Purchased a vehicle brand new vehicle 2020 Ram 1500 limited Crew Cab. Customer service was good, however, only to sell you an extended warranty that is not applicable to real world scenarios. As such, the car requires repairs that brings me to a Dealership for service. In that, they only provides rental reimbursement for $30/day, moreover most dealers do a diagnostic that may take 3 days before getting to the vehicle. At this time you are left without a vehicle. Why would they sell me an extended MRI warranty it defeats the purpose.Another problem faced with this warranty is they only provide a limited hourly mechanical rate for serviced repairs. NYC hourly rates $180/ hour (not covered) you pay excess. Even when u finally get a rental car NYC rentals are ($50-125/day), they come short on reimbursements. Another issue, illinois dodge shop charging me $180 per diagnostic issue which they claim is standard in illinois. Its questionable whether this is covered by the warranty they sold me as bumper to bumper!The facts being stated here is that they are not selling MOPAR extended warranties. This questions their integrity when it comes to how you treat your customer.BUYER BEWARE! Once u buy these vehicles you encounter the regret!

Don Whites is the place to go. Their staff is friendly and welcoming, as if you are part of the family. The service center is amazing and always keeps me informed. Recently, I work with Rob on new purchase and he was expectational. He listened to all my wants, needs, and went above and beyond to get the car of my dreams. He worked with me for months to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Rob always promptly responded to my many emails, and phone calls. There is no better person and place to go to when you are in the market for a new or used car.

From the first time walking into the dealership I felt very welcome. Rob was a very knowledgable salesman and not high pressure at all. He genuinely wanted to know what you were looking for in the Jeep product line. Follow up was prompt and questions were always answered. Our family currently drives several Jeeps and Don Whites has a customer for life. Should you have an issue with your vehicle the Service Staff is equally welcoming and gets you back in your car in a timely fashion.

Highly recommend Don White s Jeep . I m a first time buyer with this dealership . Avoid Don Whites! I took my 2020 Jeep Wrangler to them for recall work on Wednesday and the next morning the Jeep wouldn't start. I had no issues at all with the Jeep before taking it to Don Whites and now it doesn't start... they don't return calls, and when finally getting a service rep on the phone, they brushed off my wife when she called about it and said it wasn't their problem. I would give this place zero stars if that were an option.

My boyfriend and I bought a car here last weekend and I m absolutely in love with it! Big thank you to our salesman, Ashton who was very helpful in the buying process. So knowledgeable of what he was showing us, helped us get exactly what we wanted and made sure we got the best deal. We were in and out of there very quickly. Definitely recommend this place for buying your next car!

I would avoid this Jeep Dealership/Service Center if you are able to and have a different one in your area. Backstory: Purchased a 2019 Jeep Cherokee from a Nissan Dealership (still had 10,000 miles left of manufacturer power train warranty). 3 weeks after purchasing, I heard various grinds and scrapes from the wheel well so I decided to take it back to the Nissan Dealer since it was still under their dealer warranty.Within hours I received a call from Nissan claiming the transmission was jumping and kicking all over the place/definitely needed a replacement. They proceeded to tow it todon Whites. Fast forward, Don whites found zero issue. Get the car back, scrapes and grinds are still active and the transmission sounds even worse! Nissan dealer sent the Jeep back, and this time around they decided to replace the entire rear axle!Perhaps they are hesitant on completing manufacturer warranties due to a decreased pay . Nissan most definitely pointed several issues with the transmission (as I have various copies of paperwork to prove it).Once the trans axle was replaced, I took the Jeep back in at around 56-57,000 miles to get it checked one last time before the manufacturer warranty expired. Again, 195 paid for diagnostic fee, and nothing found with transmission meanwhile the Nissan dealer said it would need an entirely new transmission.Should have taken it for a second opinion to a different Jeep dealer on the transmission. Will certainly be filing a complaint on this dealership with MoPar online services.It is awfully convenient that the warranty/transmission had no issues at 55,000ish miles now at 60,000 miles it sounds like a lawn mower going up hill.

It is my opinion that the following acts were done in either implicit or intentional Racism or Prejudice or Discrimination. I brought in my new Jeep for a minor repair and they kept the car for over a month without fixing it. They provided no updates in the meantime and even kept ignoring/screening my calls. The individual handling my ticket only remembered that my car was there when I called asking for updates. He never followed up as planned and did not think to transfer my ticket when he went on vacation during the month and now left the shop all together. The lady at the front desk down to the repair men were also very rude and one made a comment that was bigoted in my opinion, perhaps because I don t look and sound like your average Jeep owner. The lady also tried to charge me for the oil change and tire rotation even though I have Jeep Wave and gave me a nasty attitude when I asked her to check my account for Jeep Wave. There were no concerns or amends for my time, inconvenience or their countless mistakes. If you couldn't handle the work or there was nothing in it for you to fix my car, you should have informed me from the get go!! In my years of owning several cars, I have never experienced such an ignorant and disrespectful customer service . As we were leaving, I told the person I came with how it s still hard being a Black person here in the US. I will never return to this dealership and hope you never have to experience them as well. I will certainly reach out to corporate for what they have put me through. The cherry on top was, after a month in their garage, them handing me my car with all FOUR tires on low pressure after they allegedly changed the oil and rotated the tires. Another act, among many, that I perceived as a micro aggression. Extremely deplorable. STAY AWAY!! We should always demand basic human respect and decency for all.

