They helped me with my first car! Sadiq was helpful when it came to exploring the different cars and with insurance assistance. Hugo and IJ Jemli helped me with finances and Ike helped me with the process. 100% will return!!!

Thank you to the sales person Sadiq sanni he's a great sales person. And thank you to ij the manager he made the process very fast and easy for me he was very respectful and friendly. I highly recommend coming here and purchasing a car.

I was a little discouraged in the beginning of the process, but Mr. O helped ease my frustrations as well as the salesman, Mr. Mo and the GM came through for me and I got a good deal and car note that was in my favor!!!! Thankyou

I went in and purchased a used vehicle on 1/2/23. Started out fine, did all the paperwork and was able to drive away that day with said vehicle. I owed money on the vehicle I traded in and approved bank was going to pay that off and add it to my new loan. Payment on old loan was 1/19 and here it is 1/27 and they have not paid off old loan. I have made several calls with no return call back. I went in on 1/26 and spoke to finance manager Laura and she said she d take care of it. (It still had not gone through) At this point I m livid because the old bank calls me daily for their payment. I called again today and it is still pending. I have never had it take this long for everything to be final. The person who did my original paperwork no longer works there. Very unorganized and too many people involved. I just want it to be done!! I love the vehicle I purchased otherwise I would have returned it and kept my old vehicle. Definitely 1 star!!!!

Mr. Hugo Is a pleasure to work with and really cares about the customers. My car buying experience was smooth. Also Neb was my car salesman and he was a pleasure to work with as well. He assisted me by helping navigate me through the whole car buying process. Both Neb and Mr. Hugo are two great people to work with and I recommend them to anyone.

I had an incredible time. I live in Delaware, and I travel there because they have luxurious vehicles at reasonable prices. My experience with RRR has been the most frustrating and traumatic experience of my life. I bought a Chevy spark EV from them about a month ago, in that time it has broken down twice and has malfunctioned several times, it has nothing to do with the charging, it s a battery and engine issue. People who work at this dealership know how to sweet talk and deceive customers. My experience with the employees has been horrific, each time I ve had an issue they never accepted blame, never acknowledged the inconvenience and pain they have caused me or anything. I was told that I just got unlucky and that since I had purchased the car from them that it was my problem now. They sold a car solely because it passed Maryland inspection , they chose not to further inspect or check that the car was functioning efficiently. There is no point in buying from a dealership if you can t be guaranteed a functioning car. I wouldn t recommend that anyone buys a car from them, clearly they can t be bothered to make sure the car isn t faulty before selling it.

First, let me start by saying, out of all the cars that I have purchased (6) this was my best experience. Starting with Salesman, Zod Vaji who was so nice and professional. He even took the time to drive my new car to my house while I drove the borrowed car I came there with. I just can't say enough about Zod's customer service, the best. Even the Manager, Hugo Cantero was great, he really worked on trying to get me the best rate for the car. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

I had a great time buying at Pre-Owned College Park. My sales rep, Zied was especially helpful and ensured me I was good hands to walk away with a reasonably priced vehicle. Zied manager, IJ was really helpful along with Mo making sure financing was smooth and beneficial to help get my car. Chris in the finance department was efficient and knowledgeable. The entire team stayed late (passed store hours) to make sure my deal was successful.A-1 customer service.

Just bought my first car by myself with Stephen. He was amazing. Didn t feel like I was being pressured, he was open, honest and transparent through the whole process. It didn t take all day like car deals usually do. Glad I made the choice to come in! Highly recommend.

Thank you to Homer Kelly and staff for a great experience buying a used vehicle! The whole process was fast, easy, and with very little hassle. Love the thoroughness of their inspections and willingness to be transparent. Would highly recommend this place if you are in the market for a pre-owned car!

Wonderful experience with salesman Charles Anene. From beginning to end no pressure sales. The finance office was excellent. Highly recommend College Park Hyundai! Love my Santa Fe

I found one of the car in their location . As i went there car was not there . Mitchell cook (salesman) and anthony (salesmanager) who spoke with us. Since car was not there they said car will be here probably 2-3 days . We were okay and i asked them we can put deposit on a car and once the car arrives here we will come by and do everything. They asked us to do the paperwork . Sitting there for an hour we thought it would be okay to do the paperwork and do the credit check . Everything was fine and even we put a deposit on it . They said car will be ready within 2-3 days . Now i call them , they say car has been already sold . How come they can do it ? Even i didn t get any information from them . They told that they left a voicemail . There is no voicemail too. So yes , these guys don t know how to do business . I am speaking as a salesperson who works for a different company . This is not how it should be done . Ain t recommend this place .

This Dealer is the worst I have ever visited, I arrived at 11 am and they resolved everything until 3:30 pm!!!!!They offered me a one month guarantee on certain things and 90 days on the engine and transmission!!!!then I return after three days with suspension problems and strange noises,Now they say that they are not responsible that it is my problem, I feel that I made a deal with anyone on the street!!!!

I had to take off work to talk to someone about my tags and they had me going back-and-forth from dealership to dealership. 2nd the dealership owes me a power button and the mats for my car. Thank you Hugo for getting back to me as soon as possible and resolving the customer service issues I was having.
