Eddie and his team are wonderful! I had my driver side mirror smashed after parallel parking over the weekend in Philly, and Eddie was quick to give me a quote, ordered the part, and installed all within a few days! The pricing was fair, the work was really quick (took less than an hour) and everything is in great working condition! Highly recommend. I ll be coming back here!

Had a pretty bad experience here. I had body work done and instead of replacing my trim they clearly buffered it out because it is not the same color as the back part. Keep in mind this is a new car 2023. Not only that but the paint color is a bit off when you view in the sun. It seems they used leftover paint rather than using my actual paint color. They claimed they would have my car done sooner than they actually did. The guy in charge is also very hard to get in contact with. They ended up getting paint or some substance on my car and it took forever for him to schedule him to fix it.

Eddie and Debbie are fantastic to work with! I brought my 2022 Tesla model Y in after a nasty side collision and they restored it like it was brand new! Very friendly and professional, they gave me constant updates on the repairs and even gave me a quote the same day I brought it in. Highly recommend!!

Eddie is the best! The quality of service he provides is unmatched! Our vehicle was in a horrible collision and wrecked our 2014 Audi Q5 and eddie got it back in great shape! Check out the before and afters pictures. Eddie and him team is highly recommended I will only use his services!

Eddie was a consummate professional throughout our entire experience of repairing our vehicle. He kept us informed of all of the variables and how long it would take to fix our car. He always answered our calls and was prompt in returning them when he was unable to pick up. Eddie even went the extra mile and fixed one of our lights even after the accident which was not damaged as part of it but still fixed it FREE OF CHARGE. Eddy is am amazing person who was able to help me repair my car. Not only did they tow my car to the shop for free but he also gave me a detailed explanation on what was wrong and kept me informed through out the repair. he cares about quality and is very honest about his work. He was able to repair my vehicle at a very decent price and i will forever be grateful. Eddy is truly the real deal and i am blessed to have found him when i was in distressed.

First of all I would like to say thank you Eddie for your wonderful service! If you are looking for a trustworthy and reliable shop for your car, I would definitely recommend Columbia Collision Center. As you can see I got into a car accident. The entire front part and bumper of my car was basically totaled, along with some other things such as my air conditioner etc etc. Safe to say my baby looks brand new, the price was reasonable and Eddie has a great funny personality to top at it all off. Every time I have an issue with my car I always go to this establishment. Great customer service and quality work. I have been a customer with a Columbia Auto Collision for almost 10 years and always leave satisfied. Mr. Eddie is the definition of the organic mechanic! I went to Columbia Auto Collision to have my bumper looked at. The lady at the front desk, Debbie, was very nice and professional. Eddie who is the owner of the business then took the time to explore the issues that I was concerned about and explained in detail the options that I could choose from. If you are in need of repairs done to your vehicle I highly recommend Columbia Auto Collision Center.

Took my Camry in after I was rear ended. Took a bit longer than I thought it would, but it turned out that not all the damage was visible. Fixed! Eddie and his team were great. They stand behind their work and won't stop until the car is fixed and safe to drive. I would definitely go there again!

Working with Eddie made a stressful situation manageable. He was very responsive to any questions that I had and was very reassuring. Our volvo was rear ended, and the insurance company deemed the damage a total loss, even though it was still drivable. While other larger body shops refused to even look at the car because of the appraisal from the insurance company, based on the photos of the damage and the appraisal provided by the insurance company, Eddie was able to no only do the repairs, but he also did the state inspection and submitted it so that my rebuilt title showed up in my mail, saving me the hassle of taking it to the title company. While I hope that I won't be in this position again, if I did, I'd go back to Eddie and his team without any reservations.

Eddie is a personable mechanic who did what he could to keep my costs low and make sure my vehicle was in working condition. I found it helpful that he is willing to talk about the work over the phone or text message. I called CACC based on the excellent reviews I read here and on google, and am pleased to write that I was not disappointed. I spoke to Eddie, the shop manager and was told me to bring my Odyssey right over. I was the victim of a hit and run while parked, and needed a new front bumper and quarter panel. This was an insurance job, and CACC quickly got a supplement submitted and approved. Eddie promised my minivan would be ready in a week, and I left with my repairs completed exactly 7 days later. The work was perfect, no issues with spacing, the bumper sensors, or paint. I highly recommend CACC.

