also gave me recommendations on other things I should look at repairing with my car. Price was very fair as well. What excellent service! Thanks so much Auto clinic! I wish this place was near where I live.

They provide excellent service. They are honest people with wonderful personalities. They have worked on several of my vehicles over the years and many of my family member's cars as well. Auto Clinic gives back to the community as well. Tom was great. I had just moved to the area recently and needed my 2018 Honda inspected. Usually I expect to get sold on something even with it being new. Tom didn't do any of that. Very honest and respectable. The conversation was relaxed with no pressure. The prices listed were reasonable as well

This place is truly a gem in a world of untrustworthy mechanics. My 20 year old Jeep Cherokee needed maintenance and I am beyond grateful that I chose this place. They are professional, courteous and kind. Tom, Kevin and Zach all have helped me on different occasions, all three were great. They easily solved a common Jeep problem that is notoriously difficult to pinpoint without a problem (among other things), I am truly impressed. I also left feeling that every repair made was explained very clearly and priced fairly. They will be receiving all of my business for the duration that I live in the area. 100% would recommend!

Good experience, Helpful staff. My family has all their maintenance done there on all of our vehicles. Honda, Dodge and Toyota never had a problem.Tommy is a great mechanic and shop owner.Recently I had to have my timing belt and waterpump changed. The preventive maintenance was completed on time and above my standards. The crew at The Auto Clinic are top notch.

Brought my car in for a Maryland state inspection and needed some other work done as well.Pricing is very good. gave me options for new vs used parts. Over all very good experience with them despite my long wait time. Gotta wait for the best right?Highly recommended.

Best place I ever went!!! Very kind gentlemen.. Fair prices and they'll work with low incomes...Look over your entire vehicle & list problems before work..If vehicle still has issues after visit, they don't charge you twice...always get the job done for the best prices I've seen so far. I recommend this business to everyone!
