We returned to Hunt Valley Mercedes to purchase our new car. It was a great experience. Top notch customer service, and they went above and beyond to work with us to get us what we wanted. Shout out to Cane, Cliff and Hussan for their help to make it a 5 star experience!

Great place to go for service. They have a very tenured staff of mechanics and managers. Years of expert knowledge. I ve been going there for over 30 years. I have three Mercedes-Benz. This last service they couldn t specifically identify my issue but went over the suspension completely and tightened up a few things. (The car is twelve years old). Whatever they did solved the problem and there was no charge to me as they didn t specifically repair anything. They also gave me a free loaner car. You can t beat that deal. John Hawkins, the service advisor, was very professional as always. Highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Hunt Valley.

I have had a wonderful experience here. After having a horrible experience at another dealership in Virginia. Sam Wu really took care of me, texted me occasionally and kept me updated about my vehicle. I even called back to leave a good word to the General Manager on how outstanding the service was. Anytime I have any issues involving my Mercedes or if I m looking to purchase a new vehicle or recommending a dealership it will always be Mercedes Benz of hunt valley. Thank you

I took my GLC300 in for service for a recall and didn t expect it to take as long as they had said it would and I didn t request a loaner car. My service advisor Sam was kind enough to tell me the service would take all day and offered to reschedule for another day when a loaner car would be available. Fast forward to 3 days later, I got a loaner car, my car got serviced and Sam kept me in the loop with reports and updates all day long. My car was finished the same day and I was able to return the loaner and get my car back all before 5pm. Oh, they washed it too!

my experience was great. Amber was my service representative and she was very knowledgeable and made my experience pleasurable, as well she was knowledgeable about my situation and I was even able to see my car as it was being worked on in the garage as I sat in the lounge and enjoyed their wonderful Starbucks coffee and pastries.

Went to the Hunt Valley dealership to order a replacement key. I was only given one key when I purchased my G Wagon in October 2023. The visit was great, very professional. I think the gentleman that helped me was named James. He explained the process and my replacement key came sooner that I thought.

I have always had excellent experiences here. My service advisor Jessica is wonderful and very helpful in helping me decide which repairs are truly necessary. I have never felt like I was being upsold, which I truly appreciate. I will continue to bring my car here for service.

Staff was courteous and professional. I was impressed with the video sent to my cell phone of the tech working on my vehicle. The waiting room was clean; and coffee and pastry were provided.

The recall was completed in a timely manner. My hesitation for not providing higher rating I arrived at 7:21 for a 7:30 appt and when they opened the doors at 7:30 I was the 2nd vehicle pulled into the bay. However, I had to wait for 2 other customers to be assisted because I was assigned to an Associate that had the other 2 customers assigne to him as well, even though there were 2 other Associates without any customers. Not the best planning in my opinion.

Took my 2010 E 350 for rear subframe recall . Everything change with no cost and process was easy and friendly .Just little disappointed on Mercedes quality .
