The manger who was working the evening I went it seemed to have a bad day and wasn t in the mood. I just wanted some help with my oil and windshield wipers and I didn t get no help so I left and went somewhere else.

I ordered a battery for my Chevy online using their site application to pick one out. I was happy with the price and it was the correct battery. A gentleman helped me put it in my car and was very kind. I will come here again.

I went in (in a hurry) to buy windshield fluid. I should have known this was a sign, but the alarm was blaring pretty much the entire time because they didn't properly check someone out. I checked out at the register and was told multiple times by the cashier that I was good to go. As I was pouring the fluid in my car, the employee chased me down across the entire lot and said that he rang me up wrong and I needed to repay. I reminded him several times that I was in a hurry, but he took several minutes to ask the manager what to do. Manager was rude and eventually said to ring me up. (Ironically he was on the phone addressing ANOTHER mistake they made.) The cashier was bordering on rude, and I was offered nothing for wasting over 10 minutes of my already pressed time so that a megacorp could penny pinch. There are better autopart stores in the same shopping center, let alone the city.

My biggest issue is lack of knowledge of numerous employees here. First time I came in for a third brake light bulb. I told the gentleman and he started searching in the computer. Everything came up brake light bulb, not third brake light. I told him they re different bulbs and he said it s not. I questioned him again and that s when his manager came out. He made me show him my car to ensure I knew what I was asking for lol I showed him the third brake light out and that s when he realized the issue. The associate looked up brake light, not third brake light (like I tried telling him over and over). Finally got my bulb then left. Today I came in for brake pads. A different associate started looking at the computer and told me well it could take either one but they re different so you ll have to buy both and return the other one unopened. Oh okay, so what if the first box I open is the wrong one? Then I m out of money because you can t give me a straight answer as to what kind I need. He replied with well there s other places if you don t want these. At that point I left, went straight to Advance Auto where they found the correct ones immediately and had me out within 5 minutes.

Never go to this place. Staff on are on their phone with lazy answers. I tried to ask for help and they chuckled/ smirked rudely. One with long hair at the front was on his phone and had to be screamed at to get his attention. The other was an older man, name started with an E. Disappointed and made a frustrating day even more frustrating

I came to do an order pickup. I had to bring my kids with me so it was a bit much to carry my items back to the car. A young gentleman named Alvino assisted me with my items to the car. I appreciate Autozone having helpful employees.

They have the parts i need but last time i went they were so understaffed there was 1 manager and 1 employee... the employee was helping a customer for a while and so was the manager... i was in for a quick pickup... i waited for either employee... after the manager was done with his customer he took a personal phone call... 3 other people showed up and got in line... meanwhile im sitting with the 3 other guys behind me waiting for either the employee to finish with their customer or the manager to finish with his personal phone call during company time... i was there for 15 minutes waiting just to pickup some battery bolts that i paid for online.

Great customer service. Greeted at the door and asked if they could help me find something. Prices are as usual and store was clean. About all you can ask for in an auto parts place.

Service was good people were friendly but but but ... My car was dead... I jump started and took to them and they said Alternator have gone bad and needs to be replaced. My friend suggested me to just change the battery which they did for me... next day I took my car to Toyota dealership and they told me my alternator is good and no need for replacement. Not sure if it is because they have faulty instrument or they just don't know what they doing. Exact same thing happened to the my friend too... who suggested me to just replace battery...

This place is a joke! Lazy rude employees. I called to see if they can take my engine oil for recycling, they said bring it in. Even the employee admitted he just talked to me and said bring it in. A lazy rude manager with another lazy supervisor said they re full and can t take it. I asked why they wasted my time by driving to the store, they couldn t give me an explanation. Worst customer service ever! I will never come here again. Buying Online on Amazon & eBay is much better than these clowns.

The customer service was outstanding. I never got his name, but he has a tattoo that says Andrea, and he knew exactly the parts I needed for my car and explained the choices in batteries well. He even went above and beyond and helped me install my brake light while in the rain. Overall an exceptional customer service experience, and I will be coming back here for the rest of my car needs.

My car battery had been acting up for some time now. Dropped by the store, bought a battery and Camron was nice enough to install it for me. Great customer service all around. Much better than other Autozones I've been to

Poor customer service. I politely asked the manager in training for assistance by confirming if he worked there and would be able to help me. His response was condescending and rude. Would not recommend this place if you want to be treated with respect as a customer.

Went there on a Sunday morning to return a cabin air filter and get the correct one. The young man who handled my request was fast, professional, and genuinely friendly while handling phone calls. Really appreciated his high level of service!

Rude horrible employees. Asked for help for a particular part instead of escorting me to the proper aisle just said it's I er there. What kind of mess is that. I have noticed since miv8to MD these are some of the rudest people I've ever encountered and I travel a kit for business.

Visited this place after reading the awesome reviews online.I went in and walked over to a representative that was standing by himself and greeted him.I know he saw me, perhaps didnt hear me, but certainly saw me but simply ignored me.After few seconds I greeted him again and he is like "you have to speak louder, I cant hear you" in a rather rude tone. I ignored it and laughed it off. Not going to take this as a negative experience as the person probably just talks like that and it certainly does not reflect my overall experience.Luckily I was taken care of by another representative shortly after and they took care of the issue and sold me the products and provided the services needed.Absolutely thumbs Definitely recommend them and will come back if needed.

You could stand here for 10 minutes waiting for someone to talk to, while the staff is all talking to each other. But they had what I needed for an oil change, hence the extra star. All customer service but stocked up on the basics.

I ordered a battery for delivery to my house. Although the store charged my credit card and sent me an email that it was delivered, this was untrue (see below). When I called the Columbia store, the representative told me she couldn't help me so I should contact Door Dash. I did not order anything from Door Dash, so why should I have to call them.Instead, I called the 1-800 Autozone customer service. The customer service representative confirmed that the store cancelled the order before delivery and the battery was never sent out or given to Door Dash for delivery. Nonetheless, Autozone Columbia charged my credit card for the full price plus delivery.Now I have no battery and an issue that I have to resolve through my credit card company.Buyer beware when dealing with AutoZone.

Bought a battery here at night while it was lightly raining. I wanted to put it in then but the kid didnt seem to want to mess with it. Had to return the next day because I didnt have my tools at the house. They other dude helped out without any issue. Long story short good customer service when it's the right employee and the weather is nice
