At Walmart Auto Care Center the staff is never available to answer the phone and if you re shopping for tires online to see what s available at each store, the inventory is not accurate with what s in stock online and what s in stock at the store. If you re purchasing tires for install on your vehicle, this store requires appointment if you purchase more than two tires for installation. Some stores require appointments for any tires being installed and some other stores require no appointments for any tires being installed. Good luck with your trip and shopping at any Walmart Auto Care Center for tires.

The customer service is horrible. The staff acts like you are annoying them by simply showing up and don t think about asking them a question because you just make it worse. They don t give correct information and clearly do not communicate with one another. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the headache by going somewhere else.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

The staff is not helpful and they have no appointments available that s horrible! Corporate need to step in and see what s going on with the staffing and the staff attitudes.

There is absolutely no order in this place. I have literally been calling for the past four days straight no answer. I finally decided to drive up to the store to make my service appointment. The gentleman at the front just wouldn t put me down for apt. Just Said said ok. Come at 4pm without taking my name or anything. Very sloppy I m taking my business elsewhere.

Once I walked in the staff was friendly. I waited for about an hour and a half I asked the auto care center manager Donald how much longer it would be and also to ring up something I wanted to purchase. He said it wasn't ready, being that it had been over an hour I asked how much longer and he ignored me twice until I asked him louder how much longer and he had an attitude with me. I also saw him answer Rudely to other customers. Overall the staff was friendly except for DONALD. The service manager Janel was AMAZING!

Not a great experience. The price of the tires were great but they require you have an appointment to put them on and align them. The staff were slow and did not have inviting demeanors.

Waited for over 2 hours and ended up leaving without getting my tires. I kept hearing the associates saying they were going to take a break every 15 minutes. How do you expect to get work done if y all always taking breaks? I will never come here again! Nobody said anything to me while I waited as far as keeping me waiting for an extensive amount of time. I asked for my keys back and the guy just gave it to me really nasty. After I had been sitting there for over 2 hours, I think I had the right to have the attitude, NOT him! Just trifling!

If you want to wait an hour to get a hold of the person who's supposed to be working behind the counter and then wait 2 more hours to watch them try and figure out how to balance and then put tires on your vehicle this is where you want to go. If you feel this is misjudged try calling them and after you've spent 10-30minutes on hold just waiting for someone to pick up you'll have an idea of what there service is like

The Auto Service Center at the Clinton, Maryland location was suppose to open at 7:00 a.m. but didn't open until almost 7:30 a.m. There were 5 of us waiting in line to have a service performed and we were told that it would take 2 to 3 hours before anyone would get to the first vehicle because no one was there to perform the duty and no one would "probably"be in until 9:00 a.m. ... why? We were told that its like that all the time as far as the auto dept employees coming in to work when they should be there at 7:00 a.m. when the Auto Care Service Center opens. One star is really too much but the service in that dept is very good once the service is performed.

I think I was standing in line for at least 20 minutes; my back was definitely hurting. A man even pulled a chair out of the waiting room to sit in. I'm also used to the Walmart auto centers where they check you in at the doors but instead I had to wander in and figure it out myself. No one was rude, but I doubt I'll come back here.Edit: You have the ONE poor cashier answering calls, checking people in, AND checking people out.

Horrible service, they dont do anything, made appointment, gave them my vehicle, waiting over an hour then they paged me saying they don't know how to service my vehicle even though walmart did my last service, the said I should drive to Virginia they might know how to do it. The hour i was there not one vehicle ever went into the service bay, 6 guys outside smoking but never saw one do any work the entire hour I was there waiting. Dont waste your time with walmart, its not worth it. Stick to Jiffy Lub, or tires plus, or any other place but walmart.

I've had a great experience with them on 2 occasions. The 1st time I needed a headlight replaced and they helped me out even though they were closing up for the day. 2nd time, I arrived shortly after 7am to get a battery installed. The manager (Donald) and (Jahdiel) the mechanic where nothing but helpful and sympathetic! I bought an expensive battery at another auto store but they would not install it so I came to Wal-Mart. I am glad I did!

This place is the only place I will get my oil change in the area. The staff care about your vehicle as if it were their children driving in it. Sure, at times speed isnt their main concern, but the level of detail and value they give to each customer makes up for it completely. Go Blues!

False advertising. Consumers being penalized for employees not doing their job by taking down advertisements that shows a discount and just points to the boatd and say well its posted and thete is nothing we can do about it. They should have honored the price. This will be my last tine getting my car serviced here.

I've made 2 appointments to get 4 new tires put on. No techs showed up for work for either appointment. I'll take my tires and business elsewhere.

The service in this place is awful. Avoid it all costs unless you have three hours to waste, sitting in a tiny waiting room with other pissed off customers.

Terrible service, they don't open the door promptly when they are suppose to be open for business. And if you have a Volkswagen, they claim they don't do those because they don't have the necessary tool to get the filter off.

Called the store was transferred to the tire department. Placed on hold for 37minutes drove to the store and was still on hold when I arrived. Terrible service, Auto manager has no clue about the service they offer or tires.

I have Been trying to get in contact with this establishment for 4 days. No one answers the phone! I guess they expect people to drive all the way there for questions.
