Will never take my Range Rover to another dealership for service! Cannot recommend this service center more. Justin, my service consultant, was in contact with me by text message during my cars entire stay at the service center and answered all questions promptly. I received video footage of a technician showing my vehicle during inspection and explaining every issue in detail. I also received help from David, who was patient in helping me get my Range Rover connected to the Land Rover app for me. I have not had a more pleasant experience with another dealership- and this is my second Range Rover!

I have had a great experience with servicing my car here. The few customer representatives I have worked with have been very professional and courteous in many ways. They use auto nation tool to ease and facilitate timely response, maintenance and communication with customers providing feedback as needed. A big thanks to Melina and Adrain for their wonderful services and support

Kudos to this awesome Team at Hunt Valley Land Rover Jaguar. Thanks to Stacey who fielded my initial call concerning the Low Battery message on my gauge dash panel and made my service appointment with my always attentive service advisor Adrian, who always keeps me informed of vehicle status during diagnostics and repair.Very knowledgeable mechanic, Robert S. along with Service Manager, Tim, determined best to check complete electrical system of our Evoquefirst, and not just "plop" in a new battery and hope for the best. Robert performed his series of tests,monitoring and readings and assured me all electrical components were fine, and their new life long battery alone, would properly resolve this matter.It's a matter of "Trust, Confidence and Satisfaction" that I always experience here at this dealership with both our Land Rover and Jaguar through our years of both brand ownership.Yes, this "engaging" starts at the top with GM, Billy Keyes who's always there bright and early at his showroom floor office to greet you, ask about your family and make sure all is well with both your vehicles and family members too. His trusted and cordial associate, David, always makes it a point to greet you and be certain you have your concerns addressed.The personal service and Pride of operations, here is superior and most attentive, in every way, whenever a service or new vehicle visit is needed or made by our family members. We are loyal clients for life here at Hunt ValleyLand Rover and Jaguar, you can be certain.
