I have purchased my last two Acura's from this dealership. I have always received outstanding service and will continue to. Their service is above average than anyplace I have use before. I met George in the service department in 2004 and I could not have had a better person to take care all my needs.

I have always felt comfortable with having my car serviced at AutoNation Acura in Hunt Valley Maryland. George the head service manager has been professional and knowledgeable, he explains in detail what services my car needs, and I have never felt , he recommended services that didn t legitimately needed to be done. Recently I had services done on my car and the technician Sean was just as professional and knowledgeable.Kudos to the service team , as long as I have an Acura, you can be sure Hunt Valley s AutoNation service center will be the ones taking care of my car. I ove working with George and John they are both amazing service dept men. I had a issue with my idle stop on my vehicle and from the beginning John was open, honest and helpful. Yesterday the issue was rectified and in a short time frame and I am so grateful.

Service department is trying to get one up on me. And I m sure they do it to others trying to charge me over double the price on a routine transmission service. I called two Acura dealers that weren t Hunt Valley and they literally said half the cost Acura automation quoted me. I asked to speak to the service manager, I was told I would get a call before the service department closes. Never got that call. I was told I would receive a call the same day by the service manager george. Seems that the service manager george is unprofessional and rude based off this So as you can tell I am very unhappy. My family has bought a cars from Bob Frankel himself. It s disgraceful what this dealership has turned into. Very disappointing. Makes me not want to come back. This isn t the first bad experience with service here I have been flat out lied to before

Very experienced technicians who gave solid advice on some questions that I had. The technician also noticed issues not noticed by other mechanics (and I can confirm these were real). I trust them. Service advisor - Jonathan Marmaras - was extremely helpful. And the parts guys went out of their way to find the parts that I needed.

We hadn t been to the dealer in a while but needed a new key fob. We got an appointment easily, and we were greeted warmly by faces we remembered from Frankel - and they remembered us! The service was done quicker than expected. I had brought wipers and asked if they could do that for me and they did! They offered a free car wash too.

My experience at AutoNation Acura Hunt Valley Service Center is always professional, respectful and pleasant encounters with all service experts(George always makes sure my expectations are met and satisfaction with the work performed on my car is 100% complete). They value a customers time and expediently get you in and get out. It is a pleasure not a burden taking your car in for service!

Excellent service from start to finish. From service desk to mechanic. Accommodating n price range was close to what other shops would have charged so why not get the best from dealer - a loaner car and car wash too !

Acura cars are great and the service I received from the team of Donna, Jon, George and the team was exceptional. From the loaner and continued communication, and the vehicle being washed and cleaned, everything was great!!!

I inquired online (twice for two different vehicles; looked at three). Dennis responded promptly. Answered all of my questions. Made himself available at my pace. I hate car dealerships, but this experience has been so different. Thanks for patience, courtesy, trustworthiness, and respect. I'm a bit trigger shy when it comes to big ticket items, otherwise, I'd have already purchased from this AutoNation. Good job, guys! Great experience so far.
