They came exactly at the time they said they were going to come. Their work was clean fast and efficient and they were very friendly and a definitely highly recommend anybody to use their services as they keep their word, and they re very professional. Thank you so much for fixing my rear windshield.

If you re looking for a good Auto glass repair company then DMV Auto glass mobile services is for you .I used DMV auto glass services to repair my cracked windshield and they did a phenomenal job ,excellent customer Service,very good communications and the man power was good too . They came to my location and repaired the mirror in under an hour . I definitely would recommend them to anyone . .They are cost effective and the job is done perfectly . 10/10

So grateful for the quick response and excellent service to repair my window glass & windshield after an attempted theft on my van 2 days before I had to travel. They had my windows in stock (the dealership didn t even have that!) & arrived promptly on the morning of my departure to quickly replace the glass, so I could get to my event on time. Every person I spoke to, from Karen to Gary to JR, was professional and compassionate. They worked with my insurance company and were willing to drive a great distance (for others in my evening class who were also vandalized). I cannot recommend enough A+++ Thanks so much!!!

Excellent experience! They were very responsive with my inquiry, and Gary was able to replace my windshield two days later. He was on time, very professional, and done within 30 minutes! Fast reply, fast service, and on time on the day of installation. I just had my windshield replaced. It was quick and fast. And warranty exists as long as you own the car. I called about 3 places and including my insurance, their price is also more reasonable than the others. So I'm happy with the service overall.

Gary s really nice and skilled, he addressed all my questions and taught me a few things I didn t know about my car. He repaired the car quickly and gave a better price than all the other local auto glass repair shops. Will definitely be back for any future car glass repairs!

All around great service. They came out the next day, let us know when they were headed our way in the given time frame. Very friendly demeanor.Fast turn around and explained some of the processes and how to deal with on our own (for parts not related to the direct service/replacement).Would highly recommend 1000% over that other not to be named chain.

Gary was really helpful. He came straight to my door and the service took no more than 30 mins! I was so worried about my car after ir was broken into but I called Gary and got my window replaced same day! He even vacuumed up the broken glass on my seats! I pray I don t need a window replaced again, but if I do, I will definitely choose this place.

Our car was vandalized and insurance wouldn t cover the repair, but DMV Auto Glass were able to come to our house within 45 minutes of my calling and completed the repair in an hour. The other businesses I called wanted to charge hundreds of dollars more, didn t have the necessary glass in stock, and couldn t do the repair for weeks. I was extremely impressed with the service I received!

Had windshield replaced a handful of days before Thanksgiving 2022. Upon first driving on highway (after 48 hour wait prescribed by the installer), it became clear there was a sealing issue with our replacement windshield; it produced an unmistakable clicking sound on the passenger side that worsened in wind turbulence, such as when following a truck. Contacted Gary twice by phone and once by email reporting the problem over the past year, and I did not hear back from him. 2 star is consistent with failing to stand behind his warranty on his installation. Happy to update my rating if / when faulty install is satisfactorily resolved

DMV Auto Glass provided top tier quality service. Gary is very professional and was very patient with all of my questions regarding my windshield replacement.I was able to book a next day appointment and Gary and his partner showed up during the schedule time frame. They came directly to me and replaced my wind in less than 30 minutes. Support small businesses. They work hard will employ those who need jobs in your neighborhood. Karen was professional, took the time to explain why our chip would probably be a repair that wouldn t work. So decided to replace the windshield instead.We had a hiccup with a roof rack we couldn t remove. Gary and JR took care of another job, came back, and windshield was done in 40 minutes.

Gary went above and beyond my expectations! My car windshield was hit by a pebble that cracked the glass, which began to spread. I called at least three other auto glass services and Gary was the only one to provide a prompt response. He was on time, professional, and extremely skilled. He not only repaired the windshield, Gary also went out his way to find me some new windshield wipers as my old ones were in bad shape. All of this at a reasonable price. If you have Jeep Wrangler you DEFINITELY need to call and make an appointment with DMV Auto Glass. DMV Auto Glass was on time to my home and finish on time. Great customer service. I definitely will recommend DMV Auto Glass.

Definitely earned every star in this review! I needed an emergency glass replacement for a random window on my car last week. Within 1 hour of reaching out to Gary, he was able to find the part and meet me in the city and even began fixing my window while I was actually still working. There were other things that had gotten messed up due to the glass breaking (it cut the wire that opened my trunk & the piece that held the glass broke in half). He spent time fixing not only the window, but the other 2 issues that came about due to the broken glass. I couldn t have asked for a better experience! Thanks again for your help!! Would 10/10 recommend this service to anyone needing glass/window repair!

They did a great job. Reasonable prices. Most importantly, they were able to replace the window the same day I called! Someone tried to steal our car while parked at a Metro station. Smashed the side window. We were just visiting the area with plans to leave the next day. I called first thing next morning and they were able to work us in at 10 am if we brought it to the shop (which we did) or later afternoon if mobile. While the shop building/waiting room is truly just a place to sit in an industrial building, we were done in about 30 minutes so it was no big deal. Gary was punctual, professional, and efficient. Replaced my front windshield onsite in less than an hour. When he encountered evidence that my windshield had been replaced before (Used car, so we were unaware) and there was damage to a retaining bracket, he brought me out so I could see the previous work done. Appreciate his transparency, his straight-forward approach, and his positive attitude. And the price was great too!
