Great service! They do power spray first before the car go through brush style wash. Hand dry and free vac afterwards if you choose the mid or upper tier washes.

Great service! My car was super dirty and I was afraid that one wash is not enough but the staff ensured me that my car will be clean and did a second wash for me. All the staffs there were super friendly and they have free self vacuum too. Wonderful experience overall and great price. Totally recommend this place!

Just paid for extreme wash and received the basic service. Tried to let the towel dry guy know to put the tire shine on the tires and he gave me the me no speak English Bad service

It's a self service and free vacuum location. Washes are quick and efficient and there is a towel dry by the staff. We love to ride through the wash with my kiddos and the staff is very friendly.

This car wash continues to be very good. The location is central. The only issue we have is the long line of cars waiting to be washed, but that can't be helped.

I love Columbia car wash. I ve been getting my car washed here for 10 years and they have not disappointed. The towel dry service and free vacuums are amazing.

4.5, not 4 The wash was pretty good and appeared much better than a basic drive thru car wash, and the hand toweling was quick and improved the final results. The vacuums were pretty strong, but not quite enough to get all the pet hairs woven into the carpets (why i have it 4 instead of 5 stars). The price is very reasonable and they take cash or credit. The staff was all very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

We recently had 3 cars washed at Columbia Car Wash & were very pleased with the results. We particularly appreciated the 2 employees who power washed the front, sides & rear before going into the car wash & the employees who hand toweled dry the exterior & waxed the tires after the car wash. These are extra niceties that other car washes don't perform, ensure a great job & keep us returning. Thank you Columbia Car Wash.

There has been no improvement in car detailing. They attempt to dry your vehicle thoroughly, then apply excessive tire shine, resulting in a large amount of overspray. Despite the price being reasonable, the quality of work is subpar. I have noticed that they primarily cater to their clientele when completing the detail, with Hispanic individuals having the audacity to seek advice. When service improves, it will be my inclination to pay for better care.This establishment remains disappointing. Maryland residents are unfamiliar with what a clean car should appear like.If I have to go behind you and wipe my car down and clean my windows then that should tell you something.

I ve been visiting the Columbia Car Wash for many years. It is by far the best car wash in the Columbia / Ellicott City area. The service is fast and efficient. The towel drying team is excellent and friendly too! In addition, there s a free vacuum station. It doesn t get any better than the Columbia Car Wash.

I go out of my way to use the Columbia Car Wash because it does an amazing job. The drive thru car wash always gets my car super clean. The attendants and folks that hand dry and dress the tires are very nice do a fantastic job :) Highly recommend.

This is the best car wash I have ever been too! I am from Florida waiting to see if we have one of these washing centers will pop up there once I move back home. This new facility provides top-notch washes to your car. Free vacs and plenty of bays to get your ride looking squeaky clean! Highly recommended.

I just got a basic car wash, whatever the $12 one is called. It was fine for getting the worst of the salt splatter off from the previous week's heavy rains and light snow, but there's something about the bottom half of a hatchback window that seems to always get missed going through the wash. I think it'd be worth paying a bit more to have the staff put a human hand on it and make sure those spots get wiped and that it gets completely dry. Nice to be able to use the free vac, tho.

I went by first time a few mins ago based on reviews. 5 stars all the way around. The ppl towel drying are very pleasant. I was surprised/thrilled my tires and rims were done so thoroughly. Excellent job. I will definitely return.

This has always been my go to car wash since moving to Howard County over ten years ago. The car wash itself is very thorough and the staff do an excellent job if you select the extras. Please make sure to always tip well. They absolutely deserve it!

Everyone here is so nice! The drive through car wash does an adequate job and the folks who dry your car really take the time to do a thorough job. The free vacuums are a huge bonus!

I love it here. My vehicle stays clean. Unlimited car washes with free vacuums and dry. Scan and done. I've been coming here for years. Staff is quick and friendly, pricing is decent and vacuuming is free no matter what service you get. Always reliable rarely have a had to say "missed a spot" I use them every two weeks faithfully.
