It was great working with College Park Hyundai. I worked with Mo and he was a great representative. He went out of his way to ensure my car was available well before I arrived and followed up with me to ensure things were working well and I was set up. Also, he is very quick to respond. For purchasing, I worked with Joseph to discuss the numbers and he was great to work with. After that, Christopher from finance got us all squared away and I was off with my new car. Great experience! Will be recommending them to my family and friends.

The staff at College Park Hyundai was so helpful and kind! I got plenty of updates during the repair process, and my car was finished fairly quickly. I highly recommend this location for any Hyundai repairs or services. Joseph, in particular, was very kind and professional. 10/10 recommend!

I had an appointment at 2:15 for a tire that was losing air. I walked in and waited 10 minutes before I was greeted. She didn't ask my name or any important information (which tire, what's happening, nothing). Took my key and sent me to the waiting area. An hour later, came back and said there was an issue with another tire. I said that's not the tire I'm having an issue with, but go on and replace that tire. Another hour goes by and she comes back and says they can't find anything wrong with that tire. Comes back and says they found a nail in that tire, they're going to patch it. 2 hours after that, I go and ask for an ETA on when my car will be done, and she says oh we have to order your tire. So I was at the dealership for 4 hours and all I got was a tire patched. Ridiculous!!

I would like to start by giving Adenike a huge thank you!!! She step by step explained everything and was able to make getting my car problems fixed so easy. She communicated very well with me and the technician working on my car. She demonstrated excellent customer service and definitely went above and beyond. My car was even ready for me when I showed back up an hour before. Her personality was very welcoming and she was more than happy to help me.

My FIRST time coming Brandon was my service advisor ,he was AWESOME . I will definitely work with him again when I go back. I will definitely make sure he s working that day when I make my appointment, he keep me up on the status of my VEHICLE with no questions ask. Eddie (Sales), Ben (Sales Manager), and Chris (Finance) were great in making my experience professional, hassle-free, and quick.Eddie is one of the most informed Sales guys I ve interacted with. He knew every detail of the car, from Infotainment controls to Driver Assist Features.Ben was easy to work with a deal through email. Professional and quick to respond.Chris made closing the deal easy. He s upfront and courteous. Received an offer by email for an oil change for $19.95. Scheduled a same-day appointment to get oil changed. Showed up at Scheduled time, met with a service advisor to check-in and confirmed all I wanted was the $19.95 oil change. Waited an hour, got called saying service complete. Get to cashier and the bill is $65 and change. Went back and forth with cashier as to why $65 when I approved only the $19.95 oil change offer and showed the email offer looking for small print but none. Back to the service manager to correct. He says he fixed it and asked if $36.50 is ok with fees included. I said sure. I needed to go. Got outside and checked my vehicle and noticed they had left off the oil filter/pan cover. Took car back in to correct. 2 hours total and overcharged $16. Kind of a circus. Won't give them another opportunity. I understand mistakes but this was riddled with problems start to finish, and the task was an ez one. What if I needed something complicated?Not me.

We had the best experience with this dealer. Our salesperson was Kevin Castillo and he far exceeded our expectations. From the vehicle selection to financing, the process was seamless. We were so impressed that we returned within a week and our son also purchased a new vehicle from Kevin. We are extremely happy.

I get service done to my car here regularly and I always have a good experience. I got an oil change and my advisor was Christian Holmes, and he did just that! Although I was slightly impatient, he remained friendly. He kept me abreast as to the status of my car at all times and had a knowledgeable answer for all of my questions. I pass by 2 other Hyundai dealerships to come here because they re that good. Thanks guys!!

Dropping my vehicle off at the dealership was the second biggest mistake behind actually purchasing a 2020 Hyundai Elantra brand new. I initially went in for a transmission replacement because my car is under warranty, but at exactly 45 (2/20/2024-4/4/2024) days later my car is still sitting on the lot waiting for a second transmission because the first one this dealership put in failed. After the 30th day of my car practically collecting dust, the dealership decides to stop all communication and the only answers I get are when I call or show up. Do yourself a favor and drive on past this and all other Hyundai dealerships and get a reliable long lasting Toyota unless you have time and money to waste.

I've been to this location numerous times and each time I went, the customer service experience has been AMAZING. The sale reps are very knowledgeable and friendly. Christian, Collins and the service department are great at what they do. I leave satisfied every time. My recent experience with Collins was quick and efficient. He was patient and wasn't pushy when I was deciding on my car trade in. I'm happy with my new car purchase!

Left my car there for a messed up cam shaft sensor. They called me and told me it was missing from the car so I wouldn t be able to get the warranty deal on it. It was there when I dropped it off but I mysteriously disappeared. The tech claims when he opened the hood they found a black glove under the hood. Someone removed my camshaft sensor and I had to pay out of pocket. This place is very shady.

