Hello, one of the best shops. I have history since Chuck was a mechanic before his passing. The shop is clean, with wifi, and Megan the manager is very accurate and knowledgeable. Shes reasonable with services and time working with the customers around the clock with updates and fairness in the times the vehicles will be serviced and ready. Andy and the other mechanics in the shop operate with the most precise skills and are the best technicians on that side of Maryland servicing European vehicles. I m very very pleased and satisfied. Will be returning soon!

I recently visited Harbor for an issue related to the emissions system of my Mercedes GL 350. They diagnosed the problem and provided an estimate if they were to do the repair but encouraged me first to take the vehicle to the dealer since the repair may be covered due to an existing class action lawsuit/settlement. I did just that and saved a lot of money as the dealer did cover the expense. This example shows this is an honest business and this stood out to me. Thanks Harbor Auto Center for your honesty and I plan to rely on them for any future repairs or maintenance.

I recently had my car towed from the Mercedes dealership to Harbor Auto Center. First off, prior to towing, the mechanic Andy knew right away what was going on with my car. He was confident and made me feel at ease that he knew what he was doing. Front desk customer service Megan kept me informed and was patient, even though I called a few extra times getting anxious. They were efficient, very polite, and gave me an honest and detailed estimate. My car had major work to be done to the wiring harness and considering what the dealer wanted to charge, their estimate was fair. I would definitely recommend them. The work comes with a 12k miles or 1year warranty on work done. I have been driving for 2 weeks now and my car feels like new.If anything goes wrong, I feel confident that they will honor their work. Excellent work on my MB. Local shop using Mercedes Benz parts or high quality aftermarket (Mann) for work. Not a fancy location, they are putting their money into the shop side. Good communication through the work. I had B service done, transmission clean with filter and new spark plugs. Value for the money is high!

Megan and Andy were the BEST!They were extremely thorough in identifying existing problems and issues that would need to be addressed as the car ages. It is wonderful to have a timeline of sorts, regarding items that will need attention.Andy went above and beyond in explaining all work done on our car.Communication was top notch!Services: Auto brake repair, Brakes, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

I have been taking my vehicles to Harbor AUTO Center since 2007-08. The service is always amazing, personalized, and detailed. I don't trust my vehicles to any other shop. The communication is first class and the cost of the service is fair. Harbor Auto Center is like family and that is hard to find...I would recommend Harbor Auto to anyone looking for good, efficient, reasonably price auto service...big shout out to Andy and Megan...Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Harbor Auto Center is the only place I will take my German car for any issues. They are reliable, friendly and mist of all honest. I stopped by Harbor Auto to get my headlight replaced. I was greeted with a smile as I expected. Megan ordered my bulb and the technician put it in within a matter of minutes. While I was there I mentioned my check engine light comes on sometimes very random. Just took both of my cars to Harbor Auto for general repairs. I m extremely pleased by quality of work which were performed on both cars. Andy Harbor s mechanic did a excellent job explaining cause of both cars problems and repair process. I knew I needed the valve cover gasket replaced on my vehicle. I also knew that a valve cover gasket replacement is particularly difficult on my make and model. After being told by multiple auto repair shops that I should essentially "junk" the vehicle (for $300 nonetheless), I reached out to Harbor Auto Center. They said, "Sure no problem, we can take care of that for you." I received a call a few days later that my vehicle had been repaired and then proceeded to drive for 40,000 more miles with no problems.Service: Engine repair

Wow! Just wow! I am so pleased that we found Harbor Auto Center! We have rarely found a mechanic that would give us such good service! Originally we took our car there because the dealerships could not figure out what was wrong with it. Charles was immediately able to diagnose the problem and fix it -- we were so pleased that we now have all four of our cars serviced by Harbor. They always figure out the problem and have our car ready for us in a timely manner! We appreciate that they are professional--from the office staff to the mechanics. As long as they are in business they will be our mechanics!

After years of having one bad experience after the next, I noticed the Harbor Auto Center shortly after they opened their doors, several years ago. I have a MB GL 320 CDI and over the past few years used them frequently and always receive prompt service for a much lower price than the local MB Repair facility. If you are looking for an honest Mechanic with tons of experience and a facility that truly cars about your vehicle, you need to give Harbor Auto Center a try. They worked on my shocks and a few months later the pump stopped working again and they installed the new one without any labor cost. I love that they don't charge me all the pumped up charges such as Diagnostic fees, shop fees etc.. Love this place and the MB Repair facility will never see me again!!!

We scheduled a time to take our car down, dropped the car off, and after they had the car for 2 days they informed us that they were to busy to diagnose the problem that our car was experiencing. We were handed a bill for $280 and the car runs just as bad as it did when we dropped it off.The guy was nice enough but the only thing they accomplished was lightening my wallet.I guess things are different these days, what happened to getting paid for a job well done?

We heard about this shop from a friend and couldn't have been happier! On top of great customer service and a quick turn around, they are very reasonably priced. We would definitely recommend Harbour Auto Center, and plan to use them again when needed!!

My father has always been a European car lover, he owns a European car dealer. He's always wanted me to own a German car, well I got a BMW E46 330XI and every since I've brought it no one ever seemed to be firm or really know what the problem was. My father lives in SC so he was really never able to recommend me to someone who knows about European cars but he did inform me that I did need to find someone that had the rare expertise in these kinds of vehicles. I have been to many shops many of which say they could not work on my car or needed to take half of the car apart to confirm what the problem was. The first time I had spoke to Charles I immediately knew he had expertise in these kinds of vehicles, he was confident and confirmed what the problem was. He knows these cars all around and every single time I take my car there it's a quick confirmation. When I get my car repaired at this shop it is done professionally and right. Charles is a man of his word, and that is something you do not come by often. This will be my shop from here on out. Thank you Charles and his wonderful team for the excellent work, integrity, and service.

Chuck and Ashley are both always very attentive and customer service oriented... Chuck and his technicians helped and continues to help me keep my BMW running smoothly past 184,000 miles! If it wasn't for a loaner car requirement from time to time, I would take my car here for every service items.

Absolutely over the top customer service and good rates for the work I've had done (4 visits in the last year or so). I know a little about cars and these guys are very honest. In fact a friend of mine that works at another repair shop referred me to this shop.

Made an appt to bring our car in 7/11/16 for service. No call from Harbor Auto that day with estimate. Turns out they forgot about our car. Left a message for a return call on their voice mail that evening, no one returned our call the next day. I called 7/12/16 at 1200 when we did not receive a call back, spoke to office mgr who said" it had fallen through the cracks." Said she posted our car on the board for service that day but it appears techs didn't follow up. It concerns us that they left for the day without checking on our car and that they didn't return our voice mail message. This to us is unacceptable.

I have been coming to Harbor Auto since 2011 and could not be happier with their service. They are the only mechanics that I trust and their customer service is phenomenal. Every time I visit their shop I leave feeling like a part of the family.

Absolutely horrible. After 1,000 dollars my car runs even WORSE than it did when I brought it in. They ended up fixing things that didn't even need to be fixed and now I am having more problems with what they so called "fixed". Money down the drain and now my car is in worse shape than before. You would think they would fix what they broke but now they are just asking for more money. I can't even express my disappointment with this company.

They'be always taken extra care of us and our MBs. Once, when I had a prolonged illness, they went way beyond the call of duty, lending an extra hand to us when we needed help getting my car back in repair. Great service, great people.
