Had a leak in my driver's side front tire, popped in to have it looked at. They immediately identified a nail in the tire, showed it to me, and said they should be able to patch it. About 15 minutes later, I was back on the road.This place is great: Prices are very good, they are transparent with you, and they do quick and thorough work.Thank you Gusto, you will be the place I come from now on for my wheel/tire needs!

Went in to replace a tire that developed an air bubble on the sidewall. Not only did they have my tire in stock (new too), they were also fast with installing the new one. And for such a reasonable, and I mean VERY reasonable, price. They're also bilingual too I didn't get the "Gusto" bit until after I left LMAO.

Truly the best experience I could have asked for. My tire went flat on the side of the highway nearby. I called them and Adrienne was so helpful. She help with a tow company and had the tire I needed in stock. It was a quick and easy process. They truly saved my night. I will definitely be going back! Very reasonably priced and amazing staff! Would rate it 10 stars if I could!

I live only a few blocks from Gusto Tires, and I like to keep my business local. I'm a snowbird and I spend the winter in Florida. Last season I saw I needed tires and I decided to visit this business for the first time. The proprietor was nice, and the price was fair.Fast forward to a few weeks ago. I went back to get the tires rotated. A young man quoted me a price of $10 per tire and $15 to balance the two front tires. The total was $70, so far so good. For whatever reason I asked the young man if he was related to the owner, and he said they were his parents.Upon my return to pick up the car I was informed that one of my wheels was bent and he decided he could not rotate the tires, so he simply balanced the two front tires instead of informing me before he did the work. That was the first mistake.I was irritated because if he could not rotate the tires, it made little sense to balance the front. To make matters worse when I went to pay, I dealt with a woman who I later found was the new owner. She had some sort of argument with the first guy I dealt with the season before, and he was no longer affiliated with the business.The young man came into the office and spoke to the owner in Spanish. The total was $60 but should have been only $30. I was already having a bad day so I said nothing as I didn't think I could control my anger. I'm on a fixed income and facing incredible adversity.The other day I visited my mechanic who is next door to Gusto Tires. I'm about to drive 898 miles, and I wanted them to make sure all was copasetic with the car. It was then I recalled the incident of being overcharged by Gusto Tires and I went next door to resolve it.The young man did not remember me or the car. At least he said that was the case. I told him I wanted $30 back as he had doubled the price on me. He had me call the owner, and that's where everything went bad. As the young man had said the owners were his parents, I referred to the man as the owner's son.She couldn't believe I thought the man was her son. Obviously, that wasn't the crux of the biscuit. I had been ripped off, and i was trying to salvage the relationship, but it would have to start with getting $30 returned.After I finally got her off the subject of my thinking the guy was her son, she asked if I had a receipt to which I responded I did. She then asked me why I waited so long. I told her I had a lot on my plate, not the least of which was my sister coming down with dementia.What difference does it make that I waited a few weeks? The important point was why was a senior citizen ripped off like this in the first place?My guess is these good reviews are phony and written by friends and family or when the original man I dealt with last season was still involved with the business. The young man is now the face of Gusto Tires.Not only did he blatantly rip me off he also tried shamelessly upselling me, not realizing I had bought tires 8 months prior. He said I needed new tires. I'm old, not senile or stupid!!!!!There are many places to buy tires. Gusto Tires should be avoided at all costs. They deal from the bottom of the deck, and prey on senior citizens. The owner had the chance to make it right but chose not to. I was unable to rectify the situation with the owner who is oblivious to how to treat a customer fairly.Please make a better decision than I did and take your business elsewhere!!!!!!!!!

Needed a new tire on a Sunday morning. William, the technician, was not only extremely pleasant to deal with he quickly and professionally installed a new tire at a VERY fair price. I'd recommend this local business to anyone who needs a new or used tire!

Tire blew on a Saturday afternoon and was able to contact Adrienne on one of their closed days. The fact the she called me on a closed day speaks volumes about their dedication to helping out when you really need it. She helped get a new tire on my car before the weekend was over. Outstanding business! Will come back myself and put my friends on to this spot whenever they need tires!

super friendly, efficient & affordable. the owner personally helped me after walking in to get my new tire mounted and balanced. not only did he let me watch the whole process but he moved so quickly! i feel safe coming to this location for all of my car concerns and needs

I just drove away after a day of waiting for a tow truck. I didn't even need to park - they had me drive right in, repaired not one but TWO leaks in one tire and I was home in less than 30 minutes. They were fast, cheap, and totally kind. I was worried this would be my whole day and so impressed they were open on a day that a lot of businesses were taking as a holiday ("Easter Monday")! I even had a rental car reserved for daycare pick-up that I was able to cancel as they repaired my tire so quickly. I highly recommend them!

I ve been to this tire shop a few times and Gustavo is always genuine, helpful and reliable. He always makes sure you re getting the best deal and what you need. I don t go anywhere else for tires because of his reliability and consistency.

Gustavo was quick and happy to greet me , and he even stayed a little later on super bowl Sunday to help me out with my tires! Did exactly what I needed was really nice, and quick service!! Do not hesitate in coming here!!! I definitely recommend everyone to come here fair pricing and amazing service!!! 10/10!!!

Quick, friendly, competent, and cost effective.I had a low tire pressure warning pop up on my dashboard this morning and marginally low pressure in one tire. Concerned about a slow leak, I called over to see if they could fit me in for a quick check of my tire. They answered the phone personally, were willing to fit me in immediately, gave a thorough inspection of the tire, filled up all the tires and sent me on my way. I couldn t have asked for better and I was able to continue on with the rest of my weekend plans without worry. On top of being competent, they re very nice. Highly recommend.

The guy who set up the business is no longer involved, unfortunately. The new young employee is nowhere near as good. They are still pretty quick and prices are still reasonable, though they've definitely creeped up.

One of the best shops.I recently went there around 6 pm and they close at 7 pm. I went with new rims and new tires. While installing the wheels, Gustavo the mechanic let me know that my OEM lug nuts didn t fit and I would need skinny aftermarket lug nuts. Time was running out as it was almost closing time. Gustavo was generous enough to wait for me while I took almost 45 min going to 2 different stores. Finally after finding the lug nuts I returned and Gustavo was waiting for me with a patient smile. I worried my new rims would gets scratched during the install but this shop has top class equipment which prevented that. Finally we finished around 9 pm. Overall this service was over and beyond.

I had a slash in the side of my tire friday night and had been driving on a spare for a day. I wanted to have it taken care of immediately on my day off and found Gusto tires open on a Sunday. There was one guy working there and he was very friendly but I am not sure if he didnt speak english fully as I asked about getting my wheels balanced after he was done replacing the tire and he just handed me the payment slip. Left without getting the wheels balanced and the replacement tire being 10 psi higher than all the other tires.I've taken my cars to 4 other tire shops on rt 1 over the 10 years I've lived in the area. They all balanced the wheels when tires were replaced except this place. Good thing I'm taking my car in for an oil change this week elsewhere so I can get that done soon.Provided an extra star for the time it took (10 mins) and friendliness of the guy working.

I had a flat tire and being new to the area was not sure where to go. He was welcoming, and worked very diligently. And for a great rate as well, so I most definitely recommend if you re looking for a place to go for tires.

Talk about saving the day! Sunday morning, 3 hours from home, need to replace a damaged tire. One call and 30 minutes later on our way home. Couldn t be friendlier or more helpful.

Good place to get your tire patched up quick! Nice and clean shop with great costumer service. They can speak English and Spanish as well. Would go back again!