MO and Ike made searching and purchasing a new vehicle as painless as possible given that our older vehicle was stolen and we were not prepared to buy a new vehicle. We were shown new cars within a comfortable payment level and never pushed to buy more expensive cars. Overall, the process was respectful and friendly and look forward to doing business again in the future

It's important to note the Hyundai complimentary service at this location only covers 4 in total. So I'd ignore the sticker they put on your car because if you follow that then you'd use up your complimentary services early. So be strategic and don't expect the service team to tell you how many you have left. Sales team was awesome but it really feels like the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing.

Terrible place poor poor customer services they would never call you to give you an update about your car. You always have to show up there or give them call. I just have terrible experiences with those people. I never saw a Dealership and a Body Shop like that. I have my vehicle there in the collision just to fix the ignition for 1 month they didn't touch it all the time you call they will say it be done today liar. if you want your work to be done fast, don t go there.

Our check engine light started blinking as we entered Washington on our way back to Canada and they were the only Hyundai Service Center open in the area. The service was amazing, they took the time to take care of us in priority, empathy and compassion. They worked overtime to fix the issue and understood our issues with us coming from a different country. Thanks for taking care of our car and us in a stressful situation.

I have been a loyal customer since I purchased my vehicle in 2016 and haven't taken it to any other repair shop. Unfortunately, the quality of service lately has decreased tremendously. I voiced a concern about my car repeatedly, but it was dismissed (even by the manager who was rude to me). Soon after my 3rd attempt to get this issue fixed, my car stopped on me in the middle of the street. It has now been in the shop for over two weeks. One of the service providers has been updating me a little after many phone calls so it was supposed to be ready last week. Today, I have been calling all day and KEEP being put on hold (for 20-30 minutes at a time) with no answer about when I will be able to retrieve my vehicle. The in-office wait times are ridiculous and the service is going down. I am highly disappointed as someone who has chosen to loyally get my car service here since 2016.

This started as a one-star review. I have been going to the College Park Hyundai Service Center for about 7 or 8 years. I never had an issue until last year when the service for this repair began. It is a long story that I will keep short by saying my car was in and out of the service center for 7 months with the same issue, which kept going unresolved.I was ready to give up on this service location until Adenike became my service advisor. She knows how to communicate, how to instill confidence, and how to assure a customer maintains faith in her and her team. If not for Adenike I would have taken my car elsewhere. Instead I am leaving a 5-star review and driving my car home today.Thank you.

Last month, I purchased my car with Eddie and Chris, and I'm truly impressed with their outstanding service. From my initial inquiry about the car, Eddie provided exceptional customer service. Although the car wasn't in stock, he diligently gathered my preferences and tirelessly researched various dealers. He kept me informed daily about his progress. When he informed me that "my car was there waiting for me," I rushed to the dealer in the late evening, and Eddie greeted me with a warm smile. During the purchase, he patiently explained all the car features and the accompanying app. Chris excelled in the financing process, addressing all my questions with thoroughness and no rush. If I could give this dealer no stars, I would. I called three days in advance to schedule a diagnostic test, woke up early, and arrived before the appointment. Unfortunately, upon reaching the dealer, their employee informed me that I needed to leave my car for three weeks. I was taken aback and decided not to bring my business or money to this dealership. It's essential to be professional and communicate realistic timeframes for diagnostic tests to potential future customers.

I had an amazing experience at this location. Charles was very accommodating & caring. He took the time, sat with me explaining every feature! What it's purpose was & how to get to it. He went over every button in the car. Showing me bumper to bumper. I really appreciated his in depth information. Charles is a very good salesman who actually cares that you're satisfied with the car you choose. He also took the time to check in with me after to see how I am doing with the car & see if I had any other questions. Ike in finances is also very nice & helped me to get the most for what I wanted to spend. Definitely a valuable team over there!

Got an appointment for an engine light for Monday 10:45am, got my car back on Saturday at noon. The issue was a spark plug. (already knew that because a friend borrowed us a code scanner).Now I know sometimes because of many reasons it can take some time to check the vehicle BUT the problem for me was I did not received ANY information of why the long waiting time, or when the diagnosis was ready (I got the automated email with the results until Thursday). Everyday I called once a day in hopes of news but couldn t communicate with any adviser (since the advisor that checked me in went on vacation on Tuesday ) so I guess my file didn t got assigned to anybody and I couldn t communicate with them until Friday that I had to go all the way to Hyundai to get information as to when would I get the chance to have my car back.Anyhow, the frustration lies in the almost none communication with any advisor via phone call.Because I do have to make it clear that both the advisor that checked me in before she went on vacation and the gentleman that talked to me on Friday were really cordial and nice.

