I am deeply disappointed by the abysmal service I received from TriState Collision Center -Apple Ford. From start to finish, my experience with them was nothing short of a nightmare. Firstly, they took an exorbitant amount of time to complete the repair on my vehicle, (almost a year) far beyond the initial estimation they provided. Throughout this extended period, they failed to return any of my phone calls inquiring about the status of the repair, leaving me feeling completely in the dark and utterly frustrated.When I finally retrieved my vehicle, the quality of the workmanship was shockingly poor. It was evident that the repair had been rushed, with sloppy paintwork and obvious signs of negligence. Moreover, upon closer inspection, I discovered that they had actually caused additional damage to my vehicle during the repair process. Instead of owning up to their mistake, they attempted to cover it up, further exacerbating the situation.The lack of accountability and professionalism displayed by TriState Collision Center -Apple Ford is simply unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expected to receive competent service and quality workmanship, neither of which was delivered. I also had to pay for my rental out of pocket. I am thoroughly disappointed and would caution anyone against entrusting their vehicle to this establishment. Save yourself the frustration and seek out a reputable body shop that values integrity and customer satisfaction.

We had our car repaired here a little over a month ago. Check in process was smooth and easy, and I appreciate the partnership with Enterprise right next store. The first "walk around" was unnerving, as they originally said it could be 4-6 weeks for a fender bender, due to the back up in getting parts. Given my insurance only covers 30 days, I said I *strongly* preferred 30 days or less, particularly since it was not major work; the car was driveable and safe.Although they say they'll call you, I've found both times I've had a car here that I need to call at least once a week, which is fine. No issue there. The phone staff is lovely, even if they don't always know what's going on; I left a message for my estimator who would call back.The work was moving right along, which I greatly appreciated, since Easter was right around the corner. There were some parts replaced on the side of the car that wasn't in the accident; I don't know the why or the how about that, so just be aware. Once parts were received, the repairs seemed to go quickly and smoothly and we had our car back Thursday, leaving town that night to beat Good Friday traffic. I am very, very, very grateful for that!!All in all, not a bad experience. I would use again.

I'll admit that I was slightly nervous to use this company for an insurance claim due to google reviews but I'm so glad I gave them a shot. Everyone was helpful and kind. They made an inconvenient and frustrating situation as smooth and easy as possible. My vehicle was repaired quicker than expected. They also coordinate insurance rental cars with enterprise which is conveniently located right next door. All around great experience!

Fabulous and thorough were staff members at Tristate Collision Center when they repaired my car during the first half of March 2024. They kept me informed, did evidently perfect work, and made me comfortable throughout check-in, repair time, and delivery upon completion. Bravo and five stars for Tristate on McGaw Court in Columbia, Maryland!

My experience with Tristate Collision Center was utterly disappointing. Not only was their paint job cheap and hasty, leaving streaks and uneven coverage all over my car, but when I raised my concerns, they had the audacity to claim that it was the best they could do. The bodywork was equally subpar, with visible dents still present and poorly matched paint. Save yourself the hassle and steer clear of this establishment if you care about the quality and integrity of your vehicle.

TRUST THE REVIEWS AVOID THESE HACKS. I took my car to this shop hoping to get it fixed up, but all they did was make things worse. Lack of communication and costumer service. They clearly have no idea what they're doing my repaired car had new damage when they were done with it. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else for your car repairs. These guys are a joke.

I have had my car in their shop for over 2 months and they have no estimate on when the parts will come in. I understand that they must be looking to find a good deal on the part that needs replacement but 2 months feels like 2 years when waiting for your car to be repaired. I would not recommend this company which is very unfortunate because they seem like genuine people on the phone (When they pick up) but I don't think that repairing my car is a priority for them.Service: Body & Trim

They have had my car for over two months and haven't fixed anything. They blame the insurance company for the delays. The insurance company sent me the transcripts and it is very clear Tristate is lying. Save yourself the hassle and headaches. Take your car elsewhere.

Everyone at Tri State was very kind and professional. Drop off and pick up was super easy. I called to get the status and the guy read off everything they had done. If you drop your car to this place for minor repairs it took a while. And also terrible customer service. Because of them I paid for rental car a lot of money. And they didn't give me the right answer for my questions......

After putting my car in for an accident, trying to get it out has been a nightmare. I signed the release form on 6/5. On 6/6, my insurance informed me that they claimed not to have the release form, which they admitted to having after being pressed. On 6/16, they denied having a signed release form again on a three-way call without realizing I was on the line. After I pressed them again, it magically appeared. They are incompetent at best and malicious liars for storage fees. Do not trust this business.

Very prompt at drop off, they kept me in the loop throughout the process, start to finish. My car was hit by another vehicle, causing a hole in the bumper. They replaced all necessary parts (as expected), and were respectful of my property. KEEP AWAY!!!! I had a terrible experience with this body shop. After my car was rear-ended, I took it to this shop for repairs. They took an incredibly long time, 4 months in total, to complete the repairs. When I finally got my car back, it wasn't drivable. The power steering line had been damaged, and the body shop refused to take responsibility for it. I had to pay to have my car towed to the dealership for repairs.The dealership found that the body shop had crushed the power steering line while working on the frame of my car. To make matters worse, when I inspected the work that had been done, I found that the body shop had installed old, defective parts on my car, despite charging my insurance company for high-quality parts (insurance fraud). The parts they took of my car was much better than the parts they installed. Some of these parts had already failed.Overall, I would not recommend this body shop to anyone. They are very dishonest and unethical, they took an unreasonable amount of time to complete the repairs and caused additional damage to my car. They also installed subpar parts and refused to take responsibility for their dishonest actions.Service: Body & Trim

I just had a great experience here! Gary and Dovell just made my day! These guys are professional and kind. They were able to quickly figure out the problem with the latch on my suv, and fixed it on the spot! I will definitely be recommending tristate collision to anyone who needs vehicle repairs!

