Be careful when taking your vehicle there for services. They perform and charge for services you do not need. They will make you sign paperwork upfront telling you it is not for the services and use it against you for services. Moreover, they can steal from you. They exchange tires under my car putting bad one to make me buy another tires. The manager and his staff are rude. It was a waist of time when they asked me to reach out to them.

Great service! No pressure to buy and everyone was nice. Analiese was an excellent sales rep. And our finance guy, Marshal was amazing! Everything went smooth and timely. I would definitely recommend!!

I m always satisfied with my service at Nissan College Park, who I ve trusted with my repairs for over several years now. Excellent customer service with great staff, reasonable prices and quick turnaround time!Eric has been my rep the last few years and he s been great at keeping me informed on what s needed on my vehicle. He is very knowledgeable, always courteous and easy to work with! I ve been able to have peace of mind all these years knowing everything is done correctly, and I truly appreciate the integrity of all the staff and the quality of work they put in at the facility. I wouldn t take my car anywhere else at this point.

Fast and friendly service. Called on a Saturday and they were able to get me in on the day. Took about an hour for oil change and recall notice. Had the vehicle waiting at the door when I stopped to pick it up. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will go for service needs again.

My experience in this place was really bad. Lack of qualified people. When you go to the dealership is because you want to take your car to the best place. In this case I was completed wrong, they don t know what happen but they charge me 300$.This was what happened: I found a weird noise in my car and the battery failed a couple of times. In my job somebody jumped my car and said, your battery has charge, the problem is not the battery, is something else drawing energy from the battery. In Nissan they did not find the problem, solution, change your battery. They do not find the noise, so, I told them, if you want to be paid you have to find the noise, 30 min later a second technician found the noise just a piece that covers the engine but maybe is the first step of something else are you serious? What place is this?? What technicians check the car to have different opinions? I did not proceed with any of the issues. Don t go to this place unless you want to waste your time and money.After this event I went to 3 different places, they could not found the problem with the battery but all agreed that battery was fine, and recommend me to go to an electricity . No charge for their time.

I was initially hesitant to write a negative review, but I feel it's important to share my experience. I was facing an issue with the sunroof draining in my car, and this was the third time I had taken it to DARCARS Last Friday, I had the pleasure of speaking with Max, who was absolutely amazing. He quickly accessed my information and reviewed the history of my previous services. He advised me to come in the same day if possible, promising that my car would be ready within 24 hours. Additionally, he even provided me with some financial alternatives to help me cover the cost, which was a relief considering it was over $1k.On Saturday, I made the decision to visit the dealership and speak with Max again. Unfortunately, he wasn't available, but two of his colleagues were present. The way they spoke to me and presented worst-case scenarios left me upset because that wasn't my situation at all. I was already feeling anxious about the water damage to my interior, and their suggestion that my insurance company might "total" my vehicle only added to my frustration. I can't even express how angry I felt!At that point, I decided to take my car to Jim Coleman Nissan instead. Not only did they successfully resolve the sunroof draining issue, but I also authorized them to work on the front and back rotors and drain the brake fluid. Thomas from Jim Coleman provided exceptional service throughout the entire process. They definitely earned a significant amount of money from me due to all the work I approved!I want to extend my gratitude to Max for his outstanding customer service and sense of humor, but unfortunately, his colleagues' actions let the company down.

My agent, Max, was amazing. He kept me informed throughout the process while i was waiting for my car to be repaired. He took his time to explain the cost and parts needed. And he even went the extra mile in working with me on the repair process. He in fact gained my trust. I will surely recommend Darcars Nissan to my friends.

If I could give a zero star I would. I went there for a new battery for my key fob and they charged me for it even though it did not work. They then proceeded to say that my key fob needed to be reconfigured and charged me $300 for the service. Once again, it did not work, but they charged me anyways.They cannot complete the services they promise to and still charge you for their incompetence. I 100% recommend not coming here.

