I purchased my car from Bill Kidd's Toyota during the pandemic. The Venza has been a good vehicle, however there have been several recalls, the most recent of which was a safety issue. I called to schedule the appointment and was told there were no parts for the recall, they would call me back. They did NOT call back. I waited a month, called again, and was told they had the parts. I made the appointment and was told there were no loaners for this lengthy recall and now maintenance event. I would have to wait the 3+ hours. When I arrived today, the CSR had to call to SEE IF THE PARTS WERE IN. I was taken aback, to say the least. Oh JOY, they had the parts. I was led to the large (mostly empty) waiting area. Here is the noisy room, here is the quiet room, there's coffee and water and the rest rooms are over there. OK. I go to the rest room and there are PAINTERS and PAINT fumes, it is unavoidable as an environmental issue. Inhalation of paint fumes can lead to a runny nose, sore throat, cough and nasal congestion and headache as common symptoms along with irritated and watery eyes. So I was trapped for 3 hours in a paint fume environment and now have a massive headache, respiratory irritation (read wheezing), and sinus pain. Not sure whose idea it was to paint while the business was open (who is the Manager?), but for people who have reactions to paint fumes (a large portion of the population) it is a danger to their health. Fun fact: while I was stuck inside this paint can, a man walked in with a large black lab on a (can't make this up) PIECE OF TWINE as a leash. This, too, is unsafe. Regardless of the dog's normal demeanor, it was a public space with new noises and people and Bill Kidd's Insurance Risk Manager should have a talk with the Service Manager about these environmental hazards to other customers. Car seems to be okay, CSRs were professional and polite, but I don't appreciate all the *forced* environmental hazards.Service: Auto maintenance

Bill Kidds is the best. Have purchased multiple cars here. if I want a Toyota or a Volvo I'd buy no other place.

They have great lot attendants and the parking lot and inside the building is very clean Sebastian's Church

The service department is NOT at this location, and Google won't let you update it. The service department is down York Road near Home Depot.
