I noticed 3 nails in my front tire and called a few places who said they couldn't help. John got me an appointment within an hour. Turns out that I had 6 nails instead of 3 but no punctures. They gave me my keys back and when I went to pay they told me no charge which floored me. I couldn't ask for a better experience and honest service. I tipped them what I had on me but deserved more in my opinion. They could have fully taken advantage of my emergency without complaints but didn't. Can't recommend them enough. Thank.you!!

Your staff is amazing. They accommodated me as a walk-in just before closing time in November. They made sure my vehicle was safe enough to drive, scheduled me to come in the following morning and get my car fixed. Their prices are so reasonable. It felt like I had gone to family for assistance, and they were there to help.Bless you All for the excellent service and for your kindness and care.

Great and efficient service. Very professional staff and accurate quoted installation time. Had tires shipped from Tire rack and everything went smoothly. Car rides much better now with a new set of tires on all corners. Also they did not try to upsell me on additional unnecessary services like other shops try to do. Would highly recommend coming here again.

Came into this location because of the good reviews. Really was just seeking a quote but was immediately welcomed kindly and respectfully and was attended to. Thought I needed a new tire but only needed my current tire plugged due to a nail. Also needed my brakes inspected and was informed that my brakes looked good. Really appreciated the honesty and transparency. Was out the door and back on the road in under an hour. Would highly recommend this location to anyone needing good, efficient, and honest car repair.

Wow, wow, wow!!!! I am SPEECHLESS at the customer service I received today. John and Michele far exceeded my expectations. I came in with (2) flat tires expecting to be upcharged and pay an arm and a leg to replace them. Turns out, some evil person took out the valve loops (?) and replaced my caps so the tires leaked.John shared I actually didn t need new tires. He could have sold me new tires and I wouldn t have known any better. The fact that he was so honest and didn t focus on making a sale Amazing! In a greedy and dishonest world, this was refreshing!! I will 10000% be back for my auto service needs.Don t hesitate to come. You can bet you ll get honest/fair service.

Dealer told me I needed right front tire replaced since there was a nail too close to sidewall. Fortunately, they didn t have it in stock so I came to Mr. Tire. John doublechecked the tire and, turns out, nail was nowhere near the sidewall and tire could just be patched. Saved me $200+. Was in and out in no time. Appreciate the honesty and quick work. Definitely recommend!

This was one of the most exceptional experiences I have encountered with any service in Maryland. The front desk staff were exceptionally pleasant and the two technicians I engaged with were exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable.The sole drawback is the front lobby could be cleaner and the chairs are really dirty.

I went to Mr Tire in Columbia for a tire patch due to a screw in my tire and the service was excellent! I highly recommend! The gentleman who helped me was really nice and got me in and out! All around great service!

I called on a Thursday afternoon after one of my tires had been continuously leaking air. I had no appointment but they welcomed me to walk in and told me they could get it done for me in about an hour. When I got there, I was immediately greeted and taken care of. They showed me the price before hand and also told me that if anything changed they would let me know before continuing. They are very transparent and respectful of your time and money. I would recommend Mr. Tire to anyone in need of tire assistance!!

I came in yesterday to get my brakes checked out and get my car inspected because its been having some unknown issues. They first off didn't check my brakes at all when the reciept said my reasons for coming in was brakes and acceleration problems (also discussed at desk when i arrived), but then only services done and listed was related to my acceleration and my brakes were still making noises. im currently at jiffy lube and my back brake pads and rotors were completely messed up so thanks for letting me leave like that mr tire. THEN TO TOP IT ALL OFF! before handing the desk my keys i took my airpods off my keychain so i could listen to my music. I get my car back, i goto put my airpods back on my keychain, GONE. and she literally watched me take my airpods off that keychain... So not only did they not do what i came in for, but someone stole my keychain ??? like what ?

I made an appointment for 9am and was informed that my car would be ready by 11:30 at the latest. When I called to check on my car, I was told that the technician had not looked at it yet but that he was about to start working on it. 20 minutes later, I had to stop by the shop and get something out of the car. When I arrrived, my car was still in the parking lot. I was told that he had to move it out of the garage to move another car but he was going to put it back in very soon.At 3pm i got a call saying that they could not put the calipers back on because they were frozen and I would need new ones. My bill went from $483 to over $900 and they would not be able to get it done until the following Monday because they did not have the part and it would not arrive until later. I ended up buying the part and dropping it off on Sunday morning.To my surprise, I got a call from the girl working the phone at 1:49pm saying my car was ready and another technician was able to get the original calipers to work (apparently the ones that I purchased did not fit). My bill went back to the original cost.It was frustrating getting any good information and losing a car for the day. As it turns out, there was only one technician working that day. I am glad that I did not stay and wait for the car to be fixed.

