I had two tires replaced last Monday and other extensive work done last month. This company is Awesome. They are professional and about there work. I was taught from my Dad when you receive good service to show your appreciation. They provided me an Uber home and pick me back up to get my car. I truly appreciate the service YOU provided. I told all my friends. THANK YOU SO MUCH WACOC TEAM.

I recently had my car serviced at Wiygul Automotive Clinic and could not have been more pleased with the exceptional customer service. I needed new tires installed, so when I dropped my car off, Mrs Shannon Lee arranged for complimentary transportation back home.When the tires were finished they called to let me know my car was ready. They then sent a driver to pick me up and bring me back to the shop - again at no charge. I couldn't believe they offered this amazing door-to-door service.Wiygul Automotive Clinic exceeded my expectations. I will certainly be a repeat customer and highly recommend them to anyone needing auto work. Their commitment to customer satisfaction with the extra service is truly impressive.

I always get great service when I come to this location! I don't feel like they are trying to swindle me or get me to pay for services I do not need. Super friendly staff. Will definitely continue to allow them to service my car.

I ve only been here a couple of times, but each time has been a pleasant experience! Customer service at the front desk is always great! Service has been speedy and efficient. I feel very comfortable servicing my vehicle here.

I love Wiygul. Jerry and the rest of the team is great. Just recently moved to Clinton and it's much closer than the location in Alexandria. Greatly appreciate the communication and the recommendations they provide. I have found a new car care spot!!!

On Friday morning walked in the Clinton location to schedule an appointment. I was told that the next day, Saturday at 8 am was available. i dropped my truck off at 7:30 am on Saturday, and was told I would receive a call in a couple of hrs as to what my truck needed. Afer 4.5 hrs I didn t receive a call, so I called myself. I was told my truck hadn t been looked at yet and that it wouldn t be at any point that day. Then the agent also informed me that no one would be able to look at it the following day either.I was disappointed with the service provided. My truck sat there for almost 5 hours without being checked which was time wasted. I felt so inconvenienced and overlooked.

I showed up needing an oil change, tire rotation, and a repair on a tire that was losing air frequently. I waited for 3 1/2 hours. After waiting for so long was told the repairs would be free, due to the long wait. As soon as I left my tire warning went off. I went to put air in it and it was near flat. Not too long ago my repair light just showed. I believe these guys did absolutely no repair on my vehicle. Their workers played around pretty much the whole time I was there. I d avoid this place like the plague if I were you.Response to company response: you all knew you didn t repair my tire. One of your technicians gave me a little smirk when he handed me my keys. I m going to inform the BBB about my experience. My car service light is on and my front tire has to be filled every other day. My gf also used to get her car services here. She, and others I know that get their cars serviced here will no longer use your company.

I was extremely impressed with the customer service and the quality of work from Wiygul s. From the time I arrived until my vehicle was ready, I had top notch service. I have already referred them to my friends and family and I plan to continue the positive word of mouth.

I had a great experience. Joe was my main point of contact. Amazing customer service. 10/10. The reason for 4/5 rating is because one of the things I came in for was a weird sound my car started making 2 weeks prior to my visit. Unfortunately that wasn t able to be taken care of because the source of the sound wasn t found. It sounds like my car is struggling to drive. I brought the car back twice after my initial visit and my car unexpectedly ran silent during both test drives. Yet my car is loud during my entire 50 minute ride to and from work. I plan to take my car to Honda to hopefully get some help. Again my overall experience at Wiygul was great thanks to Joe. He checked in on me, gave updates, and answered any questions I had. Not sure if he is a manager, but if not he definitely deserves a promotion. Thank you Joe for your attentiveness and patience.

Dropped my truck off on Monday for a state inspection. Done on Tuesday. Paid online . Went in Tuesday afternoon picked up keys and left. Very good experience will use Wiygul again. Thanks

Talked to Charlie Saturday about some tires. He didn't have them in stock but he said he would order them and gave me an appointment for Monday. He called me Monday and said my tires were in. When I arrived at the shop he had everything ready. Four times mounted and balanced within one hour. Way to go Charlie

Referred to this shop by my neighbor after my car overheated. I called thinking I was going to have to wait a day to be seen but they took me right away and I had my car back in a few hours. The guys in the shop were pleasant, helpful, answered all my questions and I did not feel like they were trying to jerk me around. I appreciated the convenience of being able to see the status work being done on my car via email and option to select additional services and recommendations. Additionally, Uber service transportation was provided which was also convenient. I will definitely use WIYGUL going forward.

I had a pleasant experience with Wiygul having my oil changed! They were able to take me same day and a morning appointment. Jeremy was very informative about my car maintenance needs. The workers are super sweet and caring. I got a state inspection and failed. They told me everything that was wrong. I wanted to get my car fixed with them but they are very (and I mean VERY) pricey. A lot of the price goes to labor, and there was definitely a lot wrong with my car so I get it. I wound up getting my car fixed around the corner but best believe I ll be getting my re inspection with them and I ll be going back for oil changes and little things like that. Good work for good money, I just don t have that kind of money lol.Service: Vehicle safety inspection

I used the shop for a MD state inspection. The shop was clean and organized and the gentleman who helped me at the desk was very nice. The inspection took about an hour and I was on my way which was great.I didn't give 5 stars because for 1 reason -when I called the day before and scheduled a 9 am appt, the guy I talked to never put me in the system so when I went, I had to be rescheduled for 2 hours later. I had to leave and come back which was an inconvenience.I would bring my truck back for repair work but will request my appointment be sent to me via email or text to avoid any confusion.

This was my 1st experience with Wiygul. It was refreshing and straightforward. I inherited an old car with low mileage and decided to restore the car. I used them to restore a 20 year old car to inspection readiness. Prior to the work I received a list of items that needed to be addressed and their ranking of importance of operation and safety. I was able review the cost individually and decide which recommendations to accept in my own space and time. All from the convenience of computer/phone. Payment was also handled this way. I especially liked to be able to patronize another local Clinton business.Services: Carburetor cleaning, Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Auto brake repair, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Auto tire replacement, A/C installation & repair, Vehicle safety inspection, Wiper blade installation, Oil change

I just purchased a used Lexus RX350 and had Wiygul in Clinton complete a states inspection on it. They completed the inspection quickly. They also fixed a high pitch squeal coming from my front brakes. Hi,I am new to the Clinton area. We have recently moved here from Oxon Hill/ Fort Washington area.What a pleasant surprise, how nice the area is like country with every store and service needed and available around the corner. I just purchased a truck that needed inspection. I went from Clinton to Laplata looking for anyone to do my inspection before I went out of town in December. The WiygilGroup was right on time. It's not like they weren't busy, but nobody could take care of me for days even a week later. They took me the same day. I was so happy. Their facility was clean and spacious. The guys were nice and efficient. On the initial inspection and when I brought back for re-inpection because it failed the first one. Just an easy experience. I am sure depending on the situation there may be some more difficult experiences but I trust them to make whatever I am going through as pleasant as possible considering the situation at the time. I know where to go from now on. Thanks Guys for all your help.I call my truck the Bumble Bee. That big bright yellow and black truck ya'll serviced a few weeks ago. Thank you.

This is my second car I have taken to this location for state inspection, it went quickly which is always nice. I had booked online for a time/day that wasn't available but received a call informing me of this within a few hours and was able to reschedule based on their availability. I pulled in unexpectedly with a quickly deflating tire from an embedded screw right around lunch time. The guys squeezed me in, assessed the tire, removed the screw and inserted a plug, refilled all tires and sent me on my way in less than an hour. And the best part? It s a service they offer FOR FREE to their customers!!

I cant give enough praise to Wiygul @ the Clinton location. Had my vehicle towed there and they did a thorough inspection on all aspects of my car to find the problem and NO I wasn t charged an arm & leg for this service. They kept me informed of each step taken and explained their findings and recommendations so I completely understood my options. I received and oil change that was to top off some fluids as part of the inspection but my windshield fluid is still low. Something that small was missed.
