Max at dracars Nissan of college park is absolutely amazing and takes care of me every time I go there! Provides excellent customer service and goes the extra mile for his customers. HIGHLY Recommend this place for his service alone but they all do an amazing job

Poor sales personnel and financial department does not return calls. I waited 4 1/2 hours for them to service and wash my car. I was informed you have an for your car to be wash. News to me. I have been going there for 4 years. Terrible sales department.

There is a new guy ,working for customer service where you change your oil, his attitude it's horrible, I miss my old crew , he don't have customers skills I will give him a big 0
