Excellent service. Made a appointment for vehicle inspection. Came in office, service tech greeted me and begin filling out associated paper work. Service was quick, technician took my car right away and performed the required inspection while I waited until inspection was completed. Very pleasant experience.

I got a next-day appointment with a groupon, which they happily honored. They started early, finished quickly, and let me know what needed to be done without trying to sell me a service. Kept me updated. Clean, safe, quiet.

The work was okay, but communication sucks. When the store rep called my husband to let him know what needed to be done, he said front brakes need to be replaced and other work related to the brakes needed to be done. He also said a new air filter was needed. My husband said he would pass on the air filter and told the rep to do the brakes. Well, they did the front brakes and nothing else that needed to be done relating to the front brakes. The checkout was also deceiving. Not once were we told up front that a $30 surcharge would be placed on credit card payments. They also do not accept checks. Since we only had a credit card, we had to pay the surcharge. The surcharge is a ripoff and this is bad business!

Never Go thereThey are SCAMThey offer low rate in Groupon then they charge you high disposal fees fir oil and oil filter.Anywhere else it is usually $5 , here they charged me $15 plus $3 shop supplies !!!I used to go here before and it wasn t like that, I believe the management changed.They also recommended other services that I had it done already last month on another meineke location.

As much as I don t like having to take my car to the mechanic this time I had to when my car stalled on the side of the road and Meineke was the closest place to get it towed to, Mel (the mechanic) reassured me it would be ok. A few days later my car was back on the road. Their service was friendly and professional and I was given updates all along the way, I would take my car back since I trust their service.

I was there this past saturday for an oil change i bought from groupon. Everything was good until when I left the shop my tires started making grinding noises. I notices loose wheel lug nuts on all 4 wheels. This could of cause a major accident have I not notice. Also they recommended me to change cabin and engine filters and i had those done 3 months ago. I don t know if they actullay inspect correctly or they just try to find things not wrong with the vehicle to more money.

I went over there to get an oil change, they did an inspection and came up with a list of things to do. I got my car and the day after realized the ac/heat wasn t working at all. They completely messed up my ac system!!

Communicated updates well throughout the whole process and were very friendly. Did not push any unnecessary fixes on me, but did a full in-depth inspection on my vehicle. Will definitely be back.

Bought a Groupon for Synthetic Oil Change last week, on top of my appointment having to be rescheduled twice, the stupid system in this shop cannot find my car to accomodate me it is just so stupid and frustrating. I've been told that my car is "too new" that's probably why it isn't showing up in their system it is so stupid. My Groupon is totally wasted now. Already made an appointment to an actual dealership for my oil change. How can they not accomodate a simple oil change just because my car is "too new"? Its so stupid. I drive an Elantra Hybrid 2023 with valid tag and VIN. Forget about getting a Groupon for an oil change at Meineke if you have a "new car", one of the stupidest thing ive seen so far this year

Great service. Actually I came on the wrong day of my appointment and they were still going to do my oil, would have had to wait. But I came back at appointment time and bit a long wait at all.

Please ask for diagnostic test fees before heading there. They charged me $150 for a few minutes of diagnostics, even though they said to bring the vehicle for inspection for nominal fees.

Been here quite a few times over the years.Had an issue this morning. Called them up and went in. They took the car and checked it out. They explained the potential issue to me and got me out relatively fast.The front office support and tech were helpful. I appreciated the service and would recommend.

I have been getting service at the Columbia Meineke for over 12 plus years and never had any issues. Just this past week I went to have my usual oil change and was told that my truck battery was almost dead. The print out for the cost to replace and fix it was almost 400 dollars. I declined to have it fixed. Instead I took my truck to two different other places to get it tested only to find out my battery was fine and passed the battery testing at both places. This was very eye opening because now it leads me to not trust the service at this location. Very disheartening

Received estimate for the required work. The estimate was way high PLUS some items (rear break calipers) were not needed to be replaced. The estimate was about $450-$500 more for the SAME reapir items as compared to other reputable repair shop in the area. Meineke Manager at the Burger Rd Columbia did not believe the two other shop's written estimates even after reviewing those. He was very sarcastic and made the remark that the other shops will even give you free car battery because my car's battery is bad! I will Never recommend this repair shop to anyone.

After taking my beloved 5Series to this Meineke Car Care Center for a $100.00 routine oil change, I THOUGHT I was in really good hand... until I went to get my car on the scheduled date and it was not ready. Not only was it not ready, it wasn't running either. The center mangled my car after they performed UNREQUESTED services on my vehicle (Electrical, Transmission, and other non-related systems) AND botched the requested services as well, resulting in the state of ill-repair and @ $11,000.00 worth of damages. After retrieving my vehicle by tow, BMW of Silver Spring quickly assessed the issues and repaired my vehicle 4 days ahead of schedule. If I could leave "No Stars" I would.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Easy in and easy out with no issues found with exhaust system, thankfully. Still need to figure out what noise I am hearing when driving and get up to 35 mph + though.

This is the only transparent and reliable auto shop I ve been to. They do high quality work with great customer service, and they don t recommend unnecessary repairs or replacements. I have been here before for an tuneup and was pleased but this time I had a Groupon for an oil change the alert light on my dash was not turned off and the engine light came on! So I really don t know if my oil was changed or not. I was offered other services but the prices seemed high and I already have a maintenance plan with my dealership. It was quick and the people were pleasant and did not pressure me. I might come again.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

If you re looking to use a Groupon savings, do NOT them. The amount you pay in additional to your Groupon for the extra quart of oil varies depending on who s working. My receipt shows that I was charged $18 for the extra quart alone. The gentleman seemed upset that I was using the Groupon. Ended up paying extra $31 in addition to the amount I paid for the Groupon.Service: Oil change
