Staff here were super helpful and respectful with explaining my engine cooling troubles. They were prompt to get back to me and the pricing was reasonable. Super friendly and not at all intimidating which can be a problem for women at mechanics! I ll definitely be coming back here.

Great shop, work and employees. Immediately you can just tell your car is in good hands. Both guys I talked to were very helpful, nice and even knocked out my car in a bit of a fast deadline. Extremely thankful for knocking it out as fast as they did relieved a ton of stress. I definitely will be going back to them and suggest the same for everyone.

Couldn't be happier! I needed a flex pipe replaced quickly. My mechanic did not want to touch it, another shop quoted $850 for parts and labor but a good friend of my recommended I call June at this location.Long story short - $262 out the door and it was completed by 1pm after speaking with them about 10am on the same day after drop off.No wonder June gets so many great reviews on Google and I'm happy to add another one.Definitely will be bringing other vehicles I have for service here..Sergio ~

The Meineke Car Care Center in Cockeysville is the best! Customer service is amazing. Love the ability to make appts., reschedule, etc. online. Very convenient location. Trustworthy. I always have them check my brakes whenever I go in for an oil change - They never try and get me to do more than what is needed.

I brought my 2011 Infiniti in for work on my exhaust and Meinecke completed the work in the time and at the cost promised. I was treated respectfully and in a friendly manner, and my car runs great now! Thanks, Meineke!

Words can t express the level of care Meineke gave me during my visit. I had a car emergency recently. It was recommended that I take my car to Meineke right away! My vehicles ball joints, bolts, and one of my front wheel tire was about to fall off due to the Negligence of a side gas station s repair shop s unprofessionalism and lack of experience. They was honest, professional, and straight to the point.Long story short, my car is driving like never before in a very long time. I barely hear any noises, my drive is smooth again as if I m just gliding. I will be going back for other upcoming repairs.Thank you To mechanic June and his partner. If you ever need a serious repair job done correctly skip those side fake mechanics that claim they know what they re doing. Also my parts are under warranty. Also I rather pay the extra money for my vehicle that I need to run safe and to get me too and from work. Happy New Customer.Kimberley H.

I cant tell you enough about how great Dean and June have been with multiple vehicles my family has brought in. I often come in and discuss a problem, they always resolve it and have done a much better job than some of the other quotes I bring them. They are always on time and the service has been top notch! They never try to take you on the upsell. If its serious they let you know because they care!

This is a location I would highly recommend to any of my friends or family. I have been visiting this location for a few years now when it comes to a quick and reliable oil change or for any parts that have to be changed. The customer service is beyond the realm of what I have experienced prior to visiting this team. If you ever need to question whether to stop by, do not, you and your car will be taken care of as if you are long time friends.

Had an appointment for an oil change and didn t have to wait. Great customer service. I ve been trying to find a good garage for an oil change. I usually go in for an oil change and come out with a $300 bill. I have no problem being given options with my oil change but the upsell is ridiculous. Would definitely use them again.

The best Mechanic Shop in town!!!I had gone to a very shady garage where they did untold harm to my car.But just with an oil change at Meineke Car Care Center they pointed out the previous mechanic's errors and I wan able to bring my car back on track!!!! They are the best!!!!

I was very impressed at how quickly they were able to Complete my oil change. I was literally in and out within about 30 minutes significantly faster than other dealerships that I've used in the past.

They gave me great fast and curtious service for an obscure problem. A little more expensive than I expected, but that seems to be everywhere (hence the deducted star). Recommend them highly

Horrible!! I left my car there to get a oil change and they called me when it was done. My car started making noise because they never did the oil change! I was so disgusted. I had to take my car to the Lexus dealer. For them to tell me that my oil was never changed!

From starting, competitive quote to complete brake service, Meinecke exceeded my expectations. My F150 needed brakes all around and they crushed the Ford dealerships price. I will only use Meinecke in the future. They head underwriter was a real gentleman too. Couldn't have had a better experience. Well done Meinecke

I called Saturday morning and got same day appt for estimate of exhaust repair. I arrived 30 mins early and they were eating lunch, but took my car in right away. Diagnosed the problem and said they could weld the parts to replace rusted ones saving me money rather than replacing entire exhaust system. Finished the work in less than an hour from the time I walked in the door! Jun was very pleasant and explained exactly what they did. So happy that I trusted the reviews and got my car serviced here!