Dropped off my vehicle overnight for recall repairs, the vehicle service was completed promptly the next morning; a check of the vehicle was also done to ensure nothing else needed immediate attention. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle the service repair specialist Max was helpful in answering questions about the repairs.

This is my 1st experience is having my 2013 Frontier serviced. The engine have some light roughness while idling but it rides fine. The roughness may be due to the cleaning of the intake valves after the removal of the intake manifold.

I leased a car with Darcars 3 years ago, today I bought that car from them and Kevin Escobar, who assisted me 3 years ago took great care of me once more. Marshall Nickelberry was fantastic through the finance process. And Eric and Ashton are rockstars at maintenance. I enjoy coming here and I look forward to continue doing business with them for years to come. Can t say enough good things about Kevin, Marshall, Eric, and Ashton! Great team!

Eric Reynolds is one of the best customer service providers. We came with uncertainty about the tye pressure. We spend money at the 7-11 convenient store gas station, but unfortunately, that air pump doesn't work. We spent $$ for twice but were not able to put it into the air. On the contrary, the air pressure became lower. It's horrible to see that on Thanksgiving holiday night. And the working staff in the store was unfriendly. That's why we came to nissan to get help. And we were so appreciative to have some like Eric to show up. The front desk manager, Gorge, is a plus .never forgot his friendly smile. Thanks for your customer service to us. We feel safety and comfortable to have you in our life.^!^

I went there for a driver side windshield wiper that stopped working. They wanted to charge $305 for a comprehensive assessment. I told them a good mechanic should be able to figure it out right away. They said they can just fix the wiper but they can t guarantee the work because they didn t do the assessment. I told them it was a scam. One of the service guys behind said he agreed. I took my car to a small shop and he fixed it for $75. He said the ice had probably frozen the wiper blades and pulled the screws out of the wiper-motor attachment. If I had Darcars fix it, it would have been $500 to fix a loose screw.

They had horrible service and are scam artists. They charged $300 to remove a quarter for the gear shift. When asked for a breakdown of the cost they said it was a percentage and for shop supplies even though no supplies were used. Very Very disappointed. O/10

I would recommend Mr. Bernard (my Salesman) and Mr. Marshall ( my Finance Manager to anyone.They were both GREAT at selling me their car and help me into getting the exact car that I wanted which made me EXTREMELY HAPPY , May God Continued To Bless Them, THANKS.

My son was buying his first car. We had an appointment for another dealership and when we got out there, the salesperson said the car was sold. Needless to say, my son was disappointed. He was in contact with this saleperson for two days. So my son goes on line to look for another similar car. He found one at your dealership. My son called and inquired about the car. Christopher Johnson answered the phone and said that he would check if the car was available and would call back. He called back and said the car would be waiting for him when we arrived. Sure enough the car was out their waiting. My son test drove it and decided to buy it. The customer service that Christopher provided was exceptional. We will be referring people to your dealership. Thanks again!

Very dishonest.. pictures/video online hiding one side of the car so that scratches, etc we re not seen we also noticed the front end had damage (also not in photos) when we got there.Manager said, oh hey I remember you and we had never been there before.. same manager who pretended they had no idea about the damage on the car they offered to have it repaired if we bought it hahah

Buying a used car at this dealership could make you waste a lot of time in the future:1. Staff is not organized to know all the steps.2. There is very poor and confusing communication among staff and with client.3. Most serious issue: VERY LOW KNOWLEDGE REGARDING TAG AND INSPECTIONS FOR DC RESIDENTS.

Yeah I don't know what management and the employees here are smoking that gives them their supercilious attitudes. But I say def AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, this place at all costs.They will treat you like you're an "idiot" in every possible way they can, and that you're a "burden" so they can act as though you should be grateful they're even talking to you. All to only cheat you out of your money as much as possible.Look at the reviews and talk to others who've been here too whether it was for repairs/parts or just shopping around. They'll all say how terrible this place is. Save yourself.