Amazing amazing amazing! Mr Eddie fixed my car at a very reasonable rate and did amazing work! Looks like nothing ever happened! Also has great sense of humor and very friendly! Eddie was kind, funny, and more than competent at fixing my car! He gave me a great price and fixed a car that I thought I wouldn't be able to fix. I highly recommend Columbia Auto Collision Center and will be coming here again! Not only was he quick and efficient at fixing a substantial amount of hood damage, he took the time to explain what he was doing and give a comprehensive overview of other issues he found along the way and how and when I needed to fix them without pressuring me to fix them right then and there. I had a great experience here

He will cheat you! Do not let him convince you to pay the overpriced fee! Charged me $500 for a splash shield..claiming more parts were coming for the other areas on my car, told me to wait 3 to 5 business days. A month later nothing has been done. This is a scam do not go here!! Everytime i reached out he never responded. SCAM!

Columbia Auto Collision Center gave my 1998 Jeep Wrangler a new lease of life. The frame had corroded so badly that the lower rear suspension arm broke away. The first body shop I took it to said it needed a new frame, then said they couldn't find a frame or repair it. Eddie took a look at it and immediately said a new section of the frame could be welded in. He suggested doing both sides because the other side was also badly corroded. The job was done quickly, and an engineer friend tells me it was done very well. When I picked the vehicle up, Eddie had a gallery of work-in-progress photos on his computer to show me exactly what was done. I was most impressed with the friendly attention, mechanical work and the bill. I recommend Columbia Auto Collision without hesitation.

Eddie is very honest, caring, and trustworthy. I don t know much about cars and even though I don t know much about cars he doesn t over abuse his power to screw people over. Many car shops and places do that, as they can make money like that easily. He told me that we both win or we both lose when it comes to services and pricing for cars. It s really hard to find someone like Eddie nowadays. Whenever I need anything for my car or my family s car I will certainly go see him. He even helped me find my newest car. dropped my car off here with a banged up door from someone backing into my car. eddy was my point of contact throughout the ordeal and was always a very kind, friendly, and professional figure through the entire process. took a couple weeks but they got the job done and my car is back like new. when the job took an extra couple of days eddy offered to reimburse me for my rental and stayed true to his word. he didn t let up until i was completely satisfied. also worth noting that the person who hit me had a georgia based insurance company that no other body shop i found would work with. this place did. so big kudos to CACC for all they did. huge helpService: Body & Trim

Mr. Eddie Tehrani was such a pleasure to work with. First off, he took my call at 6 pm when I was expecting a voicemail. Second, I texted and emailed him pictures of the minor sent to my car and he promptly said No problem. I can fix it! I just picked it up, I had a major time constraint and he was so accommodating, and my car looks brand new. Highly recommend!

Horrible experience. Mechanics are rude and sexist and do not pay attention to detail. A chunk of my inside door handle on my BMW was chipped and they did not even notice or saying anything. In fact they tried to blame it on me when I was just picking up my car from them and it sure was not there before! Owner is full of it too and experienced liar.REPLY: Wrong person. He doesn't even know which situation this is because he has so many issues. His presence on here and his responses prove my point as to what kind of person he is. Refer back to review. Story is real.

My Prius was rear-ended recently and the best decision I made was to have Eddie at Columbia Auto Collision Center (CACC) take care of it. This is old-school customer service - meaning Eddie cares about you, his customer - combined with high quality collision repair. While I hope I'm not in need of collision repair anytime soon, but should it happen, Eddie would be the first person I would call. I can't say enough good things about Eddie Tehrani's attention to detail. When I saw rust forming on my beloved Saab, friends told me: "Be careful about anyone who says they'll fix it with Bondo. The Bondo will not last." Eddie Tehrani had no intention of just filling in with a little Bondo. He did a first-rate job.
