This business definitely knows how to provide great customer service which seems to be lacking now days. When I walked in the door I was immediately greeted. It was Halloween and I could tell that the staff makes every effort to make their employees enjoy their work environment. I was kept abreast of my repairs and they didn t keep my vehicle a day longer than anticipated. Although I didn t have rental insurance and I had already reserved a vehicle somewhere else, they offered to call the companies that they partner with to rent me a vehicle. That was good to know. It s 3 days later after pick up and I still keep looking to find where the damage really was and I can t find anything. I didn t think they would replace the rim that was damaged but they did. Inside and outside were cleaned up good! This place is now marked my go to body shop for life!

Serg and his team were stellar, these people treat you like family. On top of that they made my 2021, Chrysler 300 S look like nothing happened. I got picked up from Enterprise into my temporary luxury rental, and when it was time to pick up my vehicle a staff from their shop dropped the vehicle off to Enterprise. Without a doubt, will continue to use their services.

Customer service was quick and efficient. Dropped my car off on Monday morning. Waited for enterprise, they picked me up and got me in a rental car. That Friday they called me to let me know the vehicle is ready. Dropped my rental off at the body shop and did a swap for my car. Was a very easy process and was happy that I got to swap cars each time so I didn t need anybody else to bring me or take me. Also the car looked fabulous so overall, I don t think a car accident couldn t have gone any smoother than that. Excellent service excellent speed and quality repairs. 10/10 Best Body shop near me for sure!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Serg and his team did an amazing job on all the nicks and scratches and dents on my range rover. They were quick, very reasonnable and so pleasant. I am so glad i found them. They will be my gonto autobidy shop. If i could guve them 10 stars i would!

Came in to fix my front bumper after a metro bus hit it head on and the work they did was exceptional. If I didn t know any better I would have thought it was a brand new car. They made sure every sensor that was failing was working like brand new. Will definitely be returning.

I want to start by noting that I have been bringing my cars to C & D Auto Service Center for over 25 years. I am a Retired Police Officer. All of my personal cars have been serviced here for minor and major work. The business standby the workmanship, quality, and warranties. I have referred many of my family members and friends to this business. My referrals and I consider them to be trustworthy.When they do work on my cars, my cars run, and I get the maximum use out of them. In fact, I passed down a few cars that I had to family members that needed a car, and they were in very good condition when I gifted them the cars. In fact, I had a used Honda Accord that I drove for 15 years before I gifted it to a family member. My family member was impressed with how good the car ran.Lastly, his son was a baby when I started going to this business, and now his son is involved in this family business. They both have a kind demeanor and are empathetic for the needs of their customers. They also were willing to work with me and make me a happy customer. I highly recommend this business for you to try them out yourself. They are minutes away from the College Park Metro. They have a great relationship with Enterprise Rental Cars that is in the area if you need a rental when dropping off your car.Sincerely,Retired Police Officer

It had been yrs since I had brought a car here but I am so glad I did. The old staff is no longer there but I am happy that the great service still remains top notch!. Amanda was great and so helpful. I am beyond happy with the treatment and service I was provided. My car is back and fresh!. I highly recommend and will def return if the need ever arises.

I decided to let C&D repair my vehicle based on the great reviews and most importantly the recent reviews that they received on how good they are and the quality of the work. I dropped my vehicle off at C&D on the morning of January 31, 2024, about a day or two later I was receiving another call giving me an update on the car and damage and how long parts would take to come in. I was told that the car would be ready February 14-15th, great in my eyes. I received a call on Feb 13th a few hours before the end of the business day, stating that my vehicle is done and ready for pickup. I got there and the checkout process was smooth and easy , I was able to leave the rental there and jump right into my vehicle. My car looked great and they did an awesome job. I was very satisfied and would recommend them to anyone looking for a body shop.

C & D was suggested by the insurance company to repair my vehicle after I was in a accident and I could not be happier with the repairs and the entire staff was friendly and helpful. My car looks like it was never in a accident and they cleaned it too! I did not expect them to clean it inside and out! Thank You C & D team for making a unpleasant situation Pleasant by the end!

This place is amazing! They do quality work and stand behind their work 100%. I had them do work on my car a while ago and had an issue arise. They are fixing it and doing so with a smile. Great customer service and reliable work are so hard to find these days. This place is nearly an hour away from me but totally worth the drive. Love this place! I strongly recommend anyone who needs work done to come here.

This is my second time coming to C&D and i drive an hour just because i know what im getting. Serge and his team are nothing short of fantastic the whole experience is the standard for body shop s communication, transparency and they just work with you to make you feel comfortable. I love how my car was cleaned/detailed which i wasn t expecting but i appreciated it it s love with C&D and I m a loyal customer

Don't let your insurance company recommend this shop or take your car there. I left with a cracked windshield overspray on my passenger and driver's door glass and the windshield itself. My windshield fluid bottle was loose which meant that they left out putting all of the bolts back in. They replaced the left front wheel and left the stickers on it. Just a overall bad experience. Poor quality workmanship. Anybody can change a body part and slap some paint on it to fool you to make you think that they did a hell of a job BUT behind the scenes piss poor work

The customer service at C&D Auto was above and beyond anything I expected. Serge and his team kept me informed every step of the way. The work was completed in less than 2 weeks. At other body shops a repair to my vehicle took more than a month. The best all around service!! Easy process allows u to be in and out. Finished way ahead of schedule. Stayed late to accommodate me leaving the city to make it in rush hour. Work looks brand new. They went above and beyond. The BEST in the DMV!!!

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM EVERYONEEEEE!!!! This is the first place of business that i ve ever been to where the entire staff was amazing. I arrived to drop my car off and Enterprise could not get me into a rental, the staff went out their way to make sure I was put in a rental same day and for the entirety of the time my car was in the shop. They kept me updated on the timeline of my car and was finished before the promised date. My car looked brand new after the work was done and I couldn t be happier. Would definitely recommend this shop to everyone!!! Thank you so much to the entire staff!!!!

They stole my full spare tire and my tools in my trunk, when I was getting the front of my car fixed. The manager claimed he trusted his employees but then agreed my car looked like it was just "worked on" aka stripped. Mind you, I was only getting the front of my car fixed and I only had it for a year. Now its a year and a half. Smfh.They had no reason to go in my trunk. Nothing but bad luck will come to this place. Mark my words.

Sammy Jr and Andrew are great to work with. Mechanics here are excellent. I always can count on C&D to give me all the details and stay in communication on what's happening when my vehicles are in the shop. No surprises. Been going here since 1994 (first with Sam and now Sammy Jr ) with my different vehicles (my jhetta, honda, mitsubishi montero, nissan murano) and just took my two 2005 F150s in to get some much needed work done. Same great work. Price changes are always fully explained. Great service. Reliable, professional, friendly.

This place is the best. It is my first time using C and D auto and it won t be the last. Their customer service is exceptional. Elaine will brighten up any one s day with her up beat outgoing customer service skills. I work nights and they even worked with me to schedule my drop off. Seriously give them a try and I m sure you will be just as impressed. I even heard some of their customer service reps speaking Spanish to the Latino clients. Oh and they cleaned by car inside and out which I was not even aware would be a part of the service. Nice added bonus.Services: Body & Trim, Auto detailing
