We took our van in for a safety inspection.While it did fail, that's not their fault. It helped us make the decision to just get a new one.The staff here are amazing, especially Roger and Will. They are kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable in their areas of expertise.They gave us a ride home while we waited, and told us, to call them if anything needed explaining.I'd also highly suggest taking a look at their main showroom. Their vehicles are a blast from the past.

I booked for U-Joint replacement and an oil change and lube. Yalls over filled the oil I checked. Red flag. Also I had a second opinion on the problem I thought I had, the U-joints. Yalls told Me I had a bad rear differential (rear end), the other garage fixed the U-joints and all good.I have found a new mechanic I can trust (wink wink).Goodbye Tawes.

I purchased a car with Tawes several years ago. They absolutely stoodf behind this purchase. I got a good deal and they didn't forget about me once I walked out of the showroom. I can't say enough good things about the deal. No car salesman games just straight dealing. I didn't feel uncertain when I walked out, I was confident I got the best deal. Now the service department. It doesn't get any better than Roger in the sevice department. I've never felt that I got taken advantage of like I have at other service centers. If Roger say's it needs to be done you can be sure it does. He is freindly to the extreem and My experience with Tawes service has always been outstanding. If you need a new or used car you can't go wrong shopping here.

Went there to pick up a rental. Didn't really like the set up. Not very private. Everyone could hear your conversation and you could hear theirs. Vehicle wasn't clean or vacuumed. Found a take out fork in floor in plain sight...ew!!! I expected more. SUV was nice though. Plus no smoking in vehicle, wasn't expecting that either. But rules are rules.

I needed to call their Service Department this morning and was connected with Roger. He was extremely friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to help. Highly recommend.

Vehicle sales and rental in small town-Crisfield, MD: Rental were reasonably priced with unlimited mileage. The caravan I rented was clean and the ride was comfortable.
