The service overall was quick and left me feeling satisfied. The workers were kind enough to explain everything, ranging from what services to expect from them to their recommendations. I would definitely come back, and I live in Bowie MD (so that should speak volume).

The staff was very professional and courteous. The lobby was clean and quiet. The restroom was very clean as well. They even have hot coffee for customers. Highly recommend.

Quick! Professional! Friendly!First time at this Jiffy Lube location. First time at a Jiffy Lube in decades if not ever. Came to get an oil change. There were 3 other cars in front of me when first arrived. Waited no more than 10 minutes when was asked to move my car up. While I waited to get service done, they cleaned my windows and added tire pressure.With a bill less than $90 for an oil change, engine filter change, and out between 25 and 30 minutes, I consider it a win!

Been here a few times. Always great service and would highly recommend! Very good at explaining things if you have any questions and letting you know your options. When a filter needed to be changes they were sure to show me the old filter to verify the suggestion. Thank you for being a great go-to opting college park Jiffy Lube

Despite the endless construction out front, this location continues to be my critical auto service center as they always get it done right and get me on my way quickly. Real pros work here.

Fast service. Synthetic blend oil change for about $65-70 (including taxes).Only thing I would recommend to patrons is to double check small items like tire pressure check was done if you are coming in with tires light on air.

I went to this location because my sister has had good service from this location. The guys there are nice, friendly, fast and efficient. I was in and out in no time. Tony was a great help with resetting my oil gage. Keep up the good work guys! See you all in 5000 miles.UPDATE:Went this morning to get my oil changed and as usual John was smiling and efficient and I was on my way without s long wait.

Don't take your car here. As soon as I left there was a problem with my battery and the sensor for my oil. It keeps popping up "low engine pressure." I never had a problem with it until I went to jiffy lube. I took it to a mechanic, and he said jiffy lube overflowed the oil. He couldn't figure out why the oil pressure warning kept coming on. He said the oil pressure was fine. I regret going there. It's ghetto. You can get better and cheaper service at a local gas station.

even after calling to verify they have the correct oil filter and then saying yes, you show up and waste your time to be told they can t help you.

Best service I have ever experienced at a mechanic. Got my oil changed and while I was waiting they cleaned my windows and vacuumed the car. I asked them to rotate my tires and after a few minutes they actually said my tires didn t need to be rotated. I was impressed by the honesty and no hard sells. Will definitely return

If I could give them no stars, I would!! I pulled up to this location to get an oil change. A worker walked to my car and informed me that their system was down and they only taking cash. That was a red flag for me. The guy then proceeds to say the oil change would be $100. I said you lying because I never paid that much for an oil change at Jiffy. He goes to say my manager is the one who told me how much it cost. I told him they wasn't getting my service and his boss was lying. I left the location and went to another location where I had better help at. DO NOT GO TO THE COLLEGE PARK LOCATION.

Good service and fast. We just bought a car and they saved us money by letting us know the oil had been changed already a month before. They filled the air on the tires and topped off fluids reset the oil light and away we went for $20 bucks.

Overall good. When I pulled up I asked for oil change only. Not filters. They checked them anyway and left the glove box in disarray. That's why I don't have them check. I replace it myself. Then they wanted $49.99 for a filter. I get them for $29.99 at Advancd Auto.

I had a very good experience at this jiffy lube in college park today. The service was fast and efficient. They did not force too many service recommendations on me. I visited this particular jiffy lube about 4 years ago and the service was slow. It was much better today.

I've been to a lot of Jiffy Lubes but the guys here were a step above most. They were honest about not being able to do work and they were the first ones not to try and convince me to replace my air filter unnecessarily.

Great and efficient service there. I never had to get out of my car, all employees wore a mask and got finished within q2 minutes. Carlos the supervisor or crew leader was friendly, polite and informative. All was safe, managed well and we'll worth the economical price.