Came in to get the brake pedal stopper replaced, which is a known issue under warranty. I was able to verify with Hyundai's online service that my car qualified for the part to be replaced under warranty.The person at the service desk who helped me was great.However, with a 10:00am appointment, the diagnostic (that I didn't need) wasn't done until 2:00pm. Within minutes, I approved three jobs and rejected 7 upsells.Then they took another 4 hours to replace the one plastic piece under warranty - which has immediate access from the driver footwell, no disassembly required - and two rear brake light bulbs.10am to 6:15pm. Eight hours is completely ridiculous for that amount of work.Maybe they're just that busy, but if so, they shouldn't offer appointments.Update - work done is holding up. No complaints about the work done or the front desk staff, it's just that with a specific, timed appointment for a known warranty issue, the resolution should not have required more than 8 hours.

I have been going to College Park Hyundai 3 years. I had to buy new tries because my tires were dry rotting. Mine you everytime l get a oil change l get my tires rotated. Was not done. Ask them to check my brakes stated do not need brakes. Today l had to replace front brakes and router's. Please do not take your car here. Not good people.

The salesman Kola was very friendly and worked hard to secure the deal I was looking for. I met him on the test drive and when I decided to buy, I went back- and he came through. I almost walked because the sales manager was being a jerk trying to force me take it or leave it. I ended up agreeing because Kola was thorough and did the homework to help me see it was a good deal. The finance assistant Ike was also very helpful as I finalized the deal - and Kola has already stepped up to resolve two small details that came up after the sale. Other than the sales manager with his ham-handed tactics, everyone there was friendly and helpful.

The staff here is completely incapable of performing their duties, from the sales department, the service department & the parts department. I've had the terrible experience of working with all 3 departments & the overall theme i see here is that nobody really here likes to help their customers and generate a returning clientele. The sales staff are very rude and speak to you in a manner that makes you feel very pressured. The service department is not responsive & not transparent with you on the "repairs" that they are doing. Finally the Parts department cant ever simply answer the phone & are very rude when you call them out on it. Stay away from this dealer!

Updated 1/7/23 I worked with Melodie Woods and Vincent Brown to arrange to have my vehicle fixed. Both Ms. Woods and Mr. Brown had great customer service and it would have be my preference to only work with them at this location or any Hyundai service center in the DC area. After many issues with Hyundai in general (to include corporate), I sold the vehicle. Thank you Ms. Bayat for connecting me with Mr. Brown regarding this issue. Original Review 12/5/22 This was the worst experience I ve ever had with having a vehicle serviced at an actual dealership. The repair took 46 days. They avoided my calls and took their time getting back to me on status updates. I have a brand new Ioniq 5 only purchased a few months ago in March 2022. My vehicle was in excellent shape but upon pick up on the vehicle, I had several scratches, gashes, and marks on the exterior and interior of my car. My car was also filthy dirty. They told me that they do no wash cars and that they are only concerned with fixing them. They inspect cars for damage upon arrival but admitted that they do not prior to the customer picking up the car. I spoke with Marcus Dominguez who assured me that he d email me to put it in writing that they d fix my car but one week later I still have not heard from him. I ve called the service center, I ve sent a text message, and I ve emailed. He still has not communicated with me. My service representative, Chester Boyles, was on the email and he has not contacted me either. It s a horrible shame to buy a top of the line vehicle and be treated less than when the vehicle is still under warranty and was damaged by them. I was respect and patient the entire time but it goes to show you don t always receive what you give.

They don't inform you at any time that your diagnostic appointment doesn't mean you'll get your diagnosis at your appointment. When asked for the problem description they told me "well do you have time to leave your car here for 3 weeks". Uh, no, I don't? I got an appointment for today, not three weeks later. Also, if my car wouldn't be looked at for 3 weeks WHY would I have to leave it there for 3 weeks instead of being contacted? Very few people can just leave their car there without a loaner, that's completely ridiculous to expect customers to just be okay with doing.I decided to just get the recall fixed. They told me it would be pretty quick, so I waited, and it turned into 3 hours. When I asked about my car they told me that it had been done but I wasn't contacted because they got locked out of the computer to print my paperwork. I refused the paperwork and left with my vehicle, and then they called me back 2 hours later to tell me my vehicle (that I already had at home) was ready. So I would have waited for a total of 5 hours if I hadn't said anything. I was so upset leaving, I never want to come back here.

Terrible customer service in certain departments. I've been trying to get my 2nd key fob for weeks. Every time I get transferred to the parts department no one ever talks to me. It's either a quick let me place you a brief hold that 20 minutes later no one has come back or no one picks up at all. I've called several times and the same thing happens.
