I've been taking my and my family's cars here since I found out about this place. They are always nice and reasonable. The service is always nice, and the charges are always reasonable. They keep me updated with the service and the estimate they give me have been very consistent. The facility itself is clean, not like other small independent mechanics that are run without much of a structure.The location itself isn't very convenient, which is the biggest gripe, but for all the value, it's hard to beat this place.

I ve been taking my vehicle here for a few years. Always a fast, easy, pleasant experience. The staff is very trustworthy and have never tried to sell me something I didn t need. They also offer but 1 get one free oil changes. It s a wonderful family owned business and I recommend them without reservation.

This place has saved me so much money over the years. Saved my van from catching on fire (after they warned me for a long time to change the part, whoops). Way cheaper than good year and trust worthy.

First repair with them went very well. Front lady is very nice. I started having issues with my car months down the road. Came back to get the car fixed. My car had a very loud noise that resembled the sound of a bad transmission. At the time I did not know that. I did mention the sound to the guy, and for some odd reason when I came to pick up the car he said he never heard the sound. Long story short, the guy said I would have to get some things fixed before he can test drive the car. I guess I made a mistake by trusting him, but after spending $1600 on a couple repairs. My car continued to act up. When I went back, he pretty much told me my transmission was done. Crazy thing is, my engine light was on for a very long time. I took the car to another shop just to get one more final opinion before getting rid of the car. The new shop told me the same thing, but they also mentioned that the engine code pretty much was a signal that the transmission is bad. I really did not want to right this review, but this company did very wrong by me. Before anyone gets work done here, get a second opinion. Pretty much they knew I had a bad transmission but still recommended other repairs which I paid for before telling me my car was done

The Nam Family business is awesome! Ultimate, All Auto Care Personified. Personal service. They're busy as heck but acknowledged, & know your name. Incredible. Mrs. Nam is the Best Ultimate Car Care Service Knowledgeable Professional I've ever encountered. Great Staff & Family's!

I was very impressed with the quality and speed of service. They are upfront and honest with their prices, and did a fantastic job of repairing my car. I have never had such a pleasant experience with an auto-mechanic as I did with Ace Auto Care. I would give them 6 stars if google allowed. Bottom line - they are honest, helpful, great communication, courteous, fast, and it won't break the bank.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Oil change

I normally don't write reviews, but I felt the service they provide is exceptional enough that I should take the time to do so. Not only do they get the job done correctly and quickly, they go above and beyond. For example I just had 3/4 of my rims replaced (replaced 1/4 rims about a year ago). Without asking, they cleaned up the one rim I had been using for about a year to look brand new to match the rest of the rims (I could hardly distinguish it from the new ones). They also somehow fixed my bumper that had been sticking out because the retaining mount was broken without me bringing that up either. They really care about doing a good job and it shows.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment
