Frank was very kind however diagnostics for my 2007 Prius were not accurate. I had multiple service lights on in my car (including the "triangle of doom") but was told that my battery was in working condition and no problems were found. Frank turned off my diagnostic lights and I was charged the $160 diagnostic fee. Less than four weeks later the lights came back on. I had it diagnosed elsewhere and was told I needed my hybrid battery replaced. After replacing the battery, I have had no issues. I was a bit disappointed that I had paid $160 for a bad diagnosis and requested a refund but none was given. Overall, the convenience of having the car worked on at home was worth a try but I don't plan to use Advanced Hybrid services again.Service: Battery

Advanced Hybrid has the NICEST people and the most FANTASTIC service! When my car's Hybrid battery gave out, the technician came right to me, saving me hundreds of dollars in towing fees. Frank accomplished the replacement of my hybrid battery very quickly and with great care for my car. He thoroughly tested out everything, hooked it up to the computer, and then took it for a test drive. He explained everything to me, answered all my questions, and was so pleasant throughout. And the cost was the most affordable I have found. From my first conversation with Jenna when I called about my problem, all the way through the repair appointment, these folks were exceptionally pleasant and professional. I highly recommend Advanced Hybrid for any auto repair!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Battery

Frank is a very professional and knowledgeable mechanic. He was dedicated to find and resolve the issues with my 2014 Toyota Avalon Hybrid. I m 100% sure if I were to take my car to the dealership, the outcome would have been different. Frank the Tech, came right on time, job execution was great. Diagnose the issue with my Toyota Hybrid bought the part and installed same day. They've had to come out twice and fix the mistake of another shop and Frank has done an amazing job. Forever grateful and satisfied with his professionalism and work! Everytime I told him there was a problem, he came out to my house and fixed the issues everytime with no complaints just doing what is needed to fix my car and I am really thankful for this company! I highly recommend Advanced Hybrid. The mechanic was very honest and knowledgeable. I called on a Friday and he was at my house Saturday . I had an oil change and my brakes and rotors replaced . It was done in a reasonable amount of time and the price was better than the shop had given me . Frank from Advanced Hybrid was beyond patient with us and our absurd mechanical issue. He was on time, courteous, kind, and quick to diagnose and fix the problem. I m excited to work with him again on regular maintenance (not just the more emergent repair I had today) and love that I can schedule to have him work on my car at my house or office or wherever. Wow, couldn t agree more with all of the five star reviews. Some of my Toyota Prius dashboard lights were on after a visit with another mechanic, and they were able to take a look at the issue and reset the lights within 30 minutes of my initial call as I was driving through the area. I had a/c system diagnosed somewhere else, very expensive to repair there. Jenna gave me a quote and Frank did the work, saved over 1K.Plus he did the work at my house, no dropping off and picking up.
