Set up an appointment a few weeks prior to get service on the Blind Spot Detection system on my car. It was noted exactly what the issue was and for the service I would drop off my car to be completed within the day or next day. After traveling to the service center on the day of the appointment, the team noted that I would have to drop my car off and it would not be looked at or started to be serviced until then next 10-12 days, and I would have to leave my car at the center. I did not receive any notice or phone call that the wait for this kind of service would be way over a week. No reason or explanation was given other then "We're backed up on service". The customer service is ludicrous.

I really wanted to like this service location, but they have dropped the ball repeatedly. The first time, they didn t put the cap back on the oil pan after an oil change, leading to oil staining my driveway. The second time, they put the wrong tire on, not matching the other three as was ordered. They have not corrected this mistake after so many calls and messages left. Not a single returned phone call after a dozen calls to them over months. After going in person to talk with them, the new manager apologized and said he d get it fixed. Still not returning calls and still not fixed. Third service, they scheduled an afternoon service and when I arrived was told they couldn t do the service and had no idea why I was scheduled for the afternoon - they only do that service in the morning. It s a 30+ minute drive each way for me and I have to take off work each time. Their lack of basic customer service is baffling. I don t recommend.

Do not recommend the service center.Made an appointment for service (oil change and inspection), arrived on time and, as indicated during scheduling, said that I would wait. Took an hour and a half before they let me know that work would be starting on the vehicle soon. This was roughly my experience during my last 2 visits which included a tire rotation, oil change and a recall that couldn't be serviced because they didn't have the parts on hand.The staff are polite and I can't speak to the quality of their work. Scheduling is just wild. I struggle to understand the upside of having people show up for service you're not ready to complete - especially when it's regular maintenance. If you plan on waiting, just be aware it could be over 3 hours for an oil change.

I wish I could do no star for this shop. I had my car transferred there for rear window replacement and they told me it take about 3 weeks to replace it since they don t have the parts. I was like ok 3 weeks:! But then after 3 weeks I couldn t get in touch with phone so I had to go there in person and I found my car just sitting there with no disassembly occurred and they said they already have the parts and are waiting for insurance. Now I m calling insurance and it says they are waiting for the shop. Long story short DO NOT TAKE YOUR car to this shop :/

Once set an appt. Walked in and have them check up and tune up a vehicle. It taking forever than usually. We ve seen some people walked in and out after my appt. They over charged me for the simple things. Something fishy. So we decided to find some where else which is faster and quality services. I wouldn t recommend this place.Secondly, Rose claims they ll give me refund but unfortunately they didn t. We haven t heard from them through email. This says a lot. It s time for us finding others.

Chester and the service team were some of the most difficult people I ve ever had to work with. I dropped my car off on Monday at 8am and was told it would be done by Tuesday. Tuesday comes and I receive no calls and it took me (no joke) 5 tries to get in touch with Chester because no one else can help you except your specific advisor. Finally Chester answers at 530pm and says he s heading out and I asked for an update. He said parts need to be ordered and Thursday is the new date but he had no intention of actually calling me to update me. Thursday at 5pm comes and no call so another 5 tries later and Chester says it s ready but there are a few additional services he recommends. I ask how long it will take and he said Friday by noon. It s now 2pm on Friday and I show up and the car isn t ready. When I asked Chester what s going on he had the audacity to say well you said you re coming at 12 not me . So not only does this man simply not do his job, he is also willing to lie to your face. The rest of the service team is simply useless. If you call for any type of update, they just pass the responsibility off to someone else instead of actually trying to help you. Absolutely terrible customer service!

Go somewhere else for service. I really want to like this service as I can see they have some really dedicated people, but this place is just unorganized and unprofessional. They have dropped the ball quite a few times. I am taking my business elsewhere.

