Be careful. They ll throw parts at your car for a temporary fix which will cost you more later down the road. Eddie, the owner, likes to flex his years of experience when he s questioned but can t properly diagnosis your car.

My son's tire kept losing air and Eddie squeezed him in right before closing on a Saturday. There was a screw in the tire. He plugged it and my son was on his way in no time. Very helpful, friendly and reasonably priced. Thank you D&E Auto Service!Service: TiresService: Tires

I'm a Certified Technician, and I worked at a shop next to his. Eddie, the owner, Really knows his stuff. Great customer service, clean shop, with fast turn around. The Receptionist, she is Nice, and very polite. She is great with keepin customers abreast to the current status of their vehicle, and friendly attitude when at the cashiers desk to pick up vehicle.

I'm so thankful, I called my cousin Randall and he recommended D&E Auto Service. I'm located in Bowie but it was will worth the drive (Only 20 mins) to College Park.Mr. Eddie answered the phone. I had to repeat the information several times but he was very polite and took the time to listen and let me explain what problems I was having with my vehicle. He was courteous enough to call me back with a very reasonable quote.Thank God I found a one-stop, Honest, Reliable Mechanic shop. They are Highly Recommended. I sent their information to several of Mothers in my Mom's Groups. -SimpleLife

Great family owned car repair. My father goes, I go, now my son goes. We use nobody else!! Only charges for what needs to be done!!! Honest, fair and quick.

Without a doubt my worst experience ever at a auto repair shop... Eddie is a dishonest liar... My check engine light actually came on AFTER I left his shop!

Marked up the price of an alternator by 200% (just for the part) and didn't give me my full AAA discount. Absurdly expensive for the underwhelming service you receive.
