This was the best service experience I ve had in a while! I normally go through my dealership and there s always long wait times and way overpriced. The service at NTB with Tyler was fast, affordable, and high quality. Tyler was friendly and very informative. I definitely felt comfortable to ask questions about the work that was done and what else he recommended. I will definitely be returning to get more work done and I ll be asking for Tyler!

This was the best service I ve had from one of their locations! Came in for a walk in a few hours before closing and was greeted and helped immediately! Each person I interacted with was very friendly and comforting as I thought something major was wrong with my tire! Nonetheless it was an easy fix and I was sent on my way!Thank you so much for your service and to the front desk gentleman for being so kind and helpful! I will definitely be back again!

This was, by far, the best customer service experience I have ever had.On the morning of Tuesday March 12 at 8am I woke up to find a flat tire while visiting my family in cockeysville, I called and spoke with a wonderful gentlemen who told me I could immediately come in to have it looked at. They pulled my truck in a fixed it within minutes.Both the mechanic and gentlemen at the front desk (who if wasn't the manager already, he should be) were delightful to speak with and explained everything needed.This type of management and customer service should always be celebrated and honored when it is extremely hard to find in this day and age.

As someone who dreads dealing with anything car related, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Tyler is as helpful and personable as you can be. He made it for a quick and easy process. Everyone involved went above and beyond. Best Ntb I've been to for sure.

I just left NTB and i was assisted by Tyler. I felt like I was in good hands, unlike the feeling I get at other places. I ll be coming back to see Tyler. He suggested other services I need done to my car without making me feel pressured at all

I came in after the most unexpected event of my tire being flat alongside my child. We fortunately were able to make it to NTB & was greeted by Sergio. He handled everything swiftly & made my experience great by being transparent on everything to expect! I will definitely return to this location and recommend others as well!

I wanted an oil change, tires and an alignment on my 2017 Bmw 440. The dealership was unable to get my car in for a few days but the NTB in Cockeysville, MD was able to get me in and out on the same day! Big thanks to Tyler and his staff for their professionalism and expertise! The technician at NTB identified that my brakes were getting low and was able to install new pads, rotors and perform a brake fluid flush on top of my requests. I m very thankful for their services and can t wait to bring my car back again!

Called yesterday to see if they could patch my tire and they said they could.i go in there today and they sell me a new one. The hole in the tire was smaller than a dime. Price wasn t to bad on the new tire at least. Service was fast and good.

Kelly is one of a few older generations left in the company that actually puts his heart and mind into the work! I wouldn't take my vehicle to the other guys for no money. I have to say the shop guys are top notch also. These guys are a true team!

Had 4 tires replaced which were missing two valve caps, no big deal, they replaced them. In less than a week, I had to bring my car back twice for leaking valve stems and once more to have a tire rebalanced due to my steering wheel shaking at high speeds from a loose wheel weight. Save your time and money by taking your car to the dealer or anywhere else than this place that knows what they re doing. Their systems are always down when you need to have them fix something they didn t do properly the first time, how convenient. I wouldn t trust them to refill the windshield wiper fluid in my car let alone an oil or tire change. They employ punks that have zero knowledge of how to do their job or provide customer service. Total clowns running this establishment.

Hit a pothole and had to replace tires, Vance helped me out. I replaced all four tires, and they were the best price and service out of all of the stores. I called friendly staff, quick turnaround, would highly recommend.

This NTB location is convenient and well run. Service was done on time and salesperson was very professional and courteous. Kelly, the manager, is both honest and fair. We have been taking our vehicles to him for service and reair for 30 years. Even though there are2 locations closer to us we prefer to take them to this NTB where he is because he is someone we trust to get it done, done right, and stand behind the work. HIGHLY recommend.

GREAT TEAM! Rodney Six was a pleasure to work with. Fantastic customer service skills, knowledgeable on everything automotive. Had my new wheels put on today, took about two hours. I ll be getting my battery and brakes here next month. Affordable and fast!

I had a full set of tires put on my car. Had great service. This morning, I bring my car in, called 25 minutes before to let them know I'm coming. The CSR said no wait time. I get here 8:37, no cars in front of me. I waited 20 minutes for my car to be pulled in. I walk out front and the same car that has been sitting in the parking lot since I got here, had a door open. The tech was finally getting out of his car to pull my car in. Now, the issue isn't that he was sitting in his car. The issue is I'm on my way to work and my time wasn't valued. Not only did the tech get out of the car but the csr did too. Not one person in the store. Door wide open. Just a weird experience overall and quite irritating. I compliment far more than I complain but it's not okay to leave my car checked in and sitting for twenty minutes. Then, go to the bathroom and there isn't any toilet paper. Like , what am I supposed to do? I don't think I'll be back to this location. Just not a good experience.

I had a slow leak in my tire so I came in to have it patched. Seemed simple enough. What I ended up with was a tire that leaked more quickly and a stripped stud and lug nut. Even after returning two times the same day. I was told to come back in the morning to fix tire again and replace lug nut and stud. So I did that. Two hours later my tire was finally patched but no stud/lug fix. The man that can do it isn t allowed to leave his desk (what?). So now I have to schedule to come back again, forcing me to miss more work and drive around missing a lug nut. This whole experience has been ridiculous, unprofessional and rather pathetic. Oh, they also tried to sell me a brake job after all that mess. Do your self a huge favor and go somewhere else. Literally anywhere else.

I did my oil change today at Cockeysville MD,the guys and the lady were pleasant and knowledgeable. I was out in less than an hour, they answer all questions intelligently. It's a store for your vehicles needs

2 months after alignment was done outer edges of my tires got completely bald. I took my van back and i realized i was almost double charged and i have told that i need another alignment.

They not only put my new tire on but they also fixed the bent rim that amazon sold me. They are so nice! Best customer service ever! I recommend going there for all your tire and car needs!

I was not impressed at all. They gave me terrible advice. I was told by two of their workers that I only needed to replace one tire on my AWD vehicle after hitting a nail. After telling them I wanted both replaced, they said they would order the second. Going back the next day, I sit for an hour just to learn they don t have the tire yet. Complete waste of time. They tell me they have verbal confirmation from another NTB down the road that they have the tire we need. I called before going there and the worker from that location tells me he just told this man he didn t have the tire. My husband and I ended up having to travel to another NTB in Towson to buy just the tire because that location didn t have any tire technicians that day and didn t know if or when they would be back that week. Thank goodness we knew someone who could put it on for us.It also irritates me when a company advertises a military/first responder discount on their website, but their workers don t know to put it into their system or just flat out refuse to give it to you. Overall, terrible service. I will likely never visit another NTB location again.
