This is a scammer and totally unprofessional. STAY AWAY!!Called at 5:27 am from Suitland and told by Corey will be there in one hour. Tried to scam me for payment of $175 per hour for the first two to come to me which is only 15 minutes away. Called back at 7:00 am and was told he will be on his way shortly. Told to call someone else.

This company was called to help a driver who had a problem with the key and couldn't start the truck. After checking the problem, the mechanic left for several hours and came back with a solution of a screw driver. My driver was able to start it and return to the lot. This solution costs $635. We paid $200/hr for him to drive around looking for parts which he did not find. He did not communicate that this was the case at all. Very unprofessional. Don't waste your time or money.

I WISH I WOULD HAVE READ REVIEWS FIRST. Horrible!! Do not come to this shop!!! You will regret it! After leaving my vehicle for over two weeks to get fixed, nothing was done until I took the initiative to reach out. Which was me having to buy my own parts. After spending $500 of my own money to purchase parts, which is something they should ve done (if they were an actual established business). I then get told I need to pay up front for them to start the work. Never in my life, have I been told to pay up front for bodywork, mechanical work or any other car issues UP FRONT. On top of all that, my battery was stolen out of my car then the rude and unprofessional Larry (as everyone else has mentioned) decided to tell me I owe him money for something that was never discussed with me prior to doing anything!!! As I said already do not waste your time, because that s all I got out of it.

Nightmare experience. Completely unprofessional. Got into an accident and needed towing to a local dc area shop for repair. Was towed by a serviceman named Anthony who put my car up and towed in to CLINTON MD. The reason for this review is due to the sheer lack of communication and common courtesy every shop should have post accident.1. No indication whatsoever that my car would be towed from SW DC all the way to CLINTON MD. With no insurance coverage for towing, you can take a gander at how much that would have costed me. No indication that he wasn't from the area either. Only until the night before the services to my car were completed did he disclose the address of the location to me.2. Not once, but twice the services to the car were not completed at the time promised by Anthony. I come from Virginia so getting into DC, without a car was bad enough. Twice I had to waste time and money to try and get back to Virginia because "the car would be ready tomorrow". There seemed to always be an excuse of why my car was not ready.3. You want a breakdown of how much you'll be paying for your services and why the costs are so high? Prepare for a one sided effort to try and contact Anthony who was seemingly always unable to get to his phone. And when he does answer expect a very flimsy price estimate. As in "Where did you come up with THAT number?" I'm going to Maryland today to pick up my car. I still don't understand why I am paying that much and why an invoice has not been presented to me.I am writing this review to serve as a precaution to others who might get into the same predicament as I did this past weekend. Be sure not to contact these people. But, if you foolishly decide to: expect that when they answer the phone, to not be worth their time as they are busy "working". Choose another place with a better reputation and kinder people.

I am very disappointed with Okie Truck and Towing Services. We broke down on 50 west in the Annapolis MD area. My husband contacted Okie towing to tow the 3500 truck and trailer. They towed the truck and trailer to Landover, charged $1500.00 and would only accept cash. Larry and Anthony told us they could rebuild the engine for $3000.00. This happened Thanksgiving 2015; the truck is still not fixed. We have paid to date 2-22-2016 $5000.00 + $1500.00 to Okie Truck Service and repair. We had to tow our truck to another shop to get the truck engine repaired. We have our own business, we conduct business with customers and sales frequently. WE HAVE NEVER BEEN SO DISAPPOINTED!!! I would not recommend Okie truck and towing to anyone.

They repaired my daughter's car quickly. The price was fair. Gave her good advice for future vehicle issues should they arise.

Larry is the most disrespectful person I have ever dealt with. He says to one of his workers that fix her car and have her leave my premises. I never wanted to be on your premises if your employee fix my car right in the first place. Mr. Tony is cool and he will work with you.