Honestly the worst maintenance crew ever. Had a engine replaced at this location and they gave me the car back with a check engine light on. Shocker, 2 months later it came back on and they told me I had a closed cannister. Took it to another mechanic and they said I would have had better luck letting a 5 year old put the engine back in. Several things within the engine bay were not hooked up correctly. Several nuts and bolts were missing and the valve they said had a problem was not even properly hooked in. Ironically, went I went to the dealer they tried to charge me $900 to fix the valve and said it was not apart of the engine even though it was not correctly reinstalled when the new engine went it. If you have had work done here, I would strongly recommend having a more qualified mechanic look at it, document it all and take them to small claims court.Services: Exhaust, Engine repair

Very bad dealership. Bad customer service and tried to confuse customer to pay for their big stuff team. There are 5 mechanics and 10 service people. I made appointment for oil change on Monday because I got Atw light in my dashboard. I can change oil myself or any mechanics much cheaper. When I get there they want 209 dollars for diagnosis not fixing plus 95 dollars for oil change. Total 304 dollars for visit because they have big stuff and not mechanics. Any questions about the cars they recommend diagnostics which cost 209 dollars. When you asked why? any mechanics or Toyota dealership will diagnose for free and give estimates to fix . They refer to doctors at the hospital who diagnose the patients. This car made by people not human beings made by God. The confused billions of molecules viruses and desease what humans have with car problems. I will never buy any Hundai car and never recommend to anybody after that service. I would call main Hundai headquarters to report it.

I get my car serviced at College Park Hyundai, and I ve always had exceptional service. I used to go to another Hyundai dealership in the area but had a terrible experience with them a few years ago that made me lose trust in car servicing businesses. However, my service advisor, Donnell Brown, always gives the best customer service and helped me regain trust that the other dealership had broken. Now I only do my service with College Park Hyundai and I ve been pleased.

Sneaky and seemingly disingenuous charges on the bill. Expect an extra 25% for shop supplies and disposal above what s quoted on your standard oil change/tire rotation. They made a big issue about just using one of the coupons they publish on their website too - came away feeling as if this place really tries to squeeze every drop out of you. Service also not good, no standard courtesies you get at most dealerships.If you are at all close enough to go to Ourisman you will get a lot better dealership.

I had a very good experience at College Park Hyundai when I took my car in for it's 90K maintenance. The service advisor explained what was going to be done and the service was performed quickly. I was kept informed of the status of my car and notified when the service was completed. Can I do Zero-Stars??I brought my car to College Park Hyundai for an in-warranty oil change and tire rotation. It has 10500 miles on it. On the way there, appx. 5 miles down the road, I replaced my cabin air filter (just as a test). Its a $19.99 part at Autozone. Took < 5 minutes to install.They just sent me an email saying the filter was inspected, is dirty and needs replacement. They offered to charge me $89.95 to do something that clearly doesn't need to be done.I hate businesses that up-sell to you for no reason. I hate businesses that lie to me even more.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

The sticker that was provided during my last oil change at the Hyundai College Park indicated that my car was due for an oil change. So an early morning appointment for service was scheduled weeks in advance for todays date ( Oct. 8th). Upon arrival I was rejected for the oil change. I was told that although the sticker indicates that I needed an oil change the date on the sticker was incorrect. I wasted my time, gas, ( as expensive as it is) and energy going to this service station. Staff nor management offered any other explanation, no apology, and did not even give me a courtesy car wash or cleaning for the huge mistake they made or the inconvenience. No one at the hyundai College Park service station took accountability for the accident that they made with the details of the sticker, dates, mileage, nor considered the gas, time, and energy it took to get there early morning just to be told "oops we made a mistake with your sticker and in our system".*****There is also a recall on 2021 Hyundai seatbelts and they do not have the parts to repair the problem. I SUGGEST GETTING YOUR CAR SERVICED AT ANOTHER LOCATION if you want to deal with helpful professionals.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I would like to say, "Thank you for having Oscar Molanco in your service department. I am so happy he was able to help me with my car on Tuesday, August 23, 2022. He was very helpful and patient and answered all of my questions with kindness. I had a lot of questions about my new palisade and had to be shown how to do certain things on my car. I am not good with technology and I needed a lot of help. He was very patient and never showed that he was tired of my questions. When I left that day from the service department, I was a happy customer and I will return to get my services at your dealership, Hyundai College Park Dealership. Lastimosamente la primera vez que fui , el personal no es tan amable , especialmente la muchacha que me atendio ese dia muy enojada , yo le dije que si pudian chequear algo en mi carro que aparecio en el tablero y me dijo bien grosera tienes que pagar , porque nada es gratis, y lo peor es que mi gente hispana le pedi que me ayudara y fue igual, por fabor si leen este mensaje los del dealer service que tomen accion y le digan a sus empleados que tienen que ser amables , porque si no tienen paciencia con la gente que se ppngan a trabajar en otra cosa.