Great shop, they were able to fix up my car in a timely manner, and communicated well. They also went above and beyond in their service, and showed great care with my car and I don't know what they did but it looks so much better than before, and I was just expecing a part to be replaced! Also another perk is there's a car rental place right next door if you need it, which is super convenient. If this place is close to you then definitely give them a try!

Do not take your car to this place because you will never get it done on time, and they will always come up with excuses that the wrong parts were delivered. I took my car for repairs there for a minor scratch extending to both sides of the passenger side doors with a little dent within the door, and it took more than a month to get it done. Also be prepared to rent a car if you intend to take your car to this place. Thank you.

Horrible customer service and even worse work ethic. My car has been in this shop for over 2 months! I never get an update of my car as promised, and it has been going through the "final phase of quality check" for 3 weeks now. Would definitely not recommend unless you have time to waste or a spare vehicle.

absolutely agree with everything everyone said: they don t return calls, nor emails, their work is shoddy -I was sent here by GEICO fyi. The paint they applied peeled within months and the parts they replaced *literally* fell off my car (bumper included) but they never call you or honor appointments to fix their mess. Frankly they should be reported I m shocked they are still in business

Went in for for a simple buff and paint job, went to pick my car up and door speakers weren t working, returned the car they had my car for 3 weeks and still didn t fix the problem. I have used this place twice now. Once back in 2014 and just used them for body work/ suspension 2023. They are very responsive and always follow up with you. Also the work they do is amazing as if nothing happened to the vehicle. If you need a place like them I highly recommended using them. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! My car was stolen on 2/23. I had instructed my insurance company to take it to Apple Ford, I suppose they own Tristate Collision. My car has been there since 3/8 and I was told all parts were in and that they had to install a head light on 4/20 and it would be completed. Now I am told they just discovered it needed a wiring harness and a sensor, both of which are on the 4/1 estimate which has already been paid. So now they are playing games and I have to turn in my second loaner and will be without a car due to their incompetence. This place is a joke!!! I was referred to them by their parent company Apple Ford around the corner. They don t answer their phone.They refuse to give me a quote over the phone for the simplest job in the world. I then took time off work to come into their shop and they left me sitting out in the hallway for an extended period of time. I simply left the shop and will take my business elsewhere. I ve never in my entire life found it so hard to do business with any company.

Update: I took our new car back to them because I realized other panels weren't aligned correctly and the rear gate rattled. The manager, Jeremy, walked around the car with me marking all of my concerns and then went on to ensure a loaner was provided to me from the Enterprise around the corner. I got the car back after a few days and couldn't be happier with the results.Dovell was great...very polite, patient, and courteous. He took my car around right away and had his guys readjust the driver's door once and then again when we realized it still wasn't perfect.

They earn 2 stars only because the damage to my car seems to be fixed well enough. That being said, like many others mention, they're communication is awful. I understand that delays happen, but dont expect them to keep you informed.On several occasions I called on or after the date of pickup to find that the car wouldn't be finished, but that it should be ready soon and was told that they would call when it's ready. This went on for more than two weeks after the original date of completion and nobody there took any initiative to let me know what was going on. If you value your time I recommend you take your business elsewhere.

Body shop does excellent work. If you are unfortunate enough to get a guy named Dave for your case worker, ask for someone else. He yelled and cursed out my insurance manger because he wouldn't release my car until he had the insurance check in his hand. Insurance company's usually get a screen shot or email showing the check has been issued and is on the way so that the customer doesn't have to keep paying for the rental car. My insurance company could not extend my rental car because my car was done. So I had to pay full price for a rental until the check came. That was 5 days!! VERY unprofessional. I've used them in the past and they do excellent work. Just ask for someone else if you are given to Dave. This is why I am giving them 3 stars. It would have been 5 but Dave ruined that. I hope Tri State reads this, and gets rid of him.

I took my wife's Toyota Prius to them as insurance company recommended them. They did the work fine even though it took longer than their estimated time but we were fine with it as you find out exactly what work is needed only when you start fixing.They called when the car was ready. We went to pick up and about five miles on our way back we found out the car diagnostic system was throwing an error and weird sound was coming from engine. Check engine light came on. I drove the car back to them and they said they will have someone look at it only on Monday.They then called on Monday and said they are sending our car to Toyota dealership to have the diagnostic system fixed. In the first place, I preferred them over the Toyota dealership and it was my mistake. Few days later they called and said the car is fixed. I went to pick up and found out while driving the "Passenger airbag" light on the dashboard was not going away. It stayed on all the time.I did not feel like calling them as they had already wasted lot of my time. IMO they just fix but have no quality control. I will not go to them again in future. Not recommended.

Great customer service. Had to drop off my RS for a bumper replacement. Brian was very friendly and clear about the process. Received my car back faster than planned and they did a great job. Hopefully I will not need to come back, but if so, will definitely choose this repair shop again.
