They always go the extra mile. They ll fix my car and fix other things I didn t even tell them to do or mention was an issue. Mr. Awa the best man and prices always reasonable.

Awa took care of me like I was family. I have an older car so parts were hard to find but he made it happen. You re in good hands when you trust him and his team with your vehicle. Been to this shop severally and each time, it only gets better. The warm reception, the calls to give updates on the status/state of the car, a cozy waiting area with snacks, friendly costs; all these and more place this shop in a class of its own. At one time, the.owner even went above and beyond to ogfer me the use of his vehicle while mine is repaired!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I brought my car here based on the good reviews I saw online, I was expecting to have a good experience. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. I brought my VW here for the A/C to be repaired, it's blowing hot air and I was having no luck taking it to the dealership. I told them that it had already been recharged and had dye in it to detect leaks. They still decided to put freon in it after I told them that had already been done. They changed the cabin filter and said if that didn't do the trick, to bring it back. Wasn't expensive at all, and I didn't make a fuss about the freon that cost $45. I know it should not be that expensive. I had a great personal experience with the owner. He was kind, told me everything he was having the techs do (after they were already in the process of doing it), and didn't charge me just to look at it.I realized that the cabin filter didn't fix the issue, so I called back the same day. The boss, Ray, told me to bring it back on Friday when I was available. To make a long story short, the two guys who work in the shop (not the owner) kept giving me the runaround and had me waste my time bringing my car there multiple times over two days. I even told them on the phone, if you cannot service my car or won't- then just say that so I can take it somewhere else. Every time I went there, they expected me to wait at least 4 HOURS for the "boss" to come, even though when I called before coming- they said he was either there or would be there in 10 minutes.Very unprofessional and really sad, considering that my first experience when the owner was there was not bad. They just continued to lie and give me the runaround. Just be honest about what your shop can and cannot do, and WHEN it can be done, and when the owner will be in. I had no problem bringing it back at a later time but they kept lying, saying that he was there or on the way. They also answer the phone and hang up, an issue that I did not have until after the work they completed did not fix the A/C. Avoidance much?Note: the owner, Ray, did offer to look at my car again himself after speaking with a MAN who called on my behalf. However, when I called to bring it in- the same thing happened. Someone answered and hung up on me. After calling multiple times, they said the owner wasn't in and would be in later. I wasn't falling for that trap again.It's a small shop that seems to be family oriented and owned. Not the best interior, but I didn't mind that. I just wanted my car to be fixed and the issue remains. I hope they get it together.

These guys are good. They finally fixed the light and strange noise that has taken us and our Honda CRV to a number of mechanics without solution.

This shop doesn't care so much about appointments because they will definitely see you if you show up. Prices are reasonable and they'll always be a discount. Sometimes their attention is so much on getting your car running and they will not charge you for most tests. Diagnosing is free too. If you haven't been to thos shop, then I feel your pain.

Every time I go to AWA Auto it's a great experience. I drop my car off and i go there within a few hours i go back and get the car. always great great service. everyone there is professional and the mechanics are very well experienced. AWA Auto is the only place I'll be taking my car when i need a mechanic. Thank you guys.

Very knowledgeable. Awa fixed my VW passat 3.6L for $200 which was very fair IN THE SAME DAY. Great person; a family shop, it seems like. I will ONLY take my car to Awa from now on.
