I loved the work Henry at General Auto Body & Repaid did to my car. He was very tedious, particular and detailed in my repairs. He cared for my car as if it was his. He kept me updated throughout the process of repairs and constantly gave me ETA s on when I would get my car back. Communication was great. He was very kind hearted and compassionate with my claim and repairs, I cannot thank him enough. I would definitely recommend his repair shop and will be using him again for any future needs.

Henry and General Auto Body are excellent!!! After a quick estimate, a few days later I dropped off the car on a Thursday and it was ready on Saturday morning. Another car backed into my Mazda and crushed the front plastic/rubber under the left headlight. Henry molded it back into shape, sanded and re-painted. The color match on the 9 year old car was PERFECT. They also fixed a crushed section of my old Saturn a decade ago and again , was a perfect job. BTW -- I always give a cash tip for great work. Henry said "too much" and only took a small portion of the tip. Honest craftsmen are a rarity today. You will be pleased with General Auto Body!!Service: Auto body & trim repair

Henry Shin of General Autobody was wonderful. The team finished my car a day before the estimate and saved me $300, as well as doing additional work free of charge. They replaced a joiner that a previous mechanic had used silicone caulk to keep together, washed the exterior of my car, and vacuumed the interior. Best of all, Mr. Shin was polite and professional and didn t condescend to me at all.Service: Body & Trim

IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR DO NOT GO HERE. I have had nothing but problems with using this shop and highly recommend taking your business anywhere else. I have a 1999 camaro that needed the front and rear bumper repainted and the door touched up with paint. Repeatedly I was told I would be called when the car was done but never received any phone call so I had to reach out myself. This happened every time I ve been told I will revive a call. Next when I went to pick up my car there was a inch gap between the window seal and the window itself which would allow rain directly into my door. I was told the parts would be ordered and I d receive a call when I can drop my car off again. I never received that call. When I finally did drop off my car again it sat there for 3 days before I reached out and was informed the parts are not in and I can come pick up my car. No work had been done it simply sat there for 3 days with no parts ordered to work on it. The original window seal however was pushed over which scratched the newly painted door and pushed my window farther over than it should be. Because this improper job done while rolling my window back up a massive scratch was imbedded in my window tint. The next time I dropped my car off to finally get it fixed I was told by the owner himself that the window tint will be fixed by him. When I called the next day to get an update because he failed to call me yet again I was rudely told that he was now not paying for the window tint and I can pick up my car. Replacing this window tint will now cost me nearly $100 because this business owner will not own up to his mistakes. Both him and his employee told me that the window being pushed over is what caused something on the inside of my door to scratch the window. But they both conveniently ignored that the window was pushed over due to the work they did. During this conversation the owner simply walked away and said I did my best . Never take your car here unless you have no respect for yourself or your car.Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance

Henry estimated a far better price and quicker service than other body shops. He also had my car back to me sooner than expected and for $300 less than anticipated. Very nice man + my car looks brand new. Highly recommendService: Auto body & trim replacementService: Auto body & trim replacement

Henry is fantastic. Other places estimated repairs around $1600, Henry did the work for only $900. My car looks good as new. Highly recommend.

My friend recommended me to fix my car at General Auto Body. I couldnt have made a better decision Mr.Shin is extremly helpful and made sure i was taken care of! Since then ive always recommended Mr.Shins auto body to all of my friends and family! My car looked like new after he fixed it!!! Thank you Mr.Shin!!!!

Gave me an estimate hundreds lower than the competitor, and a faster turn around time. Added in a free car wash, a student/military discount, and gave great advice when I picked up the car. Solved many problems at once.

A guy name Christopher who said he works here approached me in DC to fix my car on the spot for $150. It was just to fix a rough patch that was about to rust on my door so I said he could go ahead. He used orange paint on my red car. It looked so bad but I was scared to not pay the guy. Kinda bummed he took advantage but I suppose it's my fault. I don't recommend this guy/place. Ugh.

They took my tags and registration plus all my parts from my vehicle, they make me sign a document for an estimate, a few days later they come with a lot of lies saying that was for repair, If I don't do the repair they won't give that back, trying to force me to do it with them, they refused to give me my registration and tags, plus charging me storage when they told me they won't, just because I don't want to repair my vehicle here, bad attitude, such a thief, and many people when there for bad jobs, don't waste your time here

Very very unprofessional!!! They don t care if it s a inconvenience to you. Owner was very rude and don t have any customer service at all!!!! I wouldn t send no one to them!!!! Very unhappy!!
