I have no reason to complain at all. I walked in and was greeted with respect and calming mannerisms. I was able to get my car seen immediately. The communication is amazing and the Quality can t be BEAT!!!! They have a life time customer now ! Stuck like glue

Brought my 05' Subaru Forester in to Cromwell Valley Motors this week for the first time for brakes and other issues I have been dealing with the vehicle. I work nearby and it was very convenient to be able to drop my vehicle off there and it was ready by the time I finished my work day. Steve was very communicative with me about what needed to be fixed and his mechanics did great work. I would recommend Cromwell Valley Motors to anyone.

I recently took a car in for an interior and exterior detailing. The young man who cleaned the car did an outstanding job and was very thorough. I looked like a brand new car when he was finished.The next day I called to see if they could replace brakes on a different car. They were able to fit me in on the same day and completed the job quickly. They even offered to come pick me up if I didn't have someone to bring me to pick up my vehicle. I think we found a new mechanic!

Steve is always reliable and professional. He is great at breaking down what is going on with my car and what he recommends. I trust him 100% and recommend him to everyone I know! When my "Tracy" would not start, i freaked out (like anyone would when your baby is not functional) good thing i remembered Cromwell Valley Motors specialized in BMW's and other imports. I managed to get "Tracy" over to the caring hands of Steve Ready and in good timing too. I did not have a way to get back to my office, until Steve said "I can take you, back to your office". He personally drove me back to my office in his classic Mustang convertible...now that is personal customer service! After my car was done, Steve surprised me at my office and said he was picking me up (in another awesome car) to see "Tracy". Thankfully it was just a battery, however I will always trust Cromwell Valley Motors for any work on "Tracy".

Took my old Nissan to get new struts and bearings done last year. Job was done quickly and at a great price. Steve actually called me the next day to tell me that he mistakenly overcharged me 100$ and I could come by whenever and pick up a check for the reimbursement.He now has mine and all my family s business. Real honest dude and does great work for competitive pricing. Try to give him any business that I can and has become a good friend in the time I ve been taking my vehicles to him.Highly recommended, thanks again Steve.

Honest, friendly and trustworthyI am from out of town and was looking for a place to get my college student daughter s oil changed and the car checked over. This shop was right across the street from my hotel, but turned out to be a great find. Steve didn t try to sell me any unnecessary repairs, used quality parts, gave us a college student discount, offered a free ride to it from campus and was friendly and accommodating. Happy to have a nearby mechanic I can send my daughter to in good conscience.

Cromwell Valley Motors is one of a kind. They really go the extra mile to make sure everything is done right. They are honest people who do not wish to charge you more than the work they are doing. I left with a smile today in a fully washed vehicle with my repairs completely taken care of. I live right down the road and am thankful I have a place like this in the neighborhood.

I came in on a Friday to check out the shop and ask a few questions about their capabilities. Made an appointment for the following day - a Saturday which proved much more convenient for me than a weekday - to have them determine the extent of an exhaust leak. I was even offered a courtesy ride back to my home while they diagnosed the issue. Within about an hour, I received a call detailing the problem and what it would take to fix. I agreed to the repair and it was done before noon.Trying to find a shop to work on your car can be difficult, and in my experience, any shop that's competent, transparent, and honest will earn my business every time. Couldn't ask for much more than that, which is why I'll be bringing my cars back whenever they need service or repair that I can't take care of myself.

For many years I've taken my 3 series to the fancy dealerships for any automotive work and I've always left dissatisfied with the quality of work for their high price points. After being sick of the same rigmarole, I asked around for a local BMW repair shop and Cromwell was suggested! This place was amazing! Great price points, up front answers, fantastic quality of work! If there was a broken part, I saw it. To me it was the most honest and reliable work done on my 3series in ages! I would recommend them to anyone! It's hard to find a place like Cromwell anymore...Rebecca

I had another excellent experience at Cromwell Valley Motors. It reinforced my opinion that this is a very good place to get your vehicle serviced as they will do the work that is needed and won't do work that isn't needed yet. This is especially important to me as I have an older vehicle.

Cromwell Valley Motors was unbelievable again. Steve and Bob did so much extra research on my car s issue, and as a result, probably saved me over $7k. Love Cromwell Valley Motors. Family run and you are not just a number. Took care of a sunroof which wouldn't close during a snow storm. Price was very affordable. I am going back.

Did a great job with my 2005 Volvo. I was recommend to cromwell valley automotive from another mechanic shop as a place to go for european cars. Did a great job in a timely manner at a cost substantially lower then what the volvo dealership would have charged me!

Unfortunately for me, my BMW needed a long list of work, but Cromwell gave me a fair price and completed it ALL in less than 2 days! Great work, speedy service and reasonable prices - I highly recommend them!

This is the place if you have a German car. If you have one, you know how hard it is to get good service, people who know the cars, at a price that is fair. You could go to a dealer and pay double, or you could to Cromwell Automotive and develop a relationship with a group that understands your car and remembers you.

If you're looking for HONEST service that wont rip you off,THIS IS THE PLACE!Also, not only did they finish with my car a day earlier than expected, when I got back home with it, I realized they did some minor touch-ups to it without even telling me, free of charge!GOOD people work here.

Steve went above and beyond , not only is he a stand up man who is willing to go out of his way to make the time I was without my Volvo easy breezy by giving my tired and fussy son a ride to my house he even came and picked me up when my car was ready!!!!!!! They are Aces in my book!