Do NOT get your repairs done here!!! I had an appointment to fix the leaks that were happening with my 2020 Jeep Wrangler long story short... no one had called that specific repairman in to do the work. I took off work. My truck sat there all day. At 5pm I called the service department to get an update, The young lady said he just walked in 5 minutes ago. 15 minutes later she calls me saying your vehicle is ready that will be $385. My problem is communication, respect of my time and absolutely NO ONE was there at that hour to tell me what was done to my truck. The next day I seen a 1inch piece of foam glued to the top of my truck door!!! Since then it has rained and my truck is still flooding in the inside of the flooring and if it's cold we have ice in the truck. The worst experience EVER. No one has rectified this. So I still have this issue. Do not take your vehicle here. They don't care they just want your money!!!!!

On top of always waiting atleast 2 hours for a scheduled oil change and Always NEEDING something else done..They told me my rack and pinion was bad on my 2014 grand..they said it was leaking and it would be $2_3k..well a 2nd opinion caught that the Rack and pinion is good but the radiator was blowing coolant on the rack connection..you can't do that to people..my father had his head unit replaced and they didn't put the face plate back on right..then the replaced his ball joints a little while back for warranty..he heard a noise looked under and the cotter pins were not put back in...you have 3 customers with us..we won't be backUPDATE!! THEY Replaced my dash got it back only to notice my drivers side climate wasn't working right,, they denied fault then quoted me for a HVAC housing due to a melted door $1900..Took it somewhere else it was actually the blend door acuator! $10 part 2 hours labor COMPLETELY FIXED.. These guys are SCAMMERSI HAVE ALL RECIPTS FROM THEM AND WILL BE EMAILING CHRYSLER their quotes along with the actual fixes..this place has to be stopped!!

Trevor was awesome to deal with. He listened to what we needed and showed us many options. During the loan process he was very supportive and helpful. We had a snag and he never once made us feel as though we were holding him up or wasting time. Would absolutely purchase from him and Don Whites again. The gentleman in financing was very friendly, outgoing and understanding when we asked a bunch of questions. Overall a fantastic experience.

If I could give this place zero or negative stars I would. I've brought my car 2009 Sebring convertible (only 40,000 miles on it) in and every time they charge a fortune and it's never actually fixed. This time the car wouldn't move out of park. I saw on YouTube that it is an easy fix, a small piece of plastic connector. Don Whites told me first it was an electrical problem which it wasnt, then they said the console needed to be replaced which wasn't the problem either. They pretty much threw up their hands and told me I could drive it with a screwdriver stuck into the gearshift. I said no!! We called every week and no one would return our calls. 3 months later, they called to say the repair was done. Walked in today $1000 later paid and now the convertible top will not go down. It worked when I brought it in. They said it must have been my fault. I never even left the lot! A warning light came on when I started the car. They told me they can look at it and were so rude! They slammed my keys down and stomped off. I'm still without a working car. Why bring a car to the dealer when they have no clue what they are doing and they are just the worst with customers. I've HAD it! Avoid at all costs! The customer service manager Ian said he would get in touch with Mr. White and get back to me the next day. Of course I had to call and they said he was off. Update: I finally got my car after my yelp review of one star.

Inept service department. I dropped off my vehicle for an early morning appointment with three straight forward service request. I had to call twice to ask for an update, and eventually at closing time I was contacted and told they could not complete the repair because parts needed to be ordered. The following week I dropped off my vehicle to complete the repair. Again, I had to reach out to get an update and was told they needed more time and had to order my parts. So I left the vehicle overnight. The next day, I once again had to reach out to ask for an update. They said the car would be ready at the end of the day. Picked up my car and was told for the first time they only fixed 2 of the 3 issues and that I would need to come back to get the last issue resolved. In all, they had my car for over 30 hours while the service department was open and still did not complete all the service requested.I would not buy a vehicle from this dealership and would absolutely avoid using this dealership's service department.

HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP!! I m convinced that they sell their customers Lemon Cars I have had issues since I purchased my car!! The Mechanics are definitely under-trained, service is non existent, and they are very money hungry- 3 mths after purchasing my car it shutdown on the highway( wipers came on, horn started honking, lights flickered on and off, and then it stopped) and they said it was a electrical problem which they agreed to fix but made me pay for a new window because somehow they said a leak was in my windshield which cause water to get inside some compartment, there s no way I had a crack in my windshield they just wanted to get something out of me and probably never even put in a new windshield, then two months later I had to get an entire new steering rack but the last time I took my car back for a oil change they said it was a leak in the steering rack! How is that possible if it was suppose to have been replaced, and there is much more I had to go through with them .I was even recommended by a lady in the service Dept to contact my insurance so that they could fix what they referred to as under- carriage damage long story short it raised my insurance extremely!!! This place should simply be SHUTDOWN!!! I DON T EVEN GO BACK TO GET FREE OIL CHANGES ANYMORE BECAUSE EVERY TIME I GO FOR A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE SOMETHING HAPPENS DAYS OR WEEKS LATER! I WOULD RATHER PAY ELSEWHERE!! I truly wish I NEVER purchased a car from here PLEASE TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!! If you do decide to purchase here please bring your Mechanic with you to look at the vehicle before purchasing!!!!!!!

Did online buying from Northeast Pennsylvania. Was referred by a colleague at work who purchased from Don White's a few months before me. Went to same sales specialist - Steven "Will" Williams. Was best decision I could have made. Will made the whole (long) process easy and painless. (was a long process as I was trying to get a 2020 - but none had what I wanted in options). Wound up ordering a 2021 with Will and also Justin - the Sales Manager. Justin was also fantastic and easy to speak with and knowledgeable. Going thru Don Whites with Will Williams and Justin Taylor made the online buying experience simple. Very professional and knowledgeable. Would not hesitate to use Don White's again for our next purchase.

Stan Carder and James Johnson went above and beyond to figure out my emissions problem. They were sympathetic to me needing my vehicle back in a timely manner and were great with communicating. Being able to pay online was also a big perk.I would go back to them with any other issues and have confidence that they will fix it.
