My husband did everything online and it was quick and easy. You are able to pick your storage unit online as well. When we stopped by our storage unit we received a nice welcome letter from the site manager, Nick along with a lock. As we enter there were carts and an elevator which made it very efficient for my husband and I to pack our stuff. The hallways were clean and the unit was clean.I Definitely recommend to rent here!

I think this location is well run. I have been using it for several years. Clean and secure. Weekends are busy, and people often don't understand (or care) about the etiquette of not blocking the entrances to the storage buildings. Staff has always been friendly.

The customer service at this location has been awesome. Nick is the bomb! He s always super helpful & friendly, anytime I have had a question he has an answer. I also love the digital entry access system. I would highly recommend this location to others.

Nick was incredibly helpful today and made the process super easy. I was in and out in literally 15 minutes. Very professional and extremely kind. I would absolutely recommend extra space storage.

I've only recently started my rental and so far it has been very good. I have been given all the information I needed to arrange the storage while speaking with Jessica and the emails have been on point with good information.

Great facility to hold your items. I love the keyless entry system. I removed my items because of the extreme price hike from when I signed up. It was a $99 per month and then it went to $164. I think you should be able to lock in rates for a longer period of time than in 6 mos increments.

Nick was so helpful! I had dozens of questions and every time I remembered one I called back . He was patient with me and able to answer every question which made me at ease about renting the storage space.

Very simple process to set up for storage and all of the customer service has been pleasant. Was even simple enough to call and speak with an actual person for specific questions instead of sitting through electronic voices all day. I'd use Extra Space again if I ever needed storage use.

At first I received aid; representative was very helpful and pleasant. When my mover dumped my possessions outside the storage buildings, I worked long and hard to take my possessions to storage room. Returned after taking delicate items to storage room, assistant manager had put all of my thing in a truck and had drive take them away to a dump. I had loaded them onto wheeled carts inside storage building. Included were antique furniture, expensive tv, iPad, bookcases, medications, radios, wine, my mothers wedding gown, my evening gown, and other items of intrinsic and personal value. I would not advise anyone to hire storage in this facility.

I just moved to this property last week and had a problem with a sign-in app for opening the gate, however, Nick was helping me to solve the problem.Great customer service

This storage facility is the best. When I called, the salesperson was very friendly. She took the time to thoroughly answer my questions. I made an appointment to see the facility. When I went in, I was impressed by the appearance of the office and Rebecca, the salesperson. She showed me various size storage units, explained pricing and terms of the contract. I signed up for a unit that fit my needs. I left with a good feeling about Extra Space Storage. I would recommend it for all your storage needs. Also, I appreciate Rebecca's concern about my storage needs.

Great experience with Extra Space Storage. Friendly & helpful staff. Easy access to your belongings. We had no issues for the year with them. Move out was simple & appreciate the communication they provided. Highly recommended.

Extra Space Storage had the extract type of space I needed when I moved. Signing up was easy and the app helped me keep track of things when I needed to. The staff was friendly and the facility very clean. When I cleaned out my storage unit it was a very easy process. Highly recommend!

Best costumer service ever.Rebecca won my business on the phone and then in person.I called 2 of your competitors originally and was not pleased with their lack of ability to explain and answer questions.Rebecca was absolutely awesome on the phone.Then I met her at the location and she was fabulous.Very pleasant with an amazing costumer service.She deserve a 10 stars.

I needed to access my storage unit but the facility manager had the key. Every time I came during office hours there was NO ATTENDANT! I drove from Baltimore City to Columbia Maryland only to find out this place doesn t honor their office hours! I m so frustrated.

Great location. Easy access to Routes 29 and 95. Micheal behind the desk was very helpful with my sister in law finding the right size locker for her initial move here. Then after moving and settling in, he got her the right size locker for her reaming stuff. Very friendly and accommodating. Would recommend this place with excellent staff. Thanks again.

If you have the opportunity to work with Rebecca, don't walk... RUN DIRECTLY TO HER! There were several mishaps during my moving out of the storage unit and Rebecca remained calm and reassuring during the entire process. She's knowledgeable, warm, and genuinely caring. She provided me with the appropriate information to rectify all my issues and concerns in a timely fashion before moving day, DURING moving day, and subsequent to moving day. She was more than a consummate professional. She was more like a moving concierge who anticipated my needs, met them by doing way more than required, and did it all with a warm and welcoming smile!

Outstanding service every time from both Rebecca and Michael. Clean, brightly lighted, great access, easy to find help. This facility has transformed in the year I have been here, great customer service and attention to details. I actually drive 25 minutes to get there, I thought about moving to a unit closer to my home, but this worth the drive. It is safe and everyone is so very helpful. Thank you!

The Extra Space storage facility is well managed. Staff are helpful and were ready to work with me to meet my space and financial needs. Rebecca is thoughtful, helpful and always calm and respectful. I would use this facility again if I had a need.
