This auto repair shop was recommended to me by a freelance mechanic. I was having issues with my headlight- it wouldn't cut on, even after we changed the bulb. N&E mechanics were knowledgeable, patient and inquisitive. They found the issue, ordered the needed part and fixed it. The part failed, and N&E was able to replace it, at no additional cost, under warranty. I will return for other car issues because they are affordable, friendly, and focused on getting to the root of the problem.

Went to N&E for a quote on body damage early last week. Called back Friday afternoon after shopping around and confirmed an appointment to drop my car off on Monday at 8am when the shop opened. I showed up at the shop Monday at 8am and the fellow outside said that no one was in yet to take my car and the gentleman in charge of the process wouldn't be in at least for another half hour; I had to cancel my uber to work and drive back to avoid being late. Very frustrating process as the rest of the reviews I've read were overwhelmingly positive and the gentleman who gave me the initial quote seemed both fair and knowledgeable.

They did great first time so naturally I went back.I cracked my front lip and broke my side mirror (Long night ) but they got me back!

Santiago, Eric and their team at N&E Auto Repair are knowledgeable and integral, as far as my experience thus far. I was referred to them by an employee at a vehicle emissions location the latter part of last year. They explained the problem, showed the parts needed and costs associated with servicing my vehicle. So far, my experience has been good. They've been professional and respectful. My only suggestion is to keep the waiting area orderly and clean at all times for customers.

Santiago's service is outstanding he actually came to my house at 9:00 sharp ,showed patience with me as we jumped my car.he gave me all options on what i cauld do to get my car fixed.the next day i had the car towed to his shop i picked it up today.he said it would be finished on Tuesday and it was.the car runs like new again. I will be sending my sons car to him tomorrow. I highly recommend everyone to take there car there.Thanks.

Great experience no problems. I have been dealing with company for 10 year. Only thing they need is someone to work phones and schedule appointment other then that.
