I have a Porsche Panamera. When I called to inquire about getting an oil change and to have my car assessed, they immediately granted me an appointment. The service was impeccable. Everyone was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. Particularly, Melodie even made the extra effort of getting me a comfortable place to rest while I awaited the service of my car. Throughout the entire time of my wait, she constantly kept me updated with timely information regarding the status of my service and its completion. My first time at Hunt Valley Porsche was a very pleasant experience. I brought my Macan in for a recall/update and was also provided a 12 point inspection - videotaped! Everyone at the dealership was great. I highly recommend this dealer for service.

My service specialist was courteous and professional as well as transparent. It was a very good experience. The loner car process was smooth and the car was ready when it was promised, washed and issues corrected. I would give Porsche of Hunt Valley my highest recommendation.

I have recently decided to purchase my first Porsche. The first time I went to Porsche Hunt Valley, I was welcomed by John VanBuren, Sales and Leasing Advisor, who took the time to understand my goals and educate me on the current models, their key features and configurations available. As a result, I purchased a Porsche Cayenne and needed the State Vehicle Inspection in order to register the vehicle in Maryland. Melodie DeShong, Service Consultant and Certified Brand Ambassador, walked me through the process and helped me on all aspects of scheduling the inspection, servicing the vehicle and obtaining approval. Melodie went above and beyond and helped me research the vehicle history and determine what I should do next for me to fully experience my vehicle. I had an amazing experience at Porsche Hunt Valley and would like to thank John and Melodie for such great service and showing me what it means to be a Porsche owner.

Would highly recommend Hunt Valley for service. Great space with plenty of room to work if needed. My service rep, Melodie, is fantastic. Proactive with her communications and I truly believes she cares about her customers. Feel very comfortable taking my car there for all the services.

Took my Macan GTS , in for service at the new location and was very impressed with Porsche of Hunt Valley. I have been to the old Towson location many times and received great customer service each time.With the new bldg and its design it made my first visit to Porsche of Hunt Valley feel warm and welcoming. It was time for spark plugs and my advisor Brian was very helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and even shared some recommendations. I was able to schedule for Saturday service and was in and out. The amenities and building are so great.