We had a 11:30 appointment and even with a complete empty garage bay the tech told us that we will not be able to get a simple patch job done for a good 3 hours, he said there was other appointments. Even with a completely empty garage bay. We ordered our tire through the locations website and the person behind the desk said that what we ordered (even though was in stock at that locations website) was not in stock when we got there an hour after setting the appointment. They tried to upsell us on a set of tires instead of what we came there for which seemed kind of like agressive upselling. When I told the tech I don't appreciate the attitude, he then proceeded to tell me that he is not on the clock and "we can handle this issue". I crumpled upthe order of the job they printed up and threw it away. He continued to speak trash to me and my wife as we walked away. He proceeded to tell us that we can be handled with, so I stopped to see what he meant. He kept at his trash talking as we proceeded to head to NTB and received immediate assistance with out any agressive hastle and it was cheaper then what we would have spent at Mr.Tire. I have been a loyal customer to this Berger location of Mr. Tire for a good half a decade with all of my families vehicle. With the attitude and behavior we received today we will never be back to this location or do business with Mr. Tire again. In a matter of fact the amount of time it took me to type this NTB has already finished the jobMr. Tire said would take hours to be looked at even with a completely empty garage bay. It's a shame that this company has diverted to this kind of behavior that they consider is appropriate customer service. But I guess treating people like trash is the new Mr.Tire way.

I recently stopped going to my auto center because of price for services were too expensive now especially for basic services like tire replacements or even an oil change. I came across this Mr. Tire when I needed my Chevy Express tires changed and replaced and asked for a basic service to see if the vehicle had any problems with it. The manager Kyle came out and discussed about tire pricing and was super helpful.The tires were ordered Saturday the same day and the service was completed the same day. All of it was at a smooth service and I couldn't be happier with the final result. Kyle and John kept me updated along the service whenever I asked and were helpful.

First lets start by saying I have come here a half dozen times and all recommended by tirerack, never again. I showed John that I had purchased the tire from tirerack and to mount and balance a tire it would be approx $16.00. Mind you I had the same service done by ATP on my other BMW three weeks earlier for ALL 4 tires for $60.00. (A new mobile installation tirerack offers, but they were booked until the end of the week). He then quoted me $59.67 with all sorts of add on such as a full TPMS kit, replacement valve stems, etc...I pointed out this was not necessary and I simply wanted to have tire mounted and balanced. John then proceeded to tell me it was federal law that it be done this way. I asked him to show me anywhere this was federal law. He couldnt as there is no "law" that requires this. He then back peddled and said it was company policy. Again, show me! Bottom line, in my opinion is John likes to jack prices up with some unknown incentive. Oh and to add to the story John tried to tell another customer that a simple nail through the tread could not be patched and the whole tire needed to be replaced. I looked at the tire. It was a clean hole and any fix kit would have handled it. My recommendation is to NEVER use this location. Sad to see that in these trying times business are trying to gouge people for every dime we have. Run, dont walk away. Management, please explain why John your manager is telling people it is Federal Law that a TPMS kit, TPMS, and new valve stem to be replaced. No one had even seen the tire or were told why I was getting the tire mounted and balanced. He was just as deceptive and rude to the customer before me in my opinion.....And their RESPONSE SHOWS THEY COULD CARE LESS! And as you can see there are no problems with the TPMS although a bit overinflated which can easily be remedied.

I received amazing walk-in service on 5/24/23 when I came in with a flat tire. The gentleman in the front office was extremely welcoming, accommodating, and friendly. He presented me with my options and was honest; he didn t try to upsell me and wasn t pushy, just helpful and very knowledgeable. The gentleman in the garage who completed the work was fast, thorough, and professional. I didn t know what to expect walking in, but I was finished in less than a half hour, and I left very satisfied, knowing I ll go there first the next time I need similar work done.

Front desk had great customer service. Issue is with quality and security of work. Oil change but no sticker or reset of the oil life. Not a big deal but also changed two tires and wife tells me the car is driving weird. Pressure of the new tires were about 45% over inflated and existing were off as well but not by much. Car squeaks like a manic chalkboard (had prior to service) but was told nothing can be done. So, not confident oil was changed based on so many small oversights.

I went in with a leaking tire, knowing that I had a couple of tires that had a lot of mileage on them & that I needed an oil change. They repaired the leak, sold me 2 new tires & did the oil change. All of this was done in a very reasonable time & for a reasonable price.

Kyle and John killed it! Two tires replaced and an alignment done on my service van for work. I left feeling like I was driving a new van! Thank you again! I hope this gets recognized because these gentlemen deserve a raise!

My visit to this Mr. Tire was great! Nate helped me find out what was going wrong with my vehicle. I was able to get the tires replaced among a few other repairs. The only problem I had was that, when I went home to spray the tires, one of the back tires had a slight tear in it *pictured below* nonetheless, service speed was great, pricing was fair, and I think next time I'll buy tires online and bring them elsewhere to be installed.
